Fast and effective communication via Yelp Projects helped me find OC Stone Restoration, who promptly scheduled my grout repair, cleaning, and sealing service in Orange County! Although, the service took around 4 hours to complete, the job was well done and the technician applied a flexible sealant beneath the grout to prevent displacement of existing tiles. Value for money is epic and would definitely hire them again! read more

Can't recommend them enough! They worked wonders on all the different tile floors in our new three story townhome. We have tile throughout the first and second floors, including three bathrooms, the kitchen, and laundry room, so there was quite a bit to tackle! Nayelly came out to give us a quote, and I really appreciated how thorough she was. She even took me to a low traffic corner of the dining area to show me what our grout actually looked like underneath all the years of buildup. Let's just say I was shocked and honestly a little disgusted at the same time The team did an amazing job, and the difference was incredible. It feels so good to move into our new home knowing that all the years of dirt and grime have been professionally cleaned away. Nayelly also gave us helpful instructions on how to keep the floors and grout looking clean and pristine for as long as possible. I know the floors will eventually get dirty again, but I'm not worried about it anymore. I now know exactly who to call! So happy we found them! read more

I used this company to replace broken tiles and clean my tile floor in my downstairs and I would never use this company again. I had to call them back twice to repair cracked grout lines they had just repaired and to replace broken tiles again! The 2nd crew blamed the first crew for doing the job wrong. So when the grout cracked AGAIN, I decided to go someplace else to get the repairs done correctly. The new company (Groutzilla) said the "grout" they used wasn't even "grout". It was more like cement in that it was brittle and crumbled in your hands. Grout shouldn't break apart like that. The replacement work by Groutzilla is phenomenal and I would not recommend OC Restoration to even my worse enemy! read more

This company is amazing!! I tried to get several quotes from other companies but most of the companies said it's difficult to remove, I'm not sure if they just didn't want to bother with the job or did not know what they were doing. We hired one of those companies to get the calcium off of our bricks. They came out and powered washed it with chemicals. They actually made it worse and blasted it so hard it took out a lot of our grout. I had OC stone restoration come out and give me a quote. They were very responsive and came out that day and did a test area to show me that they knew what they were doing. They did an amazing job and our bricks and they now look brand new. I definitely would recommend them for any brick or stone restoration. read more

My shower and travertine floors were in need of deep cleaning, repairs. I wasn't sure my tiles could be cleaned but OC said it was no problem. Feliciano and his associate came masked and ready to work. They spent most of the day working. They said they like to take their time and cover every detail. What I am most pleased about however is their customer service. Their were some areas that I was not satisfied with and didn't notice until the next day due to the social distancing. When I called and showed them pictures of how the grout didn't look right, they agreed and made an appointment to return on a Sunday to fix it. I was very surprised that they would come on a Sunday. Feliciano saw the areas, apologized and removed and regrouped both areas. Now I am very satisfied with their work and my tiles look nice and white again! I would highly recommend OC restoration to my friends and use them again as they were very professional and responsible and their prices are reasonable. read more

I highly recommend OC Stone Restoration. The owner, Nayelly, is a uniquely customer-focused professional who went the distance until the job was completed to my satisfaction...and hers! The original installation (by a different vendor) was the source of the problem. Hollow areas had been left beneath the tiles which undermined its stability and caused the grout to crack. Feliciano, a skillful and patient technician, repaired the underlying cause using a state-of-the-art glue. When it turned out that the new grout color was not a perfect match, Nayelly determined that the brand was the issue and quickly sent Feliciano back to my home to redo the grout using a different brand. Throughout the process, including the slight bump in the road along the way, Nayelly remained focused, supportive and accommodating. The final result is beautiful and seamless. OC Stone Restoration truly cared about the work and my satisfaction and there is no doubt that I would turn to them again. read more
