Francisco did an amazing job! He was on time, fast, and great quality work!! I had him clean a rug, and couch to get rid of dog smell. Didn't end up going with Magical Steam. But in my brief interaction doesn't seem like they care too much about customer service. Seems like a one and done company. I solely asked for them to review the pics I sent and see if something they could clean. The response was we can't give guarantee's ( which respectfully I never asked for a guarantees ) just a simple option or area of expertise if that's what you specialize in. Just seemed like they weren't interested in having a five minute interaction. Just give me your address and schedule. Maybe their workmanship is on point. But defintely didn't feel the professionalism everyone claimed. read more

I needed a patch of carpet near a wall cleaned asap due to bad cat urine smell near where we were going to host a dinner. Francisco answered my service request very quickly and provided a fair estimate. He worked us into the scheduled very quickly and even called the day of to ask if he could come early which was awesome. He sent a picture of himself before he came which I appreciated for safety. He was very thorough explaining the process and made it really worth the price and was pretty spot on with the estimate even saving us some money. I had been putting away cleaning my carpet for a long time now. Finally decided to do it ans sent many requests on yelp. Francisco was very fast at responding and gave me a price right away. His work was well over the value of the work. My carpet was messed up with my children dropping milk, juices, and in some places having Plato stuck to the fivers. He was able to remove so I would say 98% of all stains. I understand some were not going to be able to be removed. I work in textile I know how that works. But for everyone looking for a carpet cleaning service I highly recommend this business. read more

I am pleased with the carpet cleaning service provided by Magical Steam. Francisco replied quickly to our inquiry to clean my parent's home in Hacienda Heights. He provided a quote based on our description and set up an appointment. He called prior to arriving for the appointment and, after viewing our house, provided a final quote for the cleaning. Francisco clearly explained what he would be able to easily clean and what portions of the carpet would remain in less than perfect condition due to heavy traffic, exposure to sun, permanent staining, etc. I would use Magical Steam again! read more

My 2,000 sq ft office needed some major carpet cleaning especially in one room where my dog stayed and left a few (a lot) of accidents. The last carpet cleaning company we hired didn't do a very good job of getting the stains out, but that was years ago. I messaged Magical Steam and Francisco answered me within 15 minutes. He needed to do an in-store estimate and was able to see our office 2 hours later. He gave us a GREAT quote and we booked him the following Sunday. He was able to come out to our office as early as 7am, on a weekend, for our convenience. It only took him 2 hours to clean our entire office and he was able to remove the urine stains our dog left. It's ALL GONE. I will definitely hire him again in the future and recommend him to all my friends & family! Thank you, Francisco! read more
