This place is awesome and our new favorite place to find tile! They have a huge selection and everything is very well organized and lit and easy to find with prices on every sample. We have been doing lots of home renovations and come by often to get inspiration for our next project. Kenny and all the staff are super friendly and helpful. You can also borrow samples which is a huge help in seeing the tiles in your own home and lighting. Ordering doesn't take more than a week to arrive for most tiles and pickup has been super easy. Awesome place and definitely worth checking out. read more

Philip and Richard are great at helping you out at this place. This tile store is great to shop at because they display most of their samples on huge panels so that it's easy for you to see the home tile without having to lift them up like at other stores. Their samples are well organized and Philip and Richard knows where everything is. They are both easy to get a hold of and most of the tiles arrive at the store quickly. I'm glad I bought my tiles here. read more

Tile Depot has so many great tile options in a variety of price ranges and it's organized SO well and very easy to browse. The salespeople are very helpful but also give you the space you need to consider and brainstorm. The best selection we've found! After popping into tile stores all over LA County, it was immediately clear that we found out supplier when we walked in. This huge warehouse is well organized and has every sort of flooring, backsplash, and outdoor tile you can think of. I have been searching for decorative porcelain tile and had an entire corner of the warehouse to choose from! Phil was extremely helpful with selecting materials and determining our order size. I went to several places throughout SoCal. And I can honestly say that this place had more variety than any single store I went to. Their customer service was amazing too. I liked that when we arrived they gave us a general overview of the store and then let us go on our own without constantly following us and pushing for a sale. I found tile depot on yelp and need pool tiles asap. My wife and I walked in and were instantly greeted by Richard. He was extremely polite and informative. Told us the difference between the different tiles and the reasoning for the pricing. He patiently stayed with us the entirety of the time while selecting our design and colors. He even made a suggestion to pick out our favorite ones and bring them outside to see the them against the sunlight. It was an overall great buying experience and highly recommend to seek out Richard for your tile needs! read more

I visited many tile stores and even the big box stores and nothing comes close to the service of Tile Depot. Stock right now is hard to come by for tiles, back order on top of back order, however Tile Depot somehow keeps their inventory stocked (for certain tiles). Most tiles are in stock and if you need a specific one, it may take 2-3 business days to transfer them, or 2-3 months from over seas. A lot of the tiles here are from Spain and not made in China. Comparing the quality to other stores, it's pretty much the same and you probably can't tell much of a difference. I worked with Philip on my giant order and he was extremely helpful. We told him how what we wanted and he gave suggestions on what he would recommend to match with what. He was very knowledgeable and suggested things that we would need such as the metal trim along the tile wall, the grout color, and the tile adhesive. There are only a few downsides of this place, the first is parking, it's very small and tight. Not a lot of cars can fit here. The second is pricing, it can get extremely pricey. For tiles that are similar design to your big box store, it's gonna be 1.5-2X the price per sq feet and that adds up very quickly. The return policy is not very lenient, basically no refunds or exchanges. read more

I looked all over town looking for tiles for a bathroom remodel. All the big box store like Home Depot and Lowe's have very little to choose from. I found this spot and was blown away. Very easy to find business with its own parking lot. Huge showroom and very organized. The salesman Kenny was very helpful and answered all my questions without being pushy. Ended up finding the tile I wanted and was even given a Yelp customer discount. This will definitely be my spot in the future for all things tile and flooring. read more

I've had multiple disappointing experiences here due to what feel like shady business practices…read more During a kitchen renovation, I paid in full for cabinets. Later I realized that the height of the wall cabinets they recommended were the wrong height so I asked to change from 36" to 30" tall wall cabinets. This was before my contractor picked up the cabinets. Despite the cabinets being smaller, I was told there was no price difference. None of their pricing is posted, so I had to take their word for it. In a separate renovation project, I was given 2 base cabinets that were smaller than what I ordered and paid for, and my contractor unknowingly installed them. Since the cabinets received were smaller, I expected that I should have a credit back. I ordered two 36" wide cabinets with a drawer and door, but I was given two 27" wide cabinets with no drawer. When I brought this up, the salesperson lied and insisted I received the correct cabinets, even after I showed the invoice and 3D rendering proving otherwise. Since then, I've received no meaningful follow-up or resolution. And salesperson is avoiding my calls. Unfortunately, I am too busy to chase them down. Due to the lack of pricing transparency and refusal to take responsibility for mistakes, I can't recommend this business.

