Their prices are reasonable, and their most exclusive tiles are at lower prices than even Home Depot or Lowe's. Their whole crew is very friendly and helpful. They have even loaned me a few samples to take home. read more

Tile Outlet Store made our tile shopping experience very easy and memorable. Over the months, we started renovating our house from grounds up, was looking for some tiles for the bathrooms and wood floor to replace all the carpet in the house. The workers here were very helpful, they given us helpful guidance, very reasonable price, tons of selection to choose from. They have tons of tiles and wood made in all the countries. This store also offer 0% financing from 12 months. This store also have contractors that they can refer you out. However we decided to hired our own contractors from another company. We are very happy with the turn out for our bathroom, closet, house rennovation (work in progress)!! read more

This place is the worst. They installed my new kitchen tile floor (before the rest of the kitchen was done) and the tile started to move and crack 2/3 months after. The installer was out sick and we had to wait for him to come back to "fix it". They came back to fix it and again, 2 months later even worse damage. I called the store (Francisco) and Jose, the owner, and they told me that the installer said that I directed him to install a thinner backer board...what?!? I asked for my money back since the entire job needs to be redone and they never called back. Run away from this place. It's not worth it. I had three other tile installers come in to look at the floor and they all said that the subfloor was not secured and they used too thin a backer board. The entire project has to get redone properly. Oh yeah and Jose has the audacity to say that their warranty is only one month (lol). These people are crooks - I wouldn't go to them as a last resort (you would probably do a better job doing it yourself). I am also in the process of reporting them to the BBB.

Francisco was very helpful through our whole tile buying experience. We went back about 7 times and changed our mind and each time he brought out a bunch of options to consider based on our pictures. He is not pushy at all, and instead gave us a good price and was very helpful with finding in stock tile, even things we needed at the last minute. My boyfriends family has been going to this tile place for decades now and we would go back again just for the excellent service and fair prices. read more

Fuck this place, first they didn't tell us the items we purchased are special order they just said " it will be here by Friday" . I have a couple pieces left over that aren't cheap 30$ each tile . They won't take them back , just go to floor and decor . If you do shop there make sure they are clear with you and you don't have any left over . They will give you a hard time. read more

Francisco is amazing! We got a nice deal on some engineered hardwood floors that we saw in other store but was too expensive for us. He was very professional and helpful with an extra purchase over the phone. The store was storing the floor untill we were ready to pick it up so everything went very smoothly. We are coming back for sure when it's time for the tile for the bathrooms! Forget about home Depot or Lowe's. Outlet Tile has a lot of choice and great prices! read more

Great tile, do not let them hire subcontractors to do your work. I had an awful experience with this company and it's taken me awhile to get around to writing my review. I wanted white subway tile with black grout for my bathroom. They hired absolute amateurs to do my job last year. There was dust ALL over my house which triggered allergies. At one point, one of these yahoos punched a whole FROM my bathroom into the other bedroom and tried to act like it was OK. Their subcontractors then made excuse after excuse as to why I had to pay them more. I can show you pictures of chipped tiles that were installed. They were even cutting tiles on my front lawn and leaving the detritus there. They got black grout on the ceiling and I had to pay a handyman $300 to clean it up. They installed the shower faucet wrong and tried to tell me it was something wrong with my water heater. No amateur, it's called a scald guard. That was another $80 to a plumber to fix it. I have texts and photos to prove all of this. When I complained to this place, they did nothing. So, is their tile great? Yep. Absolutely beautiful. If you hire them to do ANYTHING, be sure they're not subcontracting out the work and make sure you get workers you trust. Every time I look at my bathtub with chipped, uneven tile I am reminded of this. Fool me once, shame on me. read more

I've had three projects that I have completed in my house with the help of the tile selection available at Outlet Tile Center. Dan of Outlet Tile Center was INCREDIBLY helpful with a closet remodel project in our home. We were in a tough spot as we needed to match the unusual flooring in the other section of closet. It was a very difficult to find porcelain tile product. Due to the pandemic, our family is staying in-- so I sent Dan photos of the unusual tile. He hunted down the manufacturer and distributor. He helped us place an order. We just received the order this week and it's a perfect match! We are so grateful to the Outlet Tile Center as they have the widest selection of tile and excellent customer service. This was the easiest textile purchase I've experienced. Thank you! read more

