August 2025... Sad story and happy ending. My mother passed away and I was tasked with updating her home, which required the first floor tile flooring cleaning. Being from out-of-state, I relied on Yelp as my guide. I found OCD and noted high reviews. That led me to Melissa, who was very accommodating to my intense schedule while I was in town. Michael was dispatched and the happy ending was the result of 5 star service from first contact to completion of work. Polite, clean, punctual and fair pricing. Especially for my work around situation. read more

OCD Home does a great job cleaning our carpet. It's a nice feeling to be able to trust the quality of their work, and be able to rely on their expertise over these last few years. They're just very good at what they do! I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any other cleaning service they offer too. Thank you OCD home! read more

i hired OCD to clean several items. ALL items were cleaned to the max! What OCD did: resealed the grout around my bathtub, cleaned my tile and grout in a different bathroom, cleaned the upholstery of my large couch and love seat, cleaned door way mat out to the to the backyard and living room large carpet throw. If you need items cleaned, use this guy. Personable, easy to talk with, and a hard worker. When cleaning carpets and couches, he looked for tags to tell him exactly the type of material he was workin with. Very happy I hired the guy. read more

Had a roommate move out and the carpet in her room was so stained ,pretty much destroyed, but since I have wall to wall carpet in my house, I did not want to replace all of it so I called in OCD.I Only had Saturday available so Jordan, the owner ,came out take care of my problem.I had him clean all rooms and it was the best carpet cleaning I've had in the 20 yrs I've lived here, and I've tried them all. It was a little more than I've paid in the past but Jordan guarantees his work and in fact did come back for the one room to go over again. He was very nice to work with and very respectful of my home! read more

OC Home Carpet and Tile Cleaning came to our rescue. Our newly installed carpet was defected and they were able to repair it. Jordan personally contacted our carpet installer to help resolve the issues. I highly recommend OC Home Carpet and Tile Cleaning to anyone who needs professional meticulous carpet cleaning. Brian did a great job on my carpet. It's cleaner than it ever has been, despite my rescue pup's efforts to make a mess of it. At $800 for 3 bedrooms, a hall & living room, sadly I won't be able to afford to use him again but if you are able, I highly recommend his services. read more

We recently had our sectional sofa and ottoman cleaned by OCD, and they did an excellent job! Scheduling was easy, and they sent a couple of reminders of our appointment along the way. On the day of the cleaning, Michael texted me updates as to when to expect him, when he was on his way, and ETA. He is a very kind and respectful young man. He took measurements and explained the process and let me know approximately how long it would take. He was very through and our sofa & ottoman look like new again (we've had them for about 11 years and they've never been cleaned). Everything was cleaned up before he left. An invoice was texted to me to pay online - super easy! I will happily use them again - highly recommend! read more

These people are scammers and their reply to my review is an absolute lie. The owner said he would personally come and re-do the cleaning after he checker out the complaints that we had. But only after his van was fixed from an accident on 2/6. He never called back.. didn't follow up and then posted his ridiculous response to my review that did not match what he told me on the phone. They scammed an elderly lady.. so beware. DO NOT hire these people. I will be contacting the better business bureau and I will post all over anywhere so people don't get scammed. read more

Just had my tile and grout cleaned. OCD did a very good job, Juan was professional and nice. They also sealed the tiles so hopefully it will stay cleaner longe. Big difference before and after. Pricing was reasonable. read more

Very professional. Showed up on time both times we've used OCD. Quality work and great value for the cost

We normally clean our own carpets, but after we had some contractors recently, all the climbing up and down our carpeted stairs, with boots on (required by law, it seems), it just looked like a mess, and no amount of self cleaning seemed to do the trick. Being very fussy about the cleanliness and tidiness of our home, we sought out Yelp for what we felt was the best home carpet cleaning compamy we could find, that didn't use harsh and toxic chemicals, and we finally came up with OCD. I then called the company....spoke to a very friendly lady by the name of Melissa, told her what I needed done, tshe gave me a rough quote, and then helped me to set up an appointment date and time. She then told me that Michael will be out to do the job, and that he would call me when he was on the way. So easy. Michael showed up on time, was a very nice and professional young man, took measurements of the jobs that needed to be done, confirmed the price for the jobs, we gave the ok, and he was ready to go and did a great job cleaning our stair carpet..... Oh, and since there was a minimum charge of $300 for the visit, and our stair carpet cleaning was not that much, we decided to get our sectional sofa professionally cleaned too...as it was about time anyway, and he did a great job with that too. Now that the cushions are all dry, and the sofa cushions all placed back where they should be, the sofa actually looks brand new now.....**smile** We couldn't be happier with the whole process, and will definitely be calling OCD again to have our bedroom carpets cleaned. In fact, we had asked Michael how they would manage all the heavy furniture in the bedrooms, and he patiently and expertly advised how this job would be best done. We were very satisfied with his explanation, and when ready in the near future, we will call and have Michael back to work on our bedroom carpets. read more

