(Ours was 210sqft) Thats an extra $50 - Oh, not on the first floor, thats another $50 for "mobility cleaning" - Oh, you might have a stain to address (our home is pretty clean, and we were only wanted a fresh carpet for a newborn on the way - was just asking how they remove stains). Yet another $50. This would be on top of whatever special they had 3 rooms for $135. This was all my own questioning to them to get a quote, not the other way around either. Otherwise, they would've showed up, and then hit us with these hidden fees. Bonus was after I said thanks, I'll call if I am interested. Their cleaner called that morning saying they would arrive at 8AM as if the appointment was already confirmed.
