Not only was she very quick and responsive, she also went out of her way to get answers with regard to led lighting, delivery stock, etc. I have called in before and i spoke to someone who couldn't provide any answers related to my order and continued to note that there was no way of knowing if they have my order. I even asked what do you know? Do i have half my orders? Is it in stock currently? I am picking up the order tomorrow, what can you tell me? And i was constantly provided with unhelpful non answers. Had we had to deal with this individual, we would not rate cabinet city so highly as there was not even a let me check with warehouse (right across in the adjacent building). There was basically a lack of knowledge or willingness to help (instead of saying i am not sure but i will find out, i get it there is no way of knowing). I am thankful Sherry was our go to person and i am also thankful to the warehouse staff who stepped up to help while the person behind the desk was ignoring customers and not even informing of a wait or someone going on break. Instead someone from the warehouse who picked my order came to me directly to help without me asking. Although every place has their pros and cons, i would say that this place is very lucky to have people like Sherry and the warehouse operators. In terms of product, i am not yet able to comment on the received materials as they are still in their boxes, but my wife and i do love the options at cabinet city especially compared to other companies out there. Pricing is more than fair as well. Picking up the order was also very straightforward and easy. So overall, the positives simply outweigh the negatives. I will post any updates if there is anything new on my end once the cabinets are assembled.

In their first home, they lived for years with a kitchen remodeled by G&M, and they recently purchased a second home, choosing G&M again. Because my friend was so happy with the quality and workmanship, I decided this was the company I wanted to use. From day one of contacting G&M, they were nothing but friendly, responsive, and answered all the questions I had prior to starting my kitchen remodel. Wing came to my house to take measurements and created a floor plan that best suited the size and layout of my kitchen. Wing was amazing throughout, always answering the phone and clearly explaining anything I had questions about. They work incredibly fast! Once my kitchen was prepped: new paint and drywall, I called Wing to let her know I was ready to begin. She immediately scheduled her workers, had all the materials in stock, and the entire job was completed in just two quick days, unheard of! The quality, service, and competitive pricing are why I recommend this company to anyone looking to get cabinets. I plan to work with them again soon to remodel our closets and bathrooms. Thank you, G&M! You guys are amazing!

We remodeled our kitchen earlier this year in June and I am 100% happy with our cabinet and quartz countertops. Aaron from day 1 was super helpful in showing us around, helped us narrow down our options, and gave us estimates right away. The cabinet and countertop team who did the installation were punctual, professional and did an excellent job. We love our updates! We'll be going back to them when we're ready for our restroom renovation.

The problem when shopping for cabinets and tiles for home remodeling, is that there's such a wide…read morespectrum of places to choose, with often many having the same or similar items (some I imagine are all white label / private labeled from generic goods coming from the same manufacturer in China) at around the same prices, give or take a few cents or dollars. Make sure you look at your "all-in" costs of whether it includes delivery. If there's any upcharges based on geography (or if you live above a 1st floor residence). Does it include installation. Do they only accept cash, or can you pay with a credit card (a huge benefit for some to defer payment and earn bonus points). Is there a cash discount. Is there a discount for tying different purchases together as one big buy? It's always something shoppers are paranoid about when going to places that are not structured like Home Depot or Lowes. Usually, when encountering Asian, Latin and Middle Eastern vendors, it feels like prices are negotiable, and they often are. So, you always have the seeds of doubt on whether you got a good deal, the best deal or over-charged. You'll drive yourself crazy trying to optimize the pennies and even dollars. That's where you have to do your own research, and also figure out what your budget is. Also, it doesn't hurt to ask negotiation themed questions, the worst they can say is "no" So, the other aspect, a sometimes overlooked x-factor, is the integrity of the company and vibe you get from the staff on whether they'll provide you with good solid customer service. Too often, people will tell you what you want to hear and even stretch the truth to you in the name of the sale, but once they have your money, the relationship can quickly turn adversarial if you encounter any problems with the product or service. Use your gut intuition. First off, if you feel the least bit comfortable with the staff, and that's when they should be at their best, trying to earn the business and close the sale, then you know it's going to be downhill from there if you commit and encounter any issues. I'll say this, the guy here, ANDREW was very welcoming, friendly and polite as well as helpful. I'd have to rank him high on his disposition and presentation, as well as lacking any hard core sales tactics to try to coerce a sale with any high pressure. For that reason, I'd say visit Cabinet King and talk to Andrew, you'll get instilled with confidence and a good sense of endurance of customer care.

He even pulled the tiles to a display to show me what they looked like under different colored lighting. After some consultation, I was allowed to grab the tile sample I settled on to browse around the showroom and search for other combos I might like. He even showed me grout options (there are plenty!) They also offer services for custom tiling. I don't have a designer and I've never remodeled a bathroom before, so Richard's knowledge of current trends, molds, and flooring helped a lot with my decision making! 10/10 would recommend anyone I like to come here.

We wished we came here first! Which seems to be what everyone else feels as well: we heard another lady say the exact same thing in another aisle, and the first review I saw right now as I was coming here to post this also said the same. Anyway, this place is amazing!

I've had multiple disappointing experiences here due to what feel like shady business practices…read more During a kitchen renovation, I paid in full for cabinets. Later I realized that the height of the wall cabinets they recommended were the wrong height so I asked to change from 36" to 30" tall wall cabinets. This was before my contractor picked up the cabinets. Despite the cabinets being smaller, I was told there was no price difference. None of their pricing is posted, so I had to take their word for it. In a separate renovation project, I was given 2 base cabinets that were smaller than what I ordered and paid for, and my contractor unknowingly installed them. Since the cabinets received were smaller, I expected that I should have a credit back. I ordered two 36" wide cabinets with a drawer and door, but I was given two 27" wide cabinets with no drawer. When I brought this up, the salesperson lied and insisted I received the correct cabinets, even after I showed the invoice and 3D rendering proving otherwise. Since then, I've received no meaningful follow-up or resolution. And salesperson is avoiding my calls. Unfortunately, I am too busy to chase them down. Due to the lack of pricing transparency and refusal to take responsibility for mistakes, I can't recommend this business.
