I asked for a quote for a 54" round, stone (e.g marble, quartz, etc) tabletop and a picture of the existing table. In return I received an utterly ridiculous, scripted and irrelevant reply from 'Maria' requesting: 1. In home visit to review project details and take 'precise' measurements. Not surprising as they want to sell more than I asked for. It's a TABLETOP, 54" diameter. How hard is that? 2. Address and phone number - evidently so they and their network can plague me with solicitations. 3. A layout or drawing of the project. It's a TABLETOP and I provided a photo. 4. If project is on ground floor or are there stairs - it's clear in the photo I provided. 5. Do I have the stone and what type- this was evident in the original request for a quote. The granite was cracked in the back of the kitchen faucet. I was afraid they would just repair it and move on as so many other companies have done. We had some crumbling/chipping along the edge of our manufactured stone kitchen counter which was gradually getting worse. I wasn't sure if it could be fixed. Additionally, we had yellowing discoloration around the faucet fixtures in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. Again, this discoloration looked like it had permeated the stone itself. It looked very hard to get off. We had our usual plumber remove the faucet fixtures for the service. The two workers who came over from the Stone Alchemist did a really professional job fixing both issues. They put plastic down and hung plastic sheets to prevent creating a mess. They matched the surface color of the kitchen counter with the chip repair. They did what appeared to be multiple stages of polishing the countertops until the stain was totally gone. They also replaced the silicone seals for both of those sinks. Very happy with the service. Highly recommend. read more

These guys are the best at hand crafting a countertop. I had a pantry installed with a small cabinet next to it. The cabinet guy didn't include a countertop. Stone Alchemist had a remnant that was a very close match to our existing quartz countertops. He came and measured and returned with a roughed out piece and finished the final cutting at the house. There was a clearance issue with the pantry door so he came back and trimmed the little counter. Very reasonably priced for a little 14" by 14" counter. read more

Unfortunately the previous owners did not leave any left over granite material so I was lost as to what pattern I needed.
