We were dealing with an issue with a rental property where the tenant was claiming the carpet had an issue with bugs. After a stressful period providing rent discounts and ultimately having them break their lease, we worked with Sean to replace all the carpet with LVP. Sean was prepared and very efficient with multiple samples pulled that matched our existing flooring and we were ready to have the place renovated. On the day we took keys from the tenant, we had an exterminator come investigate the home and they found no signs of any bugs in the home, under the carpet or anywhere. Given this, we didn't need to replace the relatively new carpet. Although he had already scheduled and ordered material, Sean ultimately was understanding and worked with us given the situation. Our experience with Irvine Carpet and Flooring was one of the easiest best experiences we have ever had with a house renovation contractor / supplier. Jimena helped us from beginning to end and made sure that we were taken care of. I don't say this lightly but the way this company does business should be highlighted. I have a rental house in Irvine and needed floors done before the tenant moved in. We spent a few days researching companies that provided the floors and work we needed. We ended up going with Shaw flooring which has premium carpeting materials at a very reasonable price. I was on an extremely rushed timeline which almost no one could facilitate. I tried as much as I could to get everything lined up with our move out dates and the few precious weeks we had in between the time the tenant was going to move in and the time the flooring needed to be ordered and shipped in and also the install to be done.
