I have an unusual situation, my elderly mother fell in her bedroom and was there at least 24-48 hours before she was found. During that time she lost control of her bowels and thrashed about trying to get up, grinding the soil into the carpet. We inexpertly tried cleaning the stains and were very unsuccessful. I called Jeremy to get a quote and he explained to me the multiple problems in getting the carpet cleaned and told me it would be easier and cheaper to replace the carpet. He went above and beyond by giving me a referral to a carpet installer to see if the carpet can be pieced by carpet that was leftover from the original installation. Had our carpets cleaned by well known national operator but were disappointed as they left a brown tinge on our light grey carpets. Despite calling them back to do another clean there was no significant improvement so I called Parr's. Jeremy stopped by to take a look. He gave his diagnosis and quoted a reasonable price for an extraction to remove residual product left in the carpet by the other company. The final result is a huge improvement. Overall an awesome, honest worker and a perfect example of a local business you can feel great about supporting! Two things to note: if you are in a apartment or condo you'll want to make sure there's a path for him to run the equipment into your house - he can't park in a carport due to flammability risks.