Was able to book and get a cleaning in 48 hours! We bought our house over 3 years ago and have never had the stone cleaned, who knows if the previous owners ever had it cleaned. I knew it was dirty but I didn't realize just how bad it was til Michael cleaned it. Michael and Jordan were super professional and helpful with recs for another company to fix our tile cracks (which we are fixing next week). Will definitely use OCD next time we need a cleaning! read more

Michael came on time and did a wonderful job on our carpets! Didn't miss a spot, and our carpet is like new now-- highly recommend!

The guy they sent to do the job seemed to be in his late teens or early 20s and asked me very nosy, creepy questions. Asked me where my parents were and whether I lived alone. I had our kitchen tile cleaned but he wasn't detail oriented and missed the edges and corners. He supposedly sealed it but I didn't see it. Also spilled cleaning fluid all over the carpet. read more

We have had our carpet cleaned by OCD multiple times. They are fast, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend them.

Good: - easy to schedule online - very responsive - reliable / on-time - great communication - dried / vacuumed very well - barely wet when done - carpet looks fantastic now - no chemicals A little pricy but well worth it. Will 100# use them annually! read more

Great job done two bathrooms and kitchen all tile. All 3 areas are 30 years old and this has given them new life.

We had OCD perform a deep clean on our carpets for the first time in a decade and are very satisfied with the results. I personally believe you can tell a lot about a business by how they treat your home and conduct themselves and I have to give top marks to Jordan. Exceptionally professional, he took great care to not damage our walls with hoses and his attention to detail demonstrates a clear passion for his craft and customer satisfaction. This experience as a whole surpassed all expectations and we'll definitely look to use OCD in the future. read more

We were overdue for a deep cleaning and absolutely loved how everything turned out. In total, we had all our upstairs carpet, bathroom tile & grout, sectional, and living room rug all cleaned. Everything was great and I have to say that the cleaning of the carpet and rug in particular exceeded expectations. Random stains (from a rambunctious toddler) all came out and looking good as new. Highly recommend OCD cleaning, especially if you're looking for a cleaner with non-toxic cleaning products. read more

Excellent service for rugs, furniture and tile cleaning for our home and office. Easy to schedule on the phone or online.

I selected this business because of other 5-star reviews & the business name made me think of my husband. So I called, got instant pricing I over the phone, and set an appointment. The owner of the business, Jordan, came to clean my carpets. I knew when he was arriving because I had a text reminder the day before and a text when he was on his way. He was right on time for our scheduled time. Jordan was friendly, personable, and hard working. I felt very comfortable with him in my home. After he finished, he sent me the bill to my email with a link to pay and I used Apple Pay - so simple! My husband and I highly recommend this small business and will use them again. By the way- our carpets look fantastic! read more

**UPDATED WITH PHOTOS** After checking out OCD's reviews, I reached out about a week ago. I have a small condo that was in DIRE need of carpet cleaning and I had a little bit of a time constraint. I called OCD and left a voicemail with my info and details of the basics of what I needed. Still to this day, I never received a return phone call. Which was a bummer. So, unfortunately, I cannot give a review based on their job performance but I can absolutely say, working in customer service most of my life, I always returned phone calls. read more

First of all, I need more stars to give Jordan and Alex! The service is impeccable. My 12 year old carpets look great and smell fantastic. The work that OCD performed to brighten and sanitize our home in Anaheim has been truly remarkable. Their team showed up on-time and immediately got to work on 3 projects: cleaning our sectional, cleaning our living room carpet, and steaming and sealing the tile in our hallways and kitchen/dining area. The difference is NIGHT AND DAY. I cannot get family members to agree to take their shoes off in the home, but nevertheless OCD was able to pull up 7 years worth of grimy crud that was ground into the tile. OCD helped make it appear as if the tile floor were just installed this week. They sealed the tile for me and gave me instructions on proper maintenance in the future. I thought I was calling OCD for simple stain removal, however after they left I realized that the house as a whole smells much fresher and appears more clean and vibrant thanks to their advanced cleaning tech and expertise. This house had years of cigarette smoke embedded in the walls and floors, and now suddenly the house smells fresh and feels brighter. THANKS OCD!!!! We'll be calling you at least annually, if not more frequently! read more

