I hired Arts Cleaning Services to do a deep cleaning of my kitchen, focusing especially on the cooktop and range hood. The surface of the cooktop had years' worth of thick, old grease and grime. No matter how I tried to clean it, it just wouldn't come clean. So I brought in the pros. I was blown away by the results, years of grease and grime were removed, including the toughest areas to reach, around the burners and within the range hood. The results were nothing short of dramatic, and my cooking area now looks almost brand new. My cleaning was fantastic, nd I would highly recommend them for a deep clean. I look forward to using them again in the future. read more

Art's Cleaning Services - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

My initial experience with Art's wasn't great. The first deep clean (required before starting ongoing service) wasn't impressive, one of the people they sent was sick, and they tried to charge a different rate than they quoted via Yelp. I decided to stick with them, though, because they're very responsive to criticism, and seemed to genuinely make things right. After a few months of service, I'm glad I did stick with them. Our regular cleaner, Asel, is phenomenal. Any changes to schedule, etc., are communicated well ahead of time. Pricing isn't the cheapest, but it's also not the most expensive (for whatever reason, cleaning services in South OC are just very, very expensive, even compared to NY, where I was last). read more

I wanted to express my appreciation to Kate and Julia for a job well done cleaning my home. The bathroom was particularly thorough in cleaning the shower glass, tile, sink and bathroom floor. Also the living room was cleaned thoroughly and they made sure to get under and around furniture. Everything looked fresh and clean and not just a quick wipe down. I would highly recommend Art's Cleaning Services and look forward to having them return in the future. read more

We have used Art's Cleaning Services for some time now and they have consistently provided high quality work.

I booked a deep cleaning with them, and they exceeded all my expectations. The team arrived right on time, brought all their own equipment, and transformed my place. Bathrooms and kitchen look brand new! Very communicative, friendly. Will definitely be setting up a bi-weekly routine with them. Also wanted to say, an amazing young girl named Lia helped me at every step. Loved it. Thank you. Highly recommend!!!! read more

I have been using Art's services for annual carpet cleaning and could not be happier. I schedule my requested services online, someone from his team calls me to confirm, send me a confirmation text the day before, they show up on time, do a thorough job, and are done quickly! Services are also well priced in my opinion! read more

I scheduled a post construction cleaning two days before moving in. They showed up, resisted to clean because there were some workers at the house. I asked them to please clean anyway and they demanded the AC to be turned on. It was hot even with the AC on and they left! Very unprofessional, very unreliable, unrealistically high maintenance, and unaccountable for their responsibility as a post construction cleaner before my move in date! I was lucky to find a cleaning crew that came the day of after they left and still worked thru the hot weather. read more

Called Art's for move-out cleaning of several rental units. They arrived on time, were very professional and personable. And flexible when I needed to substitute one job for another. Their work is fabulous! Very thorough. They took the worry out of the jobs since Art just said "don't worry, we know what to do, we'll take care of it" - and they did! They were even able to restore a few tiled bathroom showers and toilets that, due to tenant abuse, I thought I'd have to replace entirely. Can't recommend them too highly. Definitely will call them again. read more

Hired Art's for a deep clean. They were efficient but thorough. I will be coming back to them. Reasonable pricing for the location.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The cleaners were scheduled to clean a vacant home that was being prepared for sale. On the day of the appointment, I was told they were running late, but I received no further update. When I called the following morning to ask how the cleaning went, I was told that the crew had arrived, decided the job was too large, and left without performing the work. No one contacted me to say the appointment had been canceled. This created a major problem because I had a professional photographer scheduled for the next day. I had to find a replacement cleaning company at the last minute, pay a higher price, cancel the photographer, and delay the home's listing. I understand that a crew may occasionally determine that a job is larger than expected, but leaving without communicating and allowing the customer to discover the cancellation only after calling the next day was extremely unprofessional. Others should be aware that a confirmed appointment may not be completed or even properly canceled. read more