While he doesn't sell tiles, he has a person that does tiling for our kitchen, and did a great job. I had to supply the tiles. Lastly, we just recently found out that he does Plantation (French) Shutters, and kitchen cabinets, which we will be using Roger to do so.

This is my first review on Yelp. I usually don't write reviews online but Tile Depot has impressed me so much that I think I should write one. I wish every business is like them. My husband and I have been shopping for tile for our home remodeling for quite some time now. We have been to countless tile stores in SVG area but we are so lucky to find Tile Depot. They have a huge showroom with lots of selections. I love their displays for the Porcelanosa tiles from Spain. They really take their time to make their displays. It makes it really easy for us to see. Their Manager Raymond helped us with the tile selections. He was very helpful and patience with us even though we were not buying a huge quantity. He is very knowledgable about tiles and answered every one of our questions. We ended up buying some of their in stock tiles. Their prices are very good compare to other stores. Their staff helped load all the boxes to our car and Raymond was there to make sure we got the right products. We are extremely happy with their quality of service. Flipping houses is my job so I am always looking for building materials. I have been to many tile stores near Los Angeles and Orange County and Tile Depot never failed me. I have been going to this place often for my tile needs ever since it was opened last year. They have a very good selection on tiles and stone. Prices are very competitive as well. Showroom is huge and clean. Everything is very easy to see and find. The most important thing that keeps me coming back is their customer service. Either I buy one sheet of glass tile or 1500 SF of tiles, I receive the same great service. The staff from the sales to the warehouse guys are friendly and helpful. Manager Raymond runs a tight ship so the turnaround time is very fast compare to other stores I have been to. Shout out to Elaine and Sam as they helped me a bunch as well. I went to Tile Depot to look for tiles for my foyer and master bedroom. Right from the start Philip was such a great help. There were several tiles that I was interested for each area, and Philip gladly helped me take the samples off the display wall so that I could compare the different tiles side by side. These were large 48" to 60" heavy tiles. Philip always replied with "No problem" and "Glad to Help" at every request. Afterwards he helped me placed the order and even helped designate which tiles were for each room, just in case we had to reorder. And of course we ended up having to reorder both tiles and all I had to do was text Philip and it was done. They really have the best customer service and make the entire shopping and purchasing experience efficient and easy. I would definitely recommend going to Tile Depot for all your tiling needs. Not only was the customer service superb, the warehouse is clean, well organized, and Philip really knew his stuff and was able to help me navigate through all the different tile options that I was interested in. read more

