Went to their office at 4:18p to get a quote on carpet. Monique was there and did not want to help because she said she was closing at 4:30p. Did not even get off her seat to speak to us and possibly find another time where she could help us. This is very poor customer service and will not be taking my business there ever and will sure let others know as well. We went to Bixby Plaza Carpet instead and purchased carpet from them. Debbie was great and helped us and took her time to make sure she answered all our questions. read more

We are thrilled with the job that B&B Carpets and Flooring did for us. We had a horrible experience with a previous installer that left us with large gaps around the door casings and 2" gaps between the flooring and carpet. B&B came in and removed the previous LVP flooring and installed all new flooring. They are professional, on time and have quality workmanship. The transitions from the flooring to the carpet are seamless and there are no gaps around the door casings. And when the job was done, the owner sent us a card thanking us for hiring them! Very few companies that I've come across do that anymore so the least I could do is write them a review. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that is in need of their services. Where do I begin? The team over at B&B Carpets and Flooring were excellent. We first visited their showroom to look at a variety of different floors and borrowed multiple samples to see which one would fit our home. Arcelia helped us order additional longer planks and she was really patient with making sure we liked what we picked out as well. Bob came out to also do the estimate on a number of occasions and you can tell he really enjoys what he does. It's great to see the owner coming out to visit the field and offer insights on what he thinks will fix certain issues we were having with our floor. We ran into a huge plumbing/asbestos hiccup on install day that delayed everything, but the team over at B&B were very patient and accommodating. Once we did the install, Efrain and his team came out and made sure the floors were prepped right so we wouldn't have the same issues we were having before anymore. The crew was meticulous and really focused on attention to detail. There is a small spot that needs to be fixed, but they were responsive when I flagged it. The fix is pending, but overall we love our new floors! The install took a total of 3 days. - EDIT: They came by and fixed the spots! read more

Meeting Bob was great. Very kind and thorough. He brought carpets samples to the measuring and offered us to go see more at the office. They have a ton of options in the office. We ended up being quoted pretty quickly and we were on our way. Appointment times were reasonable. On installation day the installer was on time, friendly, and effecient. He did a great job and cleaned up everything. The only issue I had was one of the carpets on installation day came defective according to the installer. The office was able to tell me when the carpets will arrive and was able to schedule an appointment for later that week. I appreciated the communication and prompt resolution. read more

A little accident, resulted in a hole burned in our carpeting...Yikes! I went to Yelp to search out local carpet suppliers and came across B&B, with a 5 star rating. From the first phone call, through installation, this company was great to work with! Everyone was so nice and very helpful. The estimator was out the next day to measure and show me samples. I wanted to see all the options (LOL!) so,I visited the showroom the next day. Elia & Bob were very helpful in guiding me through the hundreds of options. We narrowed it down to two, I took samples home to color check and then ordered the one I wanted. We were also very happy with the price, thinking this would cost quite a bit more. Right on time on the day scheduled, the installers arrived. In two hours, my room had beautiful new carpet! Several years ago, after a "flood" I had to replace carpeting. That experience was very frustrating and unsatisfying. I wish I had known about B&B then! Night and day different experiences! B& B was prompt in all our conversations. Came in much lower than my other bid and it included the sealing of the tile too! Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and professional. Cesar and his crew did the install and Gil and his crew did the sealing- hopefully you get the same. I had a couple of issues with nails from the subfloor coming back up into the VCT. They were fantastic! I had to get carpet in a bedroom replaced, and I was on a bit of a short timeframe. Bob came out and took measurements and brought samples. I wasn't exactly clear on what I wanted, so I didn't see something I liked in the samples. They were kind enough to open the showroom for me later that day so I could have a look around. I was very happy with the work that B&B did on my kitchen floor. It has taken me 18 years to finally new kitchen flooring from a carpet that had been in there from the previous owner. I had to deal with dog pee stains that had gone thru the carpet and the installers had an excellent solution to help me with the smell. It was much appreciated that they were able to offer there help with that issue. Aside from that, Elia in the office was extremely helpful with helping make the right color and type of flooring choice. Especially with the transition from hard wood flooring to the vinyl plank flooring I put in. Overall, I was very happy with their work, expertise and customer service.