I had a really great experience with Art's cleaning services. They were very communicative regarding scheduling, arrival times, and even the invoice was super easy after the service was completed. The lady that cleaned our bathroom did a wonderful job! She took about 2.5 hours for 2.5 bathrooms and it was spotless. I am happy to have found such a reliable cleaning service! read more

I would 1000% not recommend this business. I had two cleaners, Sergey and Anna S, scheduled for a move-out clean. I had specific areas that I needed assistance with- not the entire house. The first problem arose when they arrived without certain cleaning supplies and had to run to the store to buy more. Then they proceeded to use such harmful cleaning chemicals that I couldn't be inside the house- even though I had stated that I had stuff I needed to do while they were there. The cleaning products were SO strong that I couldn't even be outside- I had to leave. After an a couple hours I figured they would be done. I came home to find EVERY DOOR to my house locked- even the one from house to garage. They had locked me out. Obviously I had keys but still.... Very weird. I asked them how much longer and they seemed very out off. There were TWO of them and should have been nearly finished! After another hour I told them that was it- they needed to leave. They were SLOW, RUDE, and BAD at cleaning. There was residue in the toilets from cleaner, the drawers/cupboards were vacuumed but not wiped out, and the kitchen some spots that weren't clean. All in all, this was a VERY stressful experience and complete waste of time and money. I had to clean AFTER they left. The owner did give me a discount which was appreciated but still- they were not worth the money and waste of time. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else!!! read more

I highly recommend this company for cleaning service they did an amazing job the price was appropriate and I called on a Sunday and got someone to my apartment on a Monday. I will use them again 100%. Love that a company takes pride in the services they provide. read more

Contacted for carpet cleaning with pet odor treatment. Super efficient and thorough. Left carpets looking brand new!

I was moving out of my place so I could rent it out to a tenant and was searching for a trustworthy move in/out cleaning company. I used yelp's project tool to collect a LOT of quotes and Art's cleaning services had competitive pricing in line with other companies. What ultimately led me to go with Art's is their initiative to go above and beyond with professionalism and to make it work for my schedule when they had no reason to do that. I also wanted to get my carpet deep cleaned and would have needed to engage with another company for that since most cleaning companies just do a vacuum and don't offer any further deep cleaning services, but Art has the necessary connections such that I only needed to book with him, and he took care of the rest. With an easy process, I was able to get my whole place cleaned in the same morning that I had my carpet deep cleaned. Art and his team came promptly within the scheduled window and were in and out by the time I had asked. My place looked great. Would 10/10 work with them again for my future cleaning needs. Highly recommend! read more

I called them 3 days ago to set up a time for them to come in, but they never showed up! They didn't even bother to call and say they weren't coming, so I called them to see where they were. They told me, "Oh sorry, we forgot about you," and I'd been sitting there for 2 hours waiting for someone to show up! read more

My dishwasher broke 3 weeks ago. it had been dieing for a couple of days, so every plate, bowl, glass, mug, spoon, pot, pan, container in the house was in my sink, and around it.. I eat a ton of cereal and it was caked on to the bottom of all of the bowls and in many cases molding. landlord can't find the part, I've been too busy to deal with it. and it was getting bad. it was really bad situation in that kitchen. yesterday I decided I needed help . the rest of the kitchen was a mess as it was, I'm painting and reorganizing. I can not stress enough how nasty was. I found Arts here on Yelp and they had good reviews and really good prices. Olga came in 1 day. I couldn't be happier. I'm bad about leaving reviews, but this business is really really good. they are very affordable, especially for the service they provide. they made it really simple to setup. I got the kitchen deep clean for 150$ for 2.5 hour. Olga was very nice, was here right on time, brought and used all of her own supplies she did an amazing job. she did the entire kitchen. she left everything organized. it was a mess, I had boxes and files, documents old mail everything all over the place. it's spotless now. they made a disaster of a situation so simple for me to get done. thank you, Olga and Art's- My house had gotten really uncomfortable it feels so nice to have that kitchen back it's very rare to come across a business this professional, efficient, affordable and good. read more

