We tried treating them by ourselves but we thought professional cleaning would be better. They were upfront and honest, telling us that they would do the best but no guarantees. They also said they don't clean just spots but all the area they can see. Unfortunately, the stains & odor didn't get much better. We also found that part of the rugs that didn't have any stains now have cleaning stains that we cannot get out... It seems that the solution he sprayed was not extracted well. This company responds back telling me a specific price as you see in the attached photo I specifically put what areas needed to be cleaned including the stairs. They give me a price then show up and want to charge me an additional $40-$50 to add the stairs. Worst service person showed up with a bad attitude stay away. And to your response I never called you stupid that is another lie. I said that it was stupid that I put exactly what I needed a quote for and your asking me to pull up a txt message from someone when I clearly put in my estimate request that I had a flight of stairs. Pros: Responsive to customer outreach, clear pricing and quick booking. Many stains removed from sectional. Cons: Customer service. I used another professional cleaner last year and the technician was engaging, gave instructions and clarity on estimates of how long things would dry. Recommendations of stain prevention. Strong fumes: the residual fumes were very unpleasant and strong. Some dirt remained on large sectional, that was not mentioned. Carpet had to be cleaned outside and technician intended to leave outside on driveway. I had to request moving back indoors. Payment options: they noted they preferred cash and check to avoid card service fees. I noted a couple of times that because my husband was delayed unexpectedly over an hour with our son, cash was not possible and as young millennials checks aren't a thing for us. After many repeats of cash or checks I was begrudgingly offered Zelle and Venmo. Transparency on "eco friendly" products - I chose this cleaner over others because of the eco-friendly flag as I have small children and aim to reduce toxicity where I can. I asked about this and the answer was a bit gray. Almost immediately I could tell that the service was not going to be strong. The pricing is very similar to more professional cleaning services (I priced around) at maybe $50 cheaper. But the experience is exponentially less due to the cons list. I also had in mind to have my stairs and another area rug cleaned but opted not to request because of the service experience and my declining trust in the products used. Overall I don't plan to use again nor would I recommend to my community. However I do think I have very specific expectations when it comes to professionalism and service. The person doing the job said that because of some parts of the carpet being so dark, it might not be completely removed although he can make it lighter.
