This place is the worst. They installed my new kitchen tile floor (before the rest of the kitchen was done) and the tile started to move and crack 2/3 months after. The installer was out sick and we had to wait for him to come back to "fix it". They came back to fix it and again, 2 months later even worse damage. I called the store (Francisco) and Jose, the owner, and they told me that the installer said that I directed him to install a thinner backer board...what?!? I asked for my money back since the entire job needs to be redone and they never called back. Run away from this place. It's not worth it. I had three other tile installers come in to look at the floor and they all said that the subfloor was not secured and they used too thin a backer board. The entire project has to get redone properly. Oh yeah and Jose has the audacity to say that their warranty is only one month (lol). These people are crooks - I wouldn't go to them as a last resort (you would probably do a better job doing it yourself). I am also in the process of reporting them to the BBB. Este lugar es el peor. Instalaron mi nuevo piso de baldosas en la cocina (antes de que terminaran el resto de la cocina) y las baldosas comenzaron a moverse y agrietarse 2/3 meses después. El instalador estaba enfermo y tuvimos que esperar a que volviera para "arreglarlo". Regresaron para arreglarlo y nuevamente, 2 meses después, el daño fue aún peor. Llamé a la tienda (Francisco) y a José, el dueño, y me dijeron que el instalador dijo que le di instrucciones para instalar una placa de respaldo más delgada... ¿¡¿Qué?!? Pedí que me devolvieran el dinero ya que todo el trabajo debe rehacerse y nunca me devolvieron la llamada. Huye de este lugar. Que no vale la pena. Otros tres instaladores de baldosas vinieron a ver el piso y todos dijeron que el contrapiso no estaba asegurado y que usaron una tabla de respaldo demasiado delgada. Todo el proyecto tiene que volver a hacerse correctamente. Ah, sí, y José tiene la audacia de decir que su garantía es de solo un mes (risas). Fuck this place, first they didn't tell us the items we purchased are special order they just said " it will be here by Friday" . I have a couple pieces left over that aren't cheap 30$ each tile . They won't take them back , just go to floor and decor . If you do shop there make sure they are clear with you and you don't have any left over . They will give you a hard time. read more

Great tile, do not let them hire subcontractors to do your work. I had an awful experience with this company and it's taken me awhile to get around to writing my review. I wanted white subway tile with black grout for my bathroom. They hired absolute amateurs to do my job last year. There was dust ALL over my house which triggered allergies. At one point, one of these yahoos punched a whole FROM my bathroom into the other bedroom and tried to act like it was OK. Their subcontractors then made excuse after excuse as to why I had to pay them more. I can show you pictures of chipped tiles that were installed. They were even cutting tiles on my front lawn and leaving the detritus there. They got black grout on the ceiling and I had to pay a handyman $300 to clean it up. They installed the shower faucet wrong and tried to tell me it was something wrong with my water heater. No amateur, it's called a scald guard. That was another $80 to a plumber to fix it. I have texts and photos to prove all of this. When I complained to this place, they did nothing. So, is their tile great? Yep. Absolutely beautiful. If you hire them to do ANYTHING, be sure they're not subcontracting out the work and make sure you get workers you trust. Every time I look at my bathtub with chipped, uneven tile I am reminded of this. Fool me once, shame on me. read more

We went to outlet tile Center rather last minute because we were already in the middle of our bathroom remodel. We had been to Home Depot and Lowe's and floor and decor. We have dealt with so many employees at those stores who were very comfortable answering our questions with "Gee. I don't know." . I was frustrated from having repeatedly found tiles only to not be able to find out if they were appropriate for our job. Things were way easier at outlet tile Center and they had so many choices. Such a great selection of tile, and you can't beat the prices! We looked at places like Lowe's and Floor and Decor, but the selection there just didn't compare to this place! We ended up going with a tile from Spain, so for one, it's not a commonly found item, and for two, you would think the price would be expensive bit it was very affordable and the owner gave us 15% off our entire bill and threw in a couple extra goodies for us. The tile was ready to pick up in less than a week's time, and everything about the process was smooth and easy. I'm remolding our condo and I'm putting tile in the kitchen and bathroom floors. My contractor had recommended "Floor and Decor" and even tho it's a tile store I wasn't impressed with there selection and felt overwhelmed. Then I went to Home Depot another place I was recommended and they don't have much to select from , I felt so lost I didn't know where to go. I did some digging on Google and found Outlet Tile Center. Had great reviews online and they were closed by, though heck why not I'm getting closer to our start date and no tile. I already had a picture of the tile I was looking for and showed "Francisco" the person at the front desk. He showed me a few samples and one was exactly what I was looking for. As I talked to Fransico about my project and showed him pictures of my bathroom and my concerns with the tile I wanted because my bathroom was much smaller than the picture I was showing him. He gave me other options to consider. He was very knowledgeable and nice and would recommend this place 100% you won't find tile they have here at a Floor Decor or Home a Depot. I went here because of the positive reviews. As soon as we walked in the 2 employees never even made eye contact or greeted us. No problem I can overlook that. As we begin looking at their selection,which is plentiful, I am waiting for someone to come and assist us. No one ever even acknowledged us! We literally were in the store for about 30 minutes looking at tile and waiting for some help and no one ever even bothered to say, "I will be with you in a minute" I was disappointed by the lack of customer service and lack of respect shown to potential customers.
