Alexander and his team are wonderful. My husband attempted to do the floors but it was just too much. So i called him and they came out 2 days later. They were very very quick. You would think that being so fast would equate to lesser of a quality but it wasnt the case here. The quality in their work is fantastic. I totally would recommend him and his team. read more

Floors came out perfect! Needed a small bedroom and closet done with laminate or vinyl and the old carpet taken out. Alexander Flooring responded to my quote request and after I provided the measurements, he quoted me a price that included labor and materials. We needed this done asap and he was able to do the install a few days later and it came out great! They arrived on time, actually early. And they completed the job in way less time than we expected. They cleaned up every bit of mess, even by the front door from loading and unloading material. This was a last minute but urgent project and I'm glad that they were reliable and that their work was as good as it was. read more

If I could give Alex 6 stars, I would! My mom and I moved into a new house and needed to demolish and install all the flooring in the 1800sqft house. I had to pick someone that was trustworthy since they would be handling the whole flooring of my new home. Thankfully, I stumbled upon Alex who was professional, friendly, and efficient. Alex not only got the job done but worked above and beyond measures. Coming into the new house there were many obstacles- leaks, repairs, toilets, cabinets, etc. Alex worked with us to overcome these obstacles such as repairing the kitchen leak which he had no obligation to do so which shows that Alex really cares for his customers. During the demolition process, I had changed my mind and wanted to get more things done from the original plans discussed and Alex had no hesitation to fulfill my needs. Furthermore, he and his crew worked diligently from 8 am to 5 pm which allowed the job to get done quickly. I highly recommend Alex and his crew. I will be referring him to all my family members and close friends. read more

They came out to install our flooring from Floor & Decor and the installer refused to do it, said the floor was defective so got him on the phone with Floor & Decor and they argued so he left me hanging without any resolution, next day Installing Made Easy sent out another flooring company and they said the flooring was not defective and they ended up coming to installing in 2.5 days instead of 5 like Alexander said they would need and they charged me $900 less than Alexander. I would never suggest using Alexander Flooring they made my job a nightmare. Thank god for Arthurs Flooring ..... who ended up doing a great job. read more

Fast friendly and well done job on my bathroom floor. Very happy with my choice of this company. Price was fair for the job required.

Alex and his crew were great. Very communicative through Yelp with a fair competitive quote compared to 5 other quotes I got. I purchased the flooring myself but didn't think about the baseboards or transitions. Alex offered to pick up baseboards for me on the way over and brought transitions. And they hauled away my old flooring and carpet. I'm very happy with the work and results and highly recommend him! read more

Alex and his team did an amazing job. He came out to give a quote, was responsive, and friendly the entire time. He felt like someone you could trust to do quality work. He absolutely saved our project. In the very beginning he noticed the floor we bought was cheap and would bend at the seams. It wasn't on every piece and wasn't super noticeable but he made sure to tell us. The same day he was able to provide us samples from a new store of a floor that had the same color, was the same price, and went and picked it up for us once we decided to switch floors. Without him I don't know where we would have gotten new floor and our project would have been really delayed. read more