I got several quotes for carpet cleaning, and Art's Cleaning Services came in with the best price by far. On top of that, they've been the most responsive and easiest to communicate with throughout the whole process. That alone gave me a lot of confidence. I haven't had the service done yet, but I'm very excited to have them come out and take care of the house. I'll be sure to update this review after the cleaning, but so far the experience has been great. read more

Outstanding work, beyond expectation. We have worked managing in large facilities with varying service crews, now we're relaxing and life comes at life as it does... Imagine a large family reunion coming, many contractors in and out for months in preparation, we're overseeing everything like two old crows in our nest. Art's delivered a team of three great gals for a 2500 sq ft home's deep clean for the perfect finishing touch. Along with the absolute to-the-point steam cleaner guy. When it's so pristine you feel like you've just moved in after ages! Non VOX cleaning professional cleaning ingredients. Only a thing or two lost in translation considering the considerable scope of work well done. Ask, tell, repeat, all that and communicate. They were efficient as was Art's communication, and had enough time to talk some story about some of our shared work... this was not just a job, it was an excellent experience. read more

Really disappointing that this company did a bait and switch on me. I had confirmed 9 AM for this morning and had everything prepped for them. I called to see if the technician was on his way and towards the end of the conversation, April said that the charge would be $200. I told her I was quoted $80-$140 (that includes pet stain treatment) via text. She first tried to deny that but after repeating it, she said she would check. She said that I was speaking to Art and acknowledged that he said $80 to $140 but it would still be $200. I said that it didn't make sense. She then said that they have a $195 minimum. I don't understand why the quote wouldn't have been $195 to begin with or why they didn't ask if I had anything else that needed to be done so that I could make the minimum. This was a total beat and switch of trying to charge me $200 for two small rooms. very disappointing that a business would handle something so unethically and not honor their quote. read more

They get my first bad review ever. That's how bad their correspondence was. I was supposed to get a service done today though I was called this morning by Catherine and she scrambled to tell me that they actually don't have time for me-- even though I made an appointment days ago with the owner. I find this very disrespectful and poor customer service since I had to move things around my schedule to make this happen. If you value your time and being treated with good customer service I'd go elsewhere. EDIT*: I've added our FULL correspondence, since Art now doesn't want to take responsibility. After reviewing this, you can see how it seemed to me like it was booked. You shouldn't have given me the wrong impression and given me the expectation to have you show up at a particular date and time. Bad customer service point blank. read more

Used Art's services a few weeks ago to help clean our kitchen and bathroom which were both insanely filthy due to over a year with roommates not cleaning after themselves lol. Art had great communication both setting up and during the service. Alina did an amazing job and took care of everything that I requested which shocked me as I honestly didn't think she would be able clean certain parts of the kitchen with the time she had. Would definitely use Art's Cleaning Services in the future. Thanks again! read more

Had a great experience using Art's Cleaning Services to get our house sparkling clean after moving out for listing to sell. The communication was a little iffy at times but in the end, everyone showed up on time and cleaned very diligently and efficiently. Really appreciate the hard work of Kate, Angela, and our carpet/tile cleaning specialist whose name I didn't get. Their pricing was in line with other quotes I received for the same work. I liked that I was able to book all my cleaning services through them rather than having to find different companies. read more

This company is awesome. I called them once for a quote snd then called back a few weeks later and the lady remembered me. Their prices were fair and in line with other quotes so they came for an initial deep clean. Honestly, our house has never been this clean and beautiful. The crew who came worked so hard. It was very impressive and appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company, their communication as they sent texts, and reminders, letting me know about the booking where the crew was feedback after, just everything. I am going to use them For maintenance. Moving forward, and I'm so happy I found them. read more

