Jason came out two times because we ended up getting measurement for our kitchen and restroom cabinets as well since wanted the same set for both restrooms and cabinets for color and feels. The process was so seamless and their quotes were by far the best in town. After all the measurement is done and we finalize our designs, we went in store to pick out our stone and handles. I think that was the only hard part of the whole process because they had so many choices for handles and stones to choose from. A couple were still there, and I wanted the new ones to have the same look but with small changes to the layout. Jason took the measurements and listened to what I wanted. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service!! Their return policy is only 10 days and they have a 25% restocking fee which they DONT mention at all or during any part of the transaction. We spoke on call with them regarding returning unused boxes and they told us to come in no problem. Once we got into their office, they then told us about the 25% restocking fee and that they their return period is only 10 days. 10 days is way too low for construction materials. The return policy on the agreement is written way on the bottom of the paper and not visible due to low ink. they would not issue a full refund no matter what we said. we tried to have a conversation about returning the unused flooring and the front desk lady just ignored us and wouldn't even look at us while we stood there. She would not budge about any part of the situation at all. there is always something you lose when you get something for a lower price. They have terrible customer service and quality is terrible as well. read more

I came here after I received horrible customer service at another nearby cabinet store. Jason was extremely helpful and even pointed out possible issues with my kitchen remodel and made some suggestions. When I went to pick up my cabinet order, Jason even voluntarily pointed out that the handles I ordered had minor scuffs on many of them and told me that I could exchange for other ones if I decided they were unsatisfactory. I decided to exchange them the next day and he even delivered the new handles to my house in person. He could've just not said anything about the handles and I never would have inspected it until it was already installed and too late, and I would've been very ticked off when I discovered it. He also exchanged a door that had a hairline crack without any questions. Jason is a really stand up and honest business person and I'd order from him again in a heartbeat. read more
