Thank you so much Brett, Monique & the B&B family for helping me with my flooring selection and installation. For every time I returned and asked to check out other samples, and the lunchtimes spent mulling over my options (so many great ones). For responding promptly when questions were asked and get revisions were required to my original quote. It was worth it. What a beautiful outcome to a humble at Leisure World. Call them and see what they can do for you. I believe you will be happy & satisfied with the outcome. They took a decorating dilemma and turned it into a welcoming start. read more

Bob, Monique, & Gus did an excellent job of replacing my carpets. Monique helped schedule my appointment with Bob. Bob came over and helped me pick the carpet and provided an estimate quickly. He was also able to help improve the installation date after my house painter finished early. Gus arrived early and his helper did a great job installing my beautiful carpet. Very pleased with whole process. read more

I've been using B&B Carpets and Flooring for my rental units for over 10 years now. Consistently great service and great prices -- they're my go-to for flooring work and I keep coming back for a reason. Highly recommend. read more

Hired B&B Carpets to replace the carpet In my garage. They were very responsive and responded for an estimate quickly. I wound up going with the 24 inch carpet tiles, which was a little more, but still a great value. The carpet tiles are easier to replace if they get damaged. The installer arrived in the time window they provided. He removed the old carpet and installed the new carpet in just a a few hours. Exceeded my expectations. read more

I have used B&B on four occasions in the last year. They do an excellent job in carpet install, LVP install, and vinyl flooring install. But the very best part of B&B is Bob Bernard. He is an old school pro, no nonsense, gets a very fair quote to you within 24 hours, usually earlier and doesn't pressure or hard sell anything. He's honest, trustworthy and his team is excellent and easy to work with. read more

I have been using B & B Carpets for over 30 years! Very fair prices and fantastic customer service!

Went to their office at 4:18p to get a quote on carpet. Monique was there and did not want to help because she said she was closing at 4:30p. Did not even get off her seat to speak to us and possibly find another time where she could help us. This is very poor customer service and will not be taking my business there ever and will sure let others know as well. We went to Bixby Plaza Carpet instead and purchased carpet from them. Debbie was great and helped us and took her time to make sure she answered all our questions. read more

No reply back after visit for a quote. Called office twice over 2 week span to inquire and request for the quote to be processed, but no one ever replied back. It has been now 5 weeks since the in person visit. read more

Replaced my old sheet vinyl in the laundry room. The old was peeling up Bob gave a prompt quote. Ephram and helper were communicative and propmt.. Removed and replaced washer and dryer, and laid new sheet vinyl. Had to finagle a tough threshold, too. read more

Blown away by the service we received. The first time I have been charged less than the quote , I can't guarantee that for you but it goes to show the integrity Bob has instilled in his company. read more

Update on my 8/2/24 review of B&B Carpets. They did come back and fix the problem with the uneven finish at the transition line between my kitchen and living room. Thank you, Al, for following up on this. I am now satisfied with their work and would still recommend this company highly. My final, overall rating is now 4 stars. Overall, I like this company and I think they listen and work well with the customers. read more

We are thrilled with the job that B&B Carpets and Flooring did for us. We had a horrible experience with a previous installer that left us with large gaps around the door casings and 2" gaps between the flooring and carpet. B&B came in and removed the previous LVP flooring and installed all new flooring. They are professional, on time and have quality workmanship. The transitions from the flooring to the carpet are seamless and there are no gaps around the door casings. And when the job was done, the owner sent us a card thanking us for hiring them! Very few companies that I've come across do that anymore so the least I could do is write them a review. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that is in need of their services. Great job B&B!! read more

The people at B&B are great! I had called around and got different estimates to have carpet installed and B&B had the best price. I am also impressed with how good of job the installers did. They were efficient and moved everything for me including a grand piano. We are very happy with our new carpet. read more

Where do I begin? The team over at B&B Carpets and Flooring were excellent. We first visited their showroom to look at a variety of different floors and borrowed multiple samples to see which one would fit our home. Arcelia helped us order additional longer planks and she was really patient with making sure we liked what we picked out as well. Bob came out to also do the estimate on a number of occasions and you can tell he really enjoys what he does. It's great to see the owner coming out to visit the field and offer insights on what he thinks will fix certain issues we were having with our floor. We ran into a huge plumbing/asbestos hiccup on install day that delayed everything, but the team over at B&B were very patient and accommodating. Once we did the install, Efrain and his team came out and made sure the floors were prepped right so we wouldn't have the same issues we were having before anymore. The crew was meticulous and really focused on attention to detail. There is a small spot that needs to be fixed, but they were responsive when I flagged it. The fix is pending, but overall we love our new floors! The install took a total of 3 days. - EDIT: They came by and fixed the spots! read more

I have been using B & B Carpets for almost 30 years. They have done hundreds of jobs for me. They install carpet, vinyl, and luxury vinyl plank flooring for me. Their installers are top notch. B & B provides a wide range of products and have very competitive pricing. Bob Bernard and his team are very accommodating. Providing quality service is their goal and they don't let us down. Call B & B and you won't be disappointed. read more

Easy to work with and understood what I wanted. I manage an apartment building and Bob didn't try to upsale knowing it was a rental