I would hire them over and over again and recommend them to anyone who wants high quality cleaning. My little brother sold his previous home and recommended Art's cleaning service to me because they did such a good job tidying up his home to help stage it for a future sale. I bought a house for my mom and I thought it was going to be impossible to get rid of some of the stains. Art's team proved me wrong. If you are not fully satisfied with the cleaning, the staff are very professional and listen to your concerns. When I expressed my concern, I thought I would have to pay for another full cleaning service but since it was a small detail, they actually sent the team out to fix the issue. I was so grateful and couldn't believe how thoughtful they were. I hired them again for Lunar New Year cleaning. (It's superstition, you must clean before the New Year). I am very particular and dust every single part of the home and will pull beds and couches out of the way to get into the depths that no one ever explores. Art's team is somehow able to satisfy a very picky customer like me and they do a better job than I do for the areas that I hate to clean (shower, sink and oven). I can't express how grateful I am for them. I plan to seek their services every year for new year cleaning! read more

I've used Arts Cleaning Service twice now, and both times they've exceeded my expectations. They are incredibly professional and responsible, delivering outstanding results. I have a bad experience with this company. I called them yesterday based on their good reviews to clean our office once a month. The lady I spoke with couldn't give me a fixed price, they didn't offer to come out to give us an estimate either. After discussing in detail what we were looking for, she said that she needed to speak with the owner before she could give me an estimate. After a few minutes she called me back and she quoted me 3 hours for the initial cleaning and she said that the owner agreed to a charge of 2.5 hours cleaning monthly afterwards. We discussed the scope of work IN DETAIL over the phone. We scheduled the initial cleaning, then we also scheduled once a month cleaning afterwards. Following our conversation she sent over a link which included a scheduled initial cleaning confirmation between 8-10 am, 2 hours work instead of 3 hours that we had discussed. She also asked me to send over the scope of work via email, just to be on the same page. I wrote it down and sent her over exactly what we have discussed over the phone and I asked her to clarify if the cleaner would be cleaning for 3 hours instead of 2 hours the first time. This morning, I received a phone call from their office that the owner is cancelling this work, they do not want to honor what we have discussed yesterday. They didn't give me an explanation why they cancelled it, she just said they are cancelling all the previously scheduled work. We did not have a good initial experience with this company, and because of that, we would not trust them cleaning our office. read more

EXCELLENT service and company!! We hired them to do a deep cleaning, including two refrigerators and an oven, and they did a fantastic job!! Highlights: -Thorough intake process: Catherine called me and ask about any special instructions and set up a time for the cleaners to come. She gave me their names too so I knew who to expect. We had Kate & Slava (sp?). -Awesome follow up post-cleaning and responsiveness is top notch! If you're looking for a cleaning service in the OC area, give them a call asap! We would hire them again in a heart beat! Thanks Art and team! read more

Was not happy with the service. The machine was dirty (I ended up cleaning myself), didn't see a difference in the carpets, and didn't appreciate the owner walking inside with his street shoes on despite my request. Also don't appreciate unsolicited and nonstop almost daily calls and texts advertising their services. Will not use again. Update: wasn't enough to repeatedly call me with absurd accusations that I had to block his number but apparently honesty is meaningless too. This is not Russia! read more

Olga and Mirna did a fantastic job. They actually did more work than I thought they could in the allotted time. My place was really a mess and very dirty - like a crack house. These two came in and got it looking so good. My bottom bathroom and shower looked like one of those horrible bathrooms in some gas stations. Now it looks great. My kitchen was downright repulsive. So bad I was really ashamed for anyone to see it. Not anymore. Now it looks soooo clean. In searching for cleaners I sent pictures of my dirty place. I was actually turned down by a couple cleaners. Another one exclaimed, "What happened here?" and quoted me an outrageous price. For a light job or an embarrassingly dirty job I recommend using Art's Cleaning Service. Ask for Olga and Mirna. read more
