Their attention to detail really stands out. Every time they clean our carpets and couches, I'm reminded that I should probably have them come more often because everything looks so fresh. They've also cleaned my mom's house, including her tile and grout, and did an amazing job there too. On top of that, whenever I reach out to book an appointment, they're very accommodating and quick to respond--usually able to fit me in the same week, which is a huge plus. Highly recommend!

I hired Heaven's Best to clean my sectional, and overall I had a great experience. I've had my…read morecouch for six years, and between an elementary school-aged child and a dog, it had definitely seen better days. I honestly thought I was going to have to replace it. When I first called, the gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly helpful. He had me text him pictures of the couch and was very confident they could make a significant improvement. That gave me the confidence to book the appointment. The technician came out the next day. He was running a little behind, but I really appreciated that he texted me ahead of time to let me know. When he arrived, he was much more cautious about setting expectations than the person I spoke with on the phone, which admittedly made me a little nervous. Even so, he worked efficiently and did a thorough job. There are only two things I'd mention for anyone considering upholstery cleaning. First, on the seat cushions, some of the dirt seemed to settle toward the front edge as the extraction tool passed over the fabric, so there are still a few light stains in those areas. Second, my couch was extremely wet afterward. I was told it could take up to four days to dry. With several fans running, mine was fully dry in about two days, but it's something to plan for. Overall, my sectional looks about 85% better than it did before, and that's a huge win. It saved me from buying a new couch, which would have cost far more than the cleaning. I'm very happy with the results and would absolutely use Heaven's Best again in the future.

I called some other businesses and let them know I was running comps. Ramiro, the business owner of pro Clean was my last call. Even across the phone line, I trusted him. Simple as that. He indicated they all have about the same competitive prices. He quoted me a little bit higher than another business. I asked him to meet the price of his competitor and I would go with him. He did. Even though it's the holiday season he was able to come within a few days. He communicated with me about the time to expect him and even called to let me know he was running a little late from his previous customer. I was working at the time, so I asked a relative to house sit for me. I questioned them about his service and they said, nice, professional, and fast. No upsells. The price quoted was the price paid.
