I chose this 5 star company based on the great reviews and the fact that the owner quickly resolved or tried to resolve the low star ratings. It didn't start well only because my appointment window was 8am- 11am thinking they would be on the early side. They didn't arrive till 11:15am after a conversation i had with the tech Karell. After that and a price misunderstanding from the person that booked my appointment l spoke to the owner Adi and he did the right thing and i was happy. He cleaned two oversized, deep seated large sofas. Juan was so friendly, communicative, and very professional. He efficiently took the time ensuring that all the couch cushions and the frames were thoroughly cleaned, removed several stains and even got down to the small hidden spaces in between the hard to reach areas. Afterwards, he sprayed everything with sanitizer and topped it with odor removal that left a wonderful fresh scent. I am very happy with the end result and his dedication to quality work. Noticed the good reviews and decided to try myself. My daughter's footboard needing cleaning as it had juice spilled on it. They were able to get most of the stains and the bed looks so much better.
