Brian did a great job! Everything was done on time and very professionally. I actually changed my mind about the carpet color when Brian was already halfway through the installation. He was extremely understanding, made no fuss at all, and worked with me to install another carpet that was much more to my liking. I really appreciate his patience, flexibility, and excellent work. Thank you, Brian! I would definitely recommend Genuine Carpet Repairs. read more

I was in need of professional to repair my carpet. It's been about 10+ years since the carpet was installed and each room had these carpet bumps. The carpet needed to be stretched. I am so happy to have found Brian. I was able to take a few pictures and he had me measure the square feet of the area/room that needed stretching. (The length and width of the entire room, multiply together to get the square feet. Brian got back to me quickly with a fair quote. Based on scheduling, we agreed on Friday morning from 830-9am. He was prompt and polite and showed up on time. I asked him to walk through the areas that needed stretching to make sure the agreed upon quote was still accurate. He got his tools and put booties on his shoes and began to work promptly. Now I know why he had me measure the entire square feet because the "ENTIRE" area needs stretched and not just the part with the bump. Brian is personable and I was able to able to find out that he has been doing carpet since he was 18 years old. He has over 40 years of experience! I was really impressed that he had the tools and knowledge on how to approach each room. I was able to get all the clutter and small stuff off the floor the night before. With his tools, he was able to stretch the carpet without moving too much. Each time I hire anyone to work on my house, I vet their past jobs and see if the customer is happy with the work and to see if it's a professional person devoted to the craft or someone with tools that watched some online videos. Brian is 100% legit. Pure professional, level 1000 mastery. I am so happy with the work that he did. Everything looks so much better. If you need anyone for carpet repair, carpet stretching, or carpet installation, I highly recommend Brian. read more

This review is long overdue. I purchased carpet from Family Floors and hired Bryan from Genuine Carpet Repairs to install it, and I'm so glad I did. His price was very reasonable, and he did an outstanding job transforming our backyard into a cozy, inviting space for our daycare kids. The carpet looked even better after installation -- clean, tight, and professionally finished. Bryan is a top‑notch installer. He used outdoor‑grade glue, provided an itemized receipt for all materials and labor, and arrived exactly on time. I watched him work, and he is truly a perfectionist. Every cut, every seam, every edge -- he took his time to make sure it was done right. Fast forward a few months: due to natural movement, one of the carpet edges started to separate from the edge seal. I reached out, and Bryan came back promptly, fixed it, and reassured me that if anything else ever comes up, just give him a call. That level of care and follow‑through is rare these days, and it's exactly why he's so highly rated. Thank you, Bryan, for your outstanding work, professionalism, and genuine care for your customers. Highly recommended. read more

After a severely horrendous carpet install, we were lucky to have found Brian. He arrived on time and prepared to work his magic. He first saw the carpet/installation and said it was the worst installation he's ever seen, BUT that he could fix it. And that's exactly what he did! Brian is a professional and a master at what he does. You would never guess that the initial installation was a train wreck. Look no further than Genuine Carpet Repair. The best. read more

Brian and his work are outstanding. We would give him more than 5 stars if we could. He addressed an emergency situation that we had without delay. He arrived on time on the scheduled date as promised. He quickly fixed a carpet issue (pad replacement & carpet reinstall) related to severe water damage and offered expert advice on some other areas of concern. We found Brian to be a quality, ethical craftsman who we intend to have return to address other issues in our house in the future. read more

Wow! Brian is the real deal. We had a piano that rusted through the carpet from decades of the weight on it and patches of holes from our dog biting the carpet on the stairs. Everything about working with this company was amazing! We had a tear in the carpet in our rental home, and I reached out via Yelp for estimates. One company immediately said it couldn't be fixed and the entire 400+ sqft room would need new carpet, and others wanted to charge over $300. I don't think I got the owners name, I'm so sorry for that, but he was fantastic! He communicated quickly, told me when he would arrive, arrived early, and was in and out in no time. It was like magic! He took a small piece of carpet from under an A/C unit, tucked the carpet back in and presto, no more tear. I will use him for every carpet emergency possible. My only regret...not doing this sooner. read more