We used OCD to clean our stairs, upstairs hallway, bedrooms, patio furniture cushions, area rugs, upholstered couches and chairs. They do a very thorough cleaning using green products with no odors or residue. We loved Jason and Michael. The pricing was very fair. They wet mopped our wood floors after cleaning our great room furniture and area rug. They placed plastic under the furniture legs to prevent indented marks in the area rug and on the feet of all furniture in every carpeted room that they cleaned. They were careful to keep the door open only a few inches for their hose the entire time they cleaned. They wore protective shoe covers and offered us protective shoes covers so we could walk on the damp carpeting until it dried. I can't say enough about how grateful their service is! We will have them back to clean our garage epoxy floor when we are ready for that. read more

The cleaner came to residence and said the master bedroom was too large and the quote did not have some area rugs )I had mentioned when I made appointment) . Tried to convince me that I made an error and went on and on about the different services they could provide. Finally gave quote that was about a 55% increase from the original quote. I had already moved the furniture and decided to agree to the price. They left the job leaving me in a rush to find a cleaner. Very disappointed. read more

We used OCD Home to clean our tile floors and our carpets. Jordan was professional, on time, and very kind. We just moved into our home two years ago and figured it was time for a deep clean. A couple of weeks ago Michael came out and cleaned my stairs, large rug and two couches! I am beyond happy with the service I received and I highly recommend using this company! They worked out a price for me with cleaning a very large sectional in my family room which was much appreciated and why I agreed to get that specific couch cleaned (because I knew it would be pricey). I'm not always trusting of people doing work in my house; however, I did not get that vibe from Michael who was professional and charming! He most definitely took pride in his work and the finished product was outstanding! Michael made all the difference! I would absolutely use OCD again! read more

Definitely a great job done, helped BIG TIME with a nasty problem caused by my former roommate: ongoing use of carpet powder which was actually making me ill! She knew what she was doing, too... some people are just that ugly unfortunately :( So when I got exceptionally thorough service on my carpet, I was *very* pleased. Definitely all smiles! Here's the thing, though... I wanted to be as happy with the carpet after it dried, but the next day, I just wasn't. That's why it's taken me a while (2 mos+) to write the review that I'd promised. Here's the thing: This carpet is very old & should honestly be replaced. Who am I kidding? It should've been replaced before I moved in! Wasn't because my landlords are quite frugal. I didn't tell the technician I was a renter & maybe I should've. I accept responsibility for that... it's been a touchy subject for me since losing my own house due to poor health. Point is, these carpets didn't handle the cleaning very well. In areas the tech went over repeatedly, they were noticeably stretched. Looks better since drying fully & more so since the furniture was put back in place. Yet this was a worrisome development because I'm not the owner. Even though the work was done with their approval, I didn't want to have to say: "I think there's a problem..." So, I delayed reviewing until I could be more certain there would be no serious ramifications caused by the cleaning. Everything appears to be just fine, and it's not even noticeable now. Still, it caused me more worry than I would've liked. Long story short: 99% of people probably wouldn't have ANY ISSUES, because they would *replace* a carpet this worn out. It's just, for me & any other renters in similar situations, a very thorough cleaning may have some side effects. If you're in a similar situation, be sure you tell them: I'm a renter, so please clean as well as you can/as gently as you can." Even with this issue, I'M STILL INCREDIBLY THANKFUL TO THIS COMPANY! Truth is, I may have gone into such detail that what happened has made readers more uneasy than I intended. End result is that I can *breathe* freely again, and without fearing for my safety! It's what I needed, more than anything else. That's why I deducted just the 1 star. Before OCD Cleaners, I'd learned continued use of that powdery deodorizer crud without effective vacuuming can be really dangerous, often leading to bacterial growth that's unsafe to breathe! I couldn't say for sure if there was a bacteria issue or not, but my roomie actually stopped vacuuming for the last 6mos she was here. UGH, it was disgusting... & I began feeling worse & worse. The situation was truly terrible! I've got weakened lungs thanks to a genetic condition + serious allergies, so even without bacteria, the carpet had become plenty dangerous enough to me! I desperately needed help with it -- good help! More importantly, if it'd been my own shabby old carpet, I honestly wouldn't have cared if it was a bit stretched in a couple spots so long as the technician got it as clean as possible. Bottomline: He really truly cleaned up the mess I was in, and for that, I'm *very* grateful! Now I know I can trust them, especially if I ever have a serious health-related need again. read more
