What made the experience even worse was the way they handled the situation afterward. Their customer service was some of the worst I've ever dealt with. Instead of taking responsibility, showing concern, or trying to make things right, I felt like my concerns were dismissed. There was no sense of accountability and no genuine effort to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, they didn't even offer any type of refund, partial reimbursement, or compensation for the damage they caused or the inconvenience I experienced. When a business makes a mistake, I understand that accidents can happen. What matters is how they respond. Unfortunately, Brite Spot Carpet Care chose not to stand behind their work or their customers. I trusted them with valuable furniture and rugs, and I deeply regret that decision. The tile in one bathroom was discolored, and he said it could be cleaned and sealed, and we needed tile flooring in our other bathroom replaced. Randy was friendly and approachable, and I planned to see how the smaller project went before hiring him for the larger project we needed tackled. Unfortunately, the experience was awful. A subcontractor/employee showed up on the agreed date to clean and seal the tile, and spent a couple of hours what sounded like physically scraping the tile - not what I expected. His coworker showed up a couple hours later, and told me that this plan was not going to work - that even if they could get the tile clean and seal it, the staining would come right back. He told me to have them leave, because Randy would still charge me for them being there. I went in the bathroom after they left, and it literally looked no different except there was dust everywhere - they did not clean up. I waited for a follow-up call or email from Randy - nothing. I was mad, but decided to put it behind me. A week later, I received a bill. I wrote a very frank email to Randy explaining my disappointment with the workers sent, the fact that no work was even done, and my confusion that he didn't even bother contacting me afterward. He apologized profusely and said he would follow up with me the next day. He did not follow up with me about the work, ever. But I have still been getting bills from this company!! I have emailed him multiple times, and he's told me to ignore them, but that is not an acceptable response - every time I see one of these emails, I am newly angry about the time I wasted on this endeavor. I gave him plenty of time and opportunity to make this right, and he did not even bother to try. I am writing this review because once again, I have gotten an invoice for this "work". Would not recommend.

His team did leave floor finish stains on the baseboards and my kitchen quartz counter walls, so heads up, don't forget to ask them to use painters tape if you're getting your hardwood floors sanded and refinished. (Initial review) Initially when Alex first gets your business, they seem responsive and even tells me about how shoddy of a job the previous flooring people did in my home (fixed by previous owners). But the moment any small issues come up, Alex just ghosts his customers. In the video you can see the cracks happening under normal body weight. I really wanted to believe that at the very least he and his team will try to provide any rectification, even if it's just to come out again to check on the floor to see what else can be done, like I wouldn't even have mind paying an additional small fee for materials. Instead, since he has been fully paid, he won't even see the project to the end to make sure he delivers on quality work. I understand that things come up and he could be busy but the non-responsiveness for two weeks is clear.
