These guys are simply the best cleaning company out there. They took care of my travertine floors, repaired damage, sealed stone floors and counters, grout work...the whole nine yards. Jacob and his team are attentive to details and treat your home as if it were their own. They also were very reasonable on cost. 5 stars and more. I hired OC House Beautiful to clean our tile amd grout in the entry way, hallway, dining room, and kitchen, as well as the carpet in our living room. They did an excellent job. Jacob and Simona were very friendly, professional, and they worked efficiently. They also showed up on time. It was a pleasure supporting a local family-owned business. I will be hiring them to return another day to color-seal our tile grout and to polish and seal our granite counter-tops in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend their services. Their prices were reasonable. This is one of those business I will be putting in my contacts on my cell phone. read more

Jacob responds quick! He's communicative, professional, friendly and offers his services at a very good price. He showed up to my house exactly at the time we had both agreed on, ready to work. I asked that he clean my sectional and he left it looking brand new. read more

We have a white unglazed porcelain tile floor at our place of business which due to the heavy foot traffic quickly became coated in black grime despite daily mopping. We tried so many different things to address it, but quickly realized we were in over our heads. We needed a professional to do a tile & grout deep cleaning and apply a sealant. I requested a number of competing quotes thru Yelp and Google. There aren't many contractors that specialize in tile cleaning, and most of them aren't willing to come by after business hours. Jacob was very responsive, knowledgeable, offered a competitive price, and was able to be super flexible on scheduling. He offered a lot of helpful advice on how to maintain white floors which shows that he cares about his clients success over making a quick buck. We're super happy with the results! The before vs after is so immensely satisfying. Our white floors looks nearly new and we are planning on calling Jacob for routine deep cleanings in the future. Highly recommend! read more

OC House Beautiful - You can see what a difference the cleaning made!! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Anaheim, California

Did you know there were still honest people out there who do AMAZING work and don't take advantage of you? No? Neither DID I. That changed as soon as I met Jacob from OC House Beautiful. I called several carpet/floor cleaners and his prices were the best and he had amazing response time. I set an appointment for Friday between 8:30-9:30 and he was there on time. Our floors are a pain to clean. They are light colored and super porous porcelain. He quoted me two prices on the phone. One for just the cleaning and one for the sealant. When he got here, I told him we wanted them sealed. But after looking at the floors, he told me NOT to seal them and explained that with the porcelain floor, it doesn't work. Who does that!? I was sooo thankful for an honest person! Our carpet on the stairs was really bad. I would have charged us extra but he didn't! When my husband got home he was dumbfounded. He couldn't believe how clean the carpets and floor were. We will DEFINITELY use again!! (I didn't take any before pictures of the stairs but trust me, they were horrible!) read more

Quick to respond and communicate with however our carpet was not clean upon completion of work. We questioned it being clean and Jacob came out right away to check and reassured it was clean, but unfortunately all carpet was replaced because of dog urine remains even after the cleaning. Totally understand not all carpet can be fully cleaned but would have expected the professional honesty that they did their best but unfortunately couldn't get it all out. Would only recommend for basic carpet cleaning. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Jakub and his work, but wow! My 4yr old carpet I thought was ruined by tenants w 8 dogs has life again!! The grout downstairs cleaned up so good too. This was my first time using OC house beautiful, and let me tell you best experience ever. I have white texture porcelain floors with white grout. My floors are extremely difficult to clean since they have pores which dirt penetrates into the tile. Jacob (owner) told us that it was no issue to get the floors looking like new. He tested a few areas to determine the best solutions to use on my floors. Here are some before and after pictures. You be the judge. read more

OC House Beautiful provided everything I want when I hire professional help: they responded quickly, arrived on time, were careful about how they treated our house (including wearing booties, using corner protectors against the walls as they carried equipment in and out, and wiping the floors as they left), were really pleasant and knowledgable, charged reasonable prices, and did an amazing job cleaning our couches and some grout/tile staining in the bathroom. When I asked about an additional grout problem in the bathroom, Jacob explained the problem clearly and showed me what he could do to fix it. We got reasonable prices and beautiful work from very nice people! Thank you, OC House Beautiful! read more

Most of the time I hire someone do something in my home, it's a disaster; they don't show up on time, or try to charge me WAY more than what they quoted, don't answer their phones, etc. Jacob responded to my phone calls immediately, showed up exactly on time, charged me exactly what he quoted, and my couch and chair look great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and/or use him again. read more

What can I say about OC House Beautiful but they are amazing. They have been cleaning my house, Windows and carpets for years. I've tried other carpet cleaners but non compare to Jacob. Just last night my dogs got out and dragged mud all over the house. Smeared it into my carpet, all over the walls and wood floor. Texted him last night and he was here bright and early this morning and my carpets look amazing as does the other areas where they smeared mud. I highly recommend them if you want the job done right. read more

Wow! Helped a friend handle a trashed rental house. Called Jacob at the recommendation of a realtor colleague. He met me at the house the same day. He gave me some recommendations on what should be done to prepare the house for a sale, but was not pushy at all. He understood we simply wanted the house to show better for an "as is" sale, so that meant doing more of a surface cleaning than deep cleaning. That same Friday, he had a team of two, plus him on the job. In five hours, the house went from looking like a tear-down to something I would even want to live in with a bit more work. It was really that dramatic. These photos don't do justice, but you can see what I'm talking about. read more

I cam across this company while desperately looking for someone to clean carpet and upholstered furniture after a tenant had a pet in the home without permission and with the next tenant moving in immediately, I had to get someone quick and luckily Jacob's team was able to squeeze us in and helped us cleaned carpet, sofa/chairs, tiles and even hardwood floors! I was so pleased with his service (everything turned out so clean!) that I've been using him since. He's easy to communicate with and reasonably priced! It's hard to find someone to clean upholstered furniture and wash hardwood floors but he does it all and makes my life so much easier! He's now my go-to for everything! read more

We have a small walk-in shower (porcelain tile) and a master bathroom floor (also porcelain tile but non-glazed) that Jacob and his partner just finished. I can't say enough about the remarkable job they did. These two areas were maintained each year by our former tile person who recently retired. I've been searching for 6+ weeks for someone to clean and seal these 2 areas in my home. One vendor quoted $695 (3.5 times higher than I usually spend) and another vendor quoted $400 but when they showed up, the experienced tech that was supposed to do the job had an emergency and was replaced by 2 techs that honestly, I was very uncomfortable with. So following my belief of when in doubt, go without, I decided not to use them and instead called OC House Beautiful. I was lucky that Jacob had an opening the next day. He and his partner were a no BS professional team. They were very knowledgeable; they knew what they were doing and the end result speaks for itself. Jacob welcomes all questions from the customer and if interested, will describe how the job is done, what type of products he uses, and he even showed me how some of the work is done, which I liked. Jacob is not only insured and licensed, he is certified. You may say, so what, but believe me, it matters. Jacob, as the owner, attends conventions/conferences where he learns about the latest and greatest products in his industry. For me, that is a plus not only in his favor but in the customer's favor as well. Bottom line, if you truly need an expert to do the job for you and one that is price-reasonable, don't waste another minute and call OC House Beautiful. You will not be sorry. Thank you Jacob and team! You'll be back to do the job next year. read more
