I solely asked for them to review the pics I sent and see if something they could clean. The response was we can't give guarantee's ( which respectfully I never asked for a guarantees ) just a simple option or area of expertise if that's what you specialize in. Just seemed like they weren't interested in having a five minute interaction. Just give me your address and schedule. Maybe their workmanship is on point.