Helping my brother remolding his home, so we were wandering through many stores and fortunately stumbled into Tile Depot. From the get-go, customer service was excellent - we were greeted with a friendly welcome and were granted with personal space to browse the showroom. We were astonished with the size of the showroom, the many styles, and sample selections. The prices were competitive and rather inexpensive compared to others. As were mentioned by others reviewers, the staffs were very helpful by going through the entire process with us on the several tile styles that we selected; for instance, mortar, grout, and glue - materials required to complete the tasks at hand. Upon asking at check out the manager gave us an additional discount on top of the already great price. The buttom line - we would highly recommend Tile Depot to anyone for their tile projects. I think the other reviews say it pretty well. I recently moved in this area and just bought a fixer-upper home and this place has everything I needed. Tide Depot was recommended by my neighbors and I'm so happy to find such a awesome store. Customer service is remarkable. They are so very attentive, friendly, knowledgable and willing to help if you need assistance. The prices were and are fantastic, and they have a wonderful selection. The store was well stocked and well maintained. The staffs really know their stuffs and were quick to offer assistance when you walk in. I greatly recommend this place and will definitely come back for my bathroom project. I posted some pictures of the tiles we bought. Finally, I have time to write a review! The manager I forget his name was very helpful and accommodating to our request and even offered a greater discount than was displayed in store. They have a very large, clean and bright warehouse location with thousands of styles to select from. Really amazing to see all the different tiles / stones/ They walked us through the entire process of tile, mortar, grout and the glue etc.. to help get every thing we needed for our new kitchen and floor tile. I have been to almost all tile places in the area but Tile Depot has the best tile showroom around SGV. Besides the large variety of tile selection, their customer service is excellent. Raymond, the manger there was very helpful and knowledgable about tiles. His service was top notch!! He was never pushy and was very patient with us. Prices are very good as well. We got our order in a couple of days without any problems. This place is legit. No shady business ethic like other stores I have been to. This place is always packed every time I went. I was searching for tiles to remodel my house. There was a grand opening at a store called "Tile Depot" on Rosemead Blvd. I was impressed with their showroom because it was very spacious and had many selections of glass and tiles in the store to choose from. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with their knowledge of their products. Their tile selection is very unique and of great quality. Received a call from Tile Depot about my special order. It only took 2 days for them to get the material. They promised me 3 days. My contractor went to pick up the tiles. He said it was really easy, no hassle whatsoever. The tiles are already packed and ready to go. It was in and out for him. I pass by this store all the time when I commute to work off the 60 fwy. Since I am remodeling my restroom at home, I have decided to check them out. (This was on 2 separate visits). But then it got creepy and inappropriate on my last visit when he asked for my phone number and put his hand on my arm. Clearly flirting, saying things like "pretty girl." Although his English was not perfect I understood his intentions and body language. I was so creeped out, I left immediately and never returned again. Ladies beware.

She told me that the company does not accept credit card payments and insisted that I pay using Zelle. However, I later found out that the company does accept credit cards. I purchased kitchen cabinets, but when I opened the boxes, many of the pieces were damaged. In addition, the cabinet sizes did not match the measurements I had provided. I called Ka-ie multiple times and left several messages requesting replacements for the damaged items, but I never received a response. Eventually, I had to work with another staff member. Each exchange or replacement took an additional two days or more. There were repeated issues, including incorrect cabinet sizes, mismatched colors, wrong handles, and incorrect locks. These problems resulted in extra costs for me. I had to pay workers to repeatedly visit the store to return damaged items and pick up replacements. I also had to pay my cabinet installer for additional time and labor due to delays caused by the company. In addition, I personally made multiple trips to the store to exchange incorrect handles and locks. Overall, the repeated mistakes and delays were caused by inexperienced staff. Whenever I saw Ka-ie at the store, she avoided eye contact and acted as if she did not know me. In the end, I worked with another staff member, Cas--c. Although she had limited experience, she was at least willing to help. I was under significant pressure coordinating installation schedules with my workers. Due to delays in exchanging damaged cabinets, incorrect cabinet sizes, and wrong handles and locks, I had to pay additional costs to the installer. There were repeated problems caused by Alibaba's inexperienced staff, and the service I received was extremely poor. In addition, I had to purchase extra fillers to close the gaps between the cabinets because the measurements were done incorrectly due to Alibaba's inexperience with the design drawings. When I called Alibaba to place an order, I overheard Ka-ie quoting prices to another staff member while I was on the phone, and I was told the price was nonnegotiable. This made me very upset. I then shopped at a nearby store in El Monte and purchased the same type of fillers for half the price that Alibaba had quoted me. I also checked cabinet prices at that store and found they were selling the same cabinets. I became even more upset after realizing that the price I paid for the cabinets at Alibaba was significantly higher. My recommendation for this store: DO NOT BUY FROM OR DEAL WITH THEM.
