They…read moredidn't remove old caulking before applying the new one, and the glaze itself had 3 issues with it: some weird black spots, a section where the glaze dripped down and had hardened, and an exposed part of the tub that wasn't patched correctly. Also, the technician didn't speak English that well, so it was very difficult to communicate with him. The owner reached out to me and wanted to make it right. I wasn't expecting this since usually companies will just take your money and disappear but apparently if you just tell this company about it, they'll try to make it right. I took a few weeks to do a back and forth with them about the work that would be done, and they were very polite and professional throughout the whole thing. The front office was awesome with scheduling and answering questions. The same technician was assigned to the fixes, but I requested a different technician be assigned and they obliged. The new tech did a good job, and I'm pretty satisfied with the outcome. There was some overspray again, but not a huge deal as the black spots and the exposed part of the tub were properly addressed. I found out that one of the issues I originally had (the black spots) were caused by my shower leaking and water dropped onto the glaze as it was drying. Seems like the first tech didn't put a cover over my shower head, but this new tech did. He also spoke English better than the other tech, so no translation app was needed. During this second fix-up visit, the owner himself came on-site to make sure everything was done correctly. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work that was done. It seems even if they do mess up, they'll eventually fix it. If the second tech was the one who did the work first, this would be a 5* review.

The yep was really nice and overall I think he did a good job (the smell is a lot so I didn't get to really inspect yet) But before he left I pointed out that paint was removed from the walls. I took photos of the few that I could see before he sealed the room. When I called the company they said in the fine print there is a note that they are not responsible for any damage to the walls. I just had this bath redone so it's not an old paint issue! So now I'm going to pay $400 for a small bathtub to be reglazed and have to hire a painter to come out and smooth and repaint the walls. I told him we're fine with this going in to next week. He said no, he wanted to finish today. Ok. The way our house is set up, this area is right in the middle of all rooms, so we camped out in the den. For 5 hours! I was incredibly frustrated, it wasn't until 830-900 when he called us in. The first thing he said when I turned the corner was it's not a perfect match. I looked and strongly agreed. And told him so. John asked via text how I liked it. I told him. No reply. No options offered. Took my $1050 and we have an obvious repair job. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Luciano's work was that of a craftsman. Except for the critical piece of color match. Far more brown than golden brown. See pic. I feel him working so long and into the evening, he rushed this important piece. He should have stopped when he realized he was on the wrong track color wise. I really wish he had. Proceed with caution. You'll need to follow up multiple times re: questions and communication.
