Refined Carpets were punctual, always showed up, and always cleaned up, leaving the job site as clean as they got it. Since we had to move out of our 2nd floor and lived in our garage for a bit, they were very understanding and moved efficiently and gave us access when they could. We also used Refined for our baseboards, and they did an incredible job. Since the flooring was finished, we have additionally purchased rugs from them (up to three now) and were equally impressed with their continued customer service. These people are it ~ no need to go to anyone else!
