As I have Oriental rugs over 100 years old, in literally excellent condition and have been within my family for well over 65 years, I was very concerned regarding the care they would receive, and be returned in the same condition, simply freshened up. Babak was amazing with the work he did as the rugs look beautiful, and brighter than they went out. (Shoes not worn on the rugs, simply dust. Vacuuming is something that is very risky to do ... so only lightly done.) I highly recommend Babak, and will be calling him again when it is time for the same work to be done. A new rug also was cleaned, and looks as though it just came from the store! read more

Amazing customer service!!! I went to different rug and carpet store before Woven Treasures; off of 17th, close to Starbucks. We were out of there within 3 minutes because they didn't seem to want to help us. I'm glad they didn't because we went a little further down the street to Woven Treasures, and while they couldn't modify our rug, they were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They even provided us with a shop that would be able to do it. To be fair, it is a cheaper rug and certainly not the quality of rug you'd find in their store. Thank you Woven Treasures read more

I took a very valuable soriental rug to Woven Treasures to be cleaned for the first time since I bought it in Turkey nine years ago. It recently received water damage when rain leaked in my livingroom ceiling, then the pad got mildewed. When my rug was returned to me (with a new pad), it looked like it was brand new! I couldn't be more satisfied with the wonderful result Woven Treasures produced on my rug. read more

I am so glad I stopped in here. After driving past this place for the last 10 years, always wondering what was inside, I finally decided to check it out since I was in the market for a vintage Persian rug for my entryway. The things I loved about this place are 1) the selection - stacks upon stacks of beautiful rugs 2) the ability to take rugs home and try them out in your place before you buy (this was a major selling point -as great as online shopping is, being able to take a rug home and see how it fits in your place is key when you're making such a big purchase. 3) the customer service. Manny and Hooman were courteous, never pushy and really take great pride in what they do. I loved learning the history behind the rug I purchased. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the market for another rug. Very happy with my overall experience and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my rug! read more

We came into place to get a custom rug for our marble staircase. Hooman was the one who helped us through the whole process. He didn't rush us one bit. Helped us design something that I designed and pictured. We got renderings and they nailed it. 3 months later we got our high quality rug which Hooman gave us constant updates. The quality is amazing. Don't get me wrong these rugs ain't cheap but when you get these installed and see the workmanship, it's worth every penny! Remember these are all handmade and custom. Overall Hooman has unbeatable pricing and way better than competitors including Restoration Hardware and other rug companies! Also Hooman is a family man and great to work with. He even responds fast and took care of any issues along the way. I even ordered a rug for my bedroom too. I highly recommend Wooven Treasures! read more

What a beautiful rug I got from Woven Treasures. Seriously I am looking at it now in my living room as I am writing this review and I can't believe how grand it made my home look. I don't think I've ever spent less money to have such a large impact. It just brought the whole room together. Class, warmth, and style is how I would describe it. This is important because rugs are investments! They go up in value. How many things can you buy in life that go up in value and you can enjoy and use at the same time? I've been doing business with them for years, since they were in Corona Del Mar. They are simply the best.   If you love Persian rugs then this is the spot to go! First off, the store literally looks like a museum, its unreal how many good looking rugs they have here. But all I had to do is let the guys know the size I need and the colors and they pulled out beautiful options within minutes. They even brought them to my home so I can see how it goes with my decor. Service, pricing, selection. No one else can match. Thank you! read more

I was looking for a modern rug to go with my new place, but I was unsuccessful finding one at a reasonable price. My designer suggested I visit Woven Treasures in hopes of finding the perfect match. After speaking with the salesman, he suggested that I have my hand made rug custom made. I was reluctant at first, but the salesperson made me very comfortable with my decision. I gave him the exact size, color, and design, and waited to see the results. My custom modern rug was delivered a few weeks later and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
