Nayelly came out to my house and examined all the travertine floors. She gave me a detailed explanation of how they would repair my floors which had a lot of stains and pits. I chose OC Stone restoration and Feliciano began his meticulous job of restoring my floors. I was extremely happy with the results! My floors actually look BETTER than new! He first used a series of four progressively finer grits to polish the floor. He then Used a polishing pad. Next He applied a sealant. Finally he meticulously marked then filled in all the pits in the 25 year old floors with a color matched epoxy resin. I've attached some photos, but they really don't do it justice. read more

This company is amazing!! I tried to get several quotes from other companies but most of the companies said it's difficult to remove, I'm not sure if they just didn't want to bother with the job or did not know what they were doing. We hired one of those companies to get the calcium off of our bricks. They came out and powered washed it with chemicals. They actually made it worse and blasted it so hard it took out a lot of our grout. I had OC stone restoration come out and give me a quote. They were very responsive and came out that day and did a test area to show me that they knew what they were doing. They did an amazing job and our bricks and they now look brand new. I used this company to replace broken tiles and clean my tile floor in my downstairs and I would never use this company again. I had to call them back twice to repair cracked grout lines they had just repaired and to replace broken tiles again! The 2nd crew blamed the first crew for doing the job wrong. So when the grout cracked AGAIN, I decided to go someplace else to get the repairs done correctly. The new company (Groutzilla) said the "grout" they used wasn't even "grout". It was more like cement in that it was brittle and crumbled in your hands. Grout shouldn't break apart like that. My shower and travertine floors were in need of deep cleaning, repairs. I wasn't sure my tiles could be cleaned but OC said it was no problem. Feliciano and his associate came masked and ready to work. They spent most of the day working. They said they like to take their time and cover every detail. What I am most pleased about however is their customer service. Their were some areas that I was not satisfied with and didn't notice until the next day due to the social distancing. When I called and showed them pictures of how the grout didn't look right, they agreed and made an appointment to return on a Sunday to fix it. I was very surprised that they would come on a Sunday. Feliciano saw the areas, apologized and removed and regrouped both areas. Now I am very satisfied with their work and my tiles look nice and white again! I highly recommend OC Stone Restoration. The owner, Nayelly, is a uniquely customer-focused professional who went the distance until the job was completed to my satisfaction...and hers! The original installation (by a different vendor) was the source of the problem. Hollow areas had been left beneath the tiles which undermined its stability and caused the grout to crack. Feliciano, a skillful and patient technician, repaired the underlying cause using a state-of-the-art glue. When it turned out that the new grout color was not a perfect match, Nayelly determined that the brand was the issue and quickly sent Feliciano back to my home to redo the grout using a different brand. Throughout the process, including the slight bump in the road along the way, Nayelly remained focused, supportive and accommodating. The final result is beautiful and seamless. OC Stone Restoration cleaned the soft stone in my shower and it looks great. Feliciano sanded the stone, cleaned the stone and fixed areas of grout and then sealed everything. The stone has pits in it and I could not get it clean, it looks so much better. My downstairs (a very large area) is terrazzo "hard" stone and it was VERY glossy. Oc Stone water sanded, painstakingly found the right color grout to fix many areas they were previously done with the wrong color grout, cleaned the floors and sealed them all using a stone "mat" finish, they look so much better!
