Justin from Pro Carpet Care was amazing!! He came to clean the carpets at our rental property the previous tenants trashed. He suggested the power scrub cleaning process as it looked like the tenants never vacuumed or cleaned in the 3 years they had been here. Luckily Justin brought the carpets back to life! 3 small bedrooms, stairs and closets all super clean he did a great job. I would definitely recommend to anyone! Thanks, Justin! read more

Was very polite, trusting and did a great job cleaning up my worn carpet in the apartment.

First let me say these guys answer the phone! So many places don't even answer. Second they showed up to do the job with an hour of calling! Fantastic now that is customer service! They were both very polite and answered any questions I had, quoted me on the spot and got to work. I will say they did a wonderful job on the carpet, took their time and got it right! Oh and the price was very reasonable. These guys just moved themselves to the top of my list for carpet and tile cleaning! Thanks guys! read more

Justin & Albert were great! They responded quickly and worked super efficiently. Their flat rate was $160 and they cleaned 3 small bedrooms for me. They were able to get the majority of the stains out of my carpet without doing a deep clean (which would have been an extra $160). Thank you guys so much! I was happy to support your small business! I had Pro Carpet Clean come out to clean three large area rugs this weekend. Justin came out and did a great job getting my living room area rug looking like brand new. I've had the rug since 2021, and with two dogs and it being a heavy traffic area, it was really starting to look dingy, but after Justin cleaned it, it looks beautiful again. Justin cleaned the other area rugs in my bedrooms just around the beds. The master rug had some high traffic usage from the dogs going in and out of their doggie door. The guestroom rug needed a little TLC after my new pup decided to pee on it twice. :( I'm very happy with the outcome of all the rugs. Thank you Justin! read more

I requested service on my rental property for carpet cleaning , I was recommended the power scrubbing option how ever I was just getting my deposit back when denied that option, my carpets still came out steam cleaned which was required before a real estate open house. The carpets were clean and the door was removed we received an additional pet deodorizer at no additional cost. Our house went on the market the next day and sold for above market value , the services that Alfred and the team put together was phenomenal. Thank you again! read more
