Excellent experience. I purchased a quartz vanity top and sink. Definitely the best price and largest selection around, much better than the well known Builder's Surplus in Anaheim. Edward was extremely helpful and patient. Making a decision is never easy and he gave me all the time in the world. Two things to know: there is a 3% added charge for credit card use, and the 48 inch vanity tops really measure 49- which is what you need if you have a 48 inch vanity. We had a great shopping experience at LX. The staff is welcoming and the showroom well arranged and comfortable to stroll through. Jay and Edward were both very responsive to our questions. It took us 3 or 4 visits to decide to purchase two vanities and they were very patient with us each time we showed up, reminding us, "we're here to help". True to their word, Jay, Edward and everyone else we spoke with was indeed helpful and pleasant. The vanities are made of high quality wood, the craftsmanship is excellent. The vanity tops and sinks are also very high quality. Prices are quite reasonable. One top and sink was not in stock, we paid in advance (our choice, not necessary). Their estimate of the arrival time was accurate, my patience wore thin, but every time I called to ask if it was in yet, they were never bothered by me. Again reminding me, "we're here to help." I would give a 0 starts if I could. This place is the worse. The sales reps are very dishonest and doesn't take their customer request seriously at all. I came to ask for a quote for a vanity and the sales rep a young girl I won't say her name gave me all the pricing. I even wrote it down, after it was time for me to come the next week and buy it, she started telling me all this extra fees I had to pay and that she gave me the wrong price for a gray color I picked. We went back and forth about the pricing because it was $400 over what she quoted me, and at the end she still wouldn't honor the price she quoted me, and kept acting like an smart ass this girl. I totally hate dishonest business sales rep. This company has huge potential to lose more clients than earning clients business and trust with all this terrible employees not providing the adequate service to customers. Nope nope nope‼ Traveled from my town to their's (south El Monte) 23 miles apart burning expensive gas to get there to be disrespected. I approached a guy typing on a laptop and asked for assistance. He deferred me to a very disrespectful pimpled faced girl that wouldn't look up and was very dismissive. We looked around the small showroom and was interested in some product. I asked if she had a price list she could print. She indicated that she couldn't print the list because her boss said so. Prior to she wrote down the prices my eyes could not read. I called her out for her lack of customer service and dismissive attitude (Seriously). We left and went directly across the street and was met with respect. One of the worst places I've had the displeasure of coming to. The costumer service is ABSOLUTELY awful. They refuse to acknowledge you as you walk in, or when you walk by their desks. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and write my first bad experience off-- which in hindsight was dumb of me to do. There was one other family in there while I was there, and yet, they still couldn't find the time to talk to me. Them completely ignoring me happened not once, not twice, BUT THREE separate times. After my third and final attempt visiting this location and TRYING to get any type of service from this business, I stopped coming here to look for countertops. Thankfully, they didn't have the countertop in stock that I had originally came here for. Went somewhere else and found out the reason why the countertops here are SO much cheaper at this location is because it's comprised of cheaper material, which after reading several reviews on yelp, will turn yellow on you. And they will not refund you any money or compensation for their cheap products. If you want to be ignored, definitely come here!! I'll make sure NONE of my friends nor family nor neighbors ever shop or buy from here. If I could give a zero star review, I 100% would read more

I Wish I could give this rating less than 1 star. To say that working with this company was devastating and exhausting would be an understatement. Prices appear to be great until you get the actual product. I redid my entire kitchen and purchased the quartz countertops here, biggest mistake of my remodel. Less then 30 days into the installation the quartz had horrible stains. I contacted Eva the rep that assisted me and I advise the material had horrible staining. Mind you I've remolded 2 of my prior homes, and never seen nor experienced anything like this. Her simple answer was "you did not discuss how you would be using your kitchen". Excuse me, kitchens are used on a daily basis what else is there to consider. They do not stand by their product as they "do not manufacturer it"... If you can't stand by a product you should not be selling it. Well, She eventually agreed to replace it if I paid a new installation fee. Keep in mind that the quartz was purchased about 30 days prior. I agreed because the stains were driving me wild. I even ended up up selling myself and asked for her best product, and agreed to cover the difference in material cost and additional fee for installation however Eva could not guarantee that there would be no staining in the future. The day that installation was supposed to happen the installer advised that he would ruin my backsplash. At that point I was livid, the tile backsplash and installation of my Herringbone tile was way more to redo then the cost of the quartz. I had to say no. The installer even admitted that he'd never seen staining like this and this early into installation. That the product must have been "defective". I called Eva and explained that it was not fair for me to have to pay and additional cost for installation of her quartz and have to pay Entirely new cost for installation of my tile backsplash she offered to compensate me an insulting $100 if I kept my countertop. This was absolutely insulting, I'm taking this $100 as their attempt to keep me from spreading the word on the faulty product this company sells and will not stand by. Please do your research and purchase elsewhere. You may initially save a few dollars but you will absolutely pay more in the long run. DO NOT BUSINESS WITH THIS CHEAP COMPANY!! read more

I finished my bathroom through Tammy at ReBath Friday. Talk about impressive. From the minute Tammy walked through that door, I was impressed right away. Tammy was very professional and went over all the choices I could have in our bathroom. She made the process so effortless. I also felt I was in good hands. She explained all steps and I simply couldn't wait until the process started. Junior came here for the install with Cesar and Fernando. They worked together so well and cleaned up every step of the way. Again these gentleman were very professional also and asked me questions along the way, making sure I was happy with it all. We saw the end result of the job, and thought why did we wait so long??? I am shortly going to start our next bathroom and it's apparent, there is no better place to go.
