They used plastic sheeting to mask off closet and bathroom contents to keep the dust down as much as possible due to the floor leveling process. I hired them to install LVP flooring in my new construction in 2022. Their quote was the lowest, budget was tight, Yelp reviews were good, so I bit. Long story short, I got what I paid for. A below average job with a lot of headaches to deal with. A poor subflooring job by Ivan (who doesn't work for them anymore) with a floating, creaking floor by the master bedroom entrance and a speed bump in the second floor hallway led to many texts and emails, eventually someone coming to inspect, then subcontractors arriving just to cut corners and doing minimal work to make their keep, leading to a broken plank, then a new team of subcontractors coming and almost fixing it but then deciding to cut corners at the last minute when they had to return to fix a crack that occurred from their repair job and persuading me to glue down the one last plank that they couldn't fit in properly. Now I'm left with two areas where edges of planks have tilted up from getting unglued, which started only 2 weeks after their last repair in March 2026. After my last review, the owner Arthur came to inspect in June 2026 and made a promise to get it all fixed. It's October and I'm still getting the runaround, with more promises of "let's start next week," followed by silence to my check-in texts. I waited all this time because I didn't want to spend a dime to fix someone else's mistake. But it's all right. It's time to move on. I'm sure they do a good job most of the time based on all the other reviews. But not on this one. I gave them ample time to right their wrongs to avoid this review, but I guess I should have known being patient and polite does not get rewarded in this zero-sum game.

By the end of our visit, not only had we selected the perfect wood for our floors, but Eddy even offered to come out and do the measurements within an hour of closing up the shop that same afternoon. First impression meeting with Rafi was good. Unfortunately it just went downhill from there. The…read morefirst team who did our floor and stairs seemed to be professional as well. We did feel 12 bags of self leveling concrete was excessive when it looked like it was only used on a few corners of the room in a job less than 900 sq feet. Unfortunately one of the stair nosing broke within a couple weeks of install. Rafi was responsive in redoing the stairs stating it was a manufacturing defect and that the new version is stronger. Unfortunately the second team quality of work was very poor. They left holes in our walls that were patched poorly with plaster. Worst of all the stairs were apparently nailed to the subfloor and after a few weeks they started to rise leaving little holes and nails protruding from the floor. A few of the stair noses are loose as well. At this point, Rafi became unresponsive to have the flooring fixed. We ended up getting some of our money back through our credit card after months went by but the majority of the payment was by check. Basically we will need to replace the stairs again on our own dime. Buyer beware! Lifetime warranty doesn't mean anything if the installer ghosts you.