Went in to purchase carpet. No help. Wouldn't give me a quote or even an idea of price per sqft until I pushed for it. Even then, she seemed uninterested in helping. Not sure how they got high ratings. read more

We needed to replace the carpet in the house we just purchased, and had a limited amount of time before all of our belongings needed to be moved in. B&B Carpets and Flooring were willing to work with us, exploring in detail the options they could provide given the tight schedule imposed and providing a reasonable estimate. The installation was diligently and efficiently fit into time frame available, and the results were clean and neat. A pleasure to work with. read more

Well, I found my new go-to carpet company!! Owner personally came out to bid the job on our rental property, and his guy Carlos Chavez did the work. Its so hard to find both affordability and quality these days. Will be recommending them to anyone I can! Thank you! read more

They just finished installing new flooring in our laundry room. The workers were polite, neat, on time and did a professional job. I appreciate that B and B does not have a big minimum for them to install. The showroom is a little hard to find but the prices seemed very fair and the selection was good. Highly recommend. read more

Meeting Bob was great. Very kind and thorough. He brought carpets samples to the measuring and offered us to go see more at the office. They have a ton of options in the office. We ended up being quoted pretty quickly and we were on our way. Appointment times were reasonable. On installation day the installer was on time, friendly, and effecient. He did a great job and cleaned up everything. The only issue I had was one of the carpets on installation day came defective according to the installer. The office was able to tell me when the carpets will arrive and was able to schedule an appointment for later that week. I appreciated the communication and prompt resolution. read more

A little accident, resulted in a hole burned in our carpeting...Yikes! I went to Yelp to search out local carpet suppliers and came across B&B, with a 5 star rating. From the first phone call, through installation, this company was great to work with! Everyone was so nice and very helpful. The estimator was out the next day to measure and show me samples. I wanted to see all the options (LOL!) so,I visited the showroom the next day. Elia & Bob were very helpful in guiding me through the hundreds of options. We narrowed it down to two, I took samples home to color check and then ordered the one I wanted. We were also very happy with the price, thinking this would cost quite a bit more. Right on time on the day scheduled, the installers arrived. In two hours, my room had beautiful new carpet! Several years ago, after a "flood" I had to replace carpeting. That experience was very frustrating and unsatisfying. I wish I had known about B&B then! Night and day different experiences! B& B was prompt in all our conversations. They were excellent at keeping me apprised of dates and times. They were punctual and professional. I highly recommend them! I had a bid to put in some VCT tile that I was going to proceed with but a little voice in my head said to check yelp and get another bid. So happy I listened and found B&B. Came in much lower than my other bid and it included the sealing of the tile too! Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and professional. Cesar and his crew did the install and Gil and his crew did the sealing- hopefully you get the same. I had a couple of issues with nails from the subfloor coming back up into the VCT. They came out immediately and fixed them. Truly a joy to work with. read more

Yelp for B&B Carpets: Hi my name is Belén, I am a widow and have limited funds because I am on a fixed income. I am very pleased with the price Bob gave me to get my carpet installed in my home. Praise the Lord! Bob and Brett have been helping me throughout this process and they have been so patient with me. They quickly answer my emails (this is the best way to communicate so we have a papertrail...because I have so much on my plate, it's easy to mix up dates, etc.). They always resolve my situations that arise with patience and understanding. They were amazingly able to beat my other quotes. I highly recommend B & B Carpets & Flooring. You will also be happy with the installers. They are so dedicated to getting the job done flawlessly. The customer service is exceptionally great...because they truly care about your needs. They are not out to take advantage of you. What a blessing they have been to me. I would not write this review if it wasn't true. ~ Thanks for taking the time out to read my review. read more

B&B handled everything perfectly. They responded quickly to my initial inquiry, and came to my place to show me samples and take measurements. I got the quote the next morning via email. Scheduling the work to be done was easy, and things got done in short order. Removal of the old covering and installation of my new covering was flawless. Their price was competitive, service excellent. They handled an off-the-wall inquiry in the middle of the job expertly. I highly recommend B&B Carpets and Flooring. read more

They were fantastic! I had to get carpet in a bedroom replaced, and I was on a bit of a short timeframe. Bob came out and took measurements and brought samples. I wasn't exactly clear on what I wanted, so I didn't see something I liked in the samples. They were kind enough to open the showroom for me later that day so I could have a look around. I found carpet I liked, and they offered it at a good price. The guys came out and installed it the next week, which was as quick as possible after the carpet came in. The guys showed up right on time, were professional, and did a great job. I'm very pleased with B&B, and look forward to using them again when I have to replace some other carpet in a few months. read more

I was very happy with the work that B&B did on my kitchen floor. It has taken me 18 years to finally new kitchen flooring from a carpet that had been in there from the previous owner. I had to deal with dog pee stains that had gone thru the carpet and the installers had an excellent solution to help me with the smell. It was much appreciated that they were able to offer there help with that issue. Aside from that, Elia in the office was extremely helpful with helping make the right color and type of flooring choice. Especially with the transition from hard wood flooring to the vinyl plank flooring I put in. Overall, I was very happy with their work, expertise and customer service. I am a Realtor, so I have also hired them on my new listing in Long Beach to replace the flooring there as well. I highly recommend them. read more