We went to outlet tile Center rather last minute because we were already in the middle of our bathroom remodel. We had been to Home Depot and Lowe's and floor and decor. We have dealt with so many employees at those stores who were very comfortable answering our questions with "Gee. I don't know." . I was frustrated from having repeatedly found tiles only to not be able to find out if they were appropriate for our job. Things were way easier at outlet tile Center and they had so many choices. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. We got our tile with no problem and it installed beautifully. Someday we will remodel our other bathroom and I will not waste any time going to the big stores. read more

Outlet Tile Center - Our new tile. We love this place! - Flooring Near Me - Bellflower, California

Such a great selection of tile, and you can't beat the prices! We looked at places like Lowe's and Floor and Decor, but the selection there just didn't compare to this place! We ended up going with a tile from Spain, so for one, it's not a commonly found item, and for two, you would think the price would be expensive bit it was very affordable and the owner gave us 15% off our entire bill and threw in a couple extra goodies for us. The tile was ready to pick up in less than a week's time, and everything about the process was smooth and easy. We are looking forward to seeing how it looks as backsplash in our new kitchen! read more

Way to pricey for I wouldn't be going back. That's to bad because I really like this backsplash but just extremely expensive.

Came here and when I first walked in couldn't find anyone working, but as I kept walking, I saw someone. He instructed me to what I was looking for. Eddie came over to help us and I definitely had a bunch of questions and he answered them all. Thank you Eddie for the great customer service and I am glad that there are still people like you with good cust svc skills. See u on Tuesday to pick up! read more

I can't find a reason NOT to give five stars! Francisco was very helpful and didn't pressure us ! The prices are great. We special ordered our floor and and got it the exact day we were advised we would. The white subway tile we got for our shower was half the price at the major chain stores! No complaints here, will definitely be going back for our next projects. So ask for Francisco ! read more

I'm remolding our condo and I'm putting tile in the kitchen and bathroom floors. My contractor had recommended "Floor and Decor" and even tho it's a tile store I wasn't impressed with there selection and felt overwhelmed. Then I went to Home Depot another place I was recommended and they don't have much to select from , I felt so lost I didn't know where to go. I did some digging on Google and found Outlet Tile Center. Had great reviews online and they were closed by, though heck why not I'm getting closer to our start date and no tile. I already had a picture of the tile I was looking for and showed "Francisco" the person at the front desk. He showed me a few samples and one was exactly what I was looking for. As I talked to Fransico about my project and showed him pictures of my bathroom and my concerns with the tile I wanted because my bathroom was much smaller than the picture I was showing him. He gave me other options to consider. He was very knowledgeable and nice and would recommend this place 100% you won't find tile they have here at a Floor Decor or Home a Depot. Big variety, wish I would of known of this place sooner. Will be posting pics as soon as Im finish :) read more

I took a chance on this place hoping they could help me out of a bind. They did that and more.. they were very helpful and polite. I needed a great tile last min. And they were able to accommodate me and with great prices. If you are doing a project with tile this is place to go, and eddie is the man to see. Also I don't just give out reviews I either have to be very happy or very angry and I would give more stars if I could. read more

I went here because of the positive reviews. As soon as we walked in the 2 employees never even made eye contact or greeted us. No problem I can overlook that. As we begin looking at their selection, which is plentiful, I am waiting for someone to come and assist us. No one ever even acknowledged us! We literally were in the store for about 30 minutes looking at tile and waiting for some help and no one ever even bothered to say, "I will be with you in a minute" I was disappointed by the lack of customer service and lack of respect shown to potential customers. I mean there was only one other person in the store at the time. I will definitely never visit this store. If anyone is looking for tile or other flooring, avoid this place! read more

Eddie is AMAZING! I can't recommend outlet tile enough. We had tried multiple big name tile stores to no avail. I was pleasantly surprised when we walked into outlet tile. They had so much more variety than any other store we had gone too. Eddie took the time to help me decide on the perfect tile for my project and bless his heart it was no simple task. I'm very particular and he was beyond patient with me. He helped me to come up with ideas and it was so evident that he really cared and wanted us to have our vision come to life. The prices are reasonable and again, Eddie worked with us on that too. He made sure we got the most cost efficient, but best looking, tile within our budget.
