I didn't think the stains in my carpet could be removed but Sal was able to bring my carpet back to the original look. Sal was polite, friendly and a very good worker. I hope all of you get him for your cleaning. Mary Beigle read more

Beware! They are quick to try and get you scheduled and dated without a proper quote and when pressed about it, it's on you to ask the questions that might have some hidden fees.. otherwise you find out after they come and lured you with Sunk Cost Fallacy tactics aka they show up and you've already committed your time for the cleaning so you just do it. Only when I asked these questions, extra chargers were brought up: - Square footage is more than 200sqft? (Ours was 210sqft) Thats an extra $50 - Oh, not on the first floor, thats another $50 for "mobility cleaning" - Oh, you might have a stain to address (our home is pretty clean, and we were only wanted a fresh carpet for a newborn on the way - was just asking how they remove stains). Yet another $50. This would be on top of whatever special they had 3 rooms for $135. This was all my own questioning to them to get a quote, not the other way around either. Otherwise, they would've showed up, and then hit us with these hidden fees. Bonus was after I said thanks, I'll call if I am interested. Their cleaner called that morning saying they would arrive at 8AM as if the appointment was already confirmed. read more

Very much a bait and switch company. Attempted to get a carpet cleaning however wanted to call around for quotes. Somehow I spoke to this company at 3 different times and each person tacked on some new "fee" the previous person did not mention. Be weary that your "$135" special will quickly be $200 once the technician shows up read more

Terrible customer service. I called for a carpet cleaning estimate and provided all the information about my house. I couldn't understand the representative when she mentioned additional services, so I politely asked her to repeat herself. Instead, she raised her voice and yelled at me. I hung up--there's no reason to do business with a company that treats potential customers this way. Awful first impression. read more

I've used this company for years. They recently got bought out by a bigger corporation. I was quoted $383 over the phone and then charged $611 when the work was completed on a smaller square footage than I have requested in the past. Buyer beware. read more

Rudy Rios took abour 45 minutes to clean our living room, dining room, hall and two bedrooms. The carpet feels fluffy and has more bounce because the zerorez process removed soap residue left by previous carpet cleaners. Some persistant spots by front entry are gone, too. read more

They still didn't clean any urine and the smell got worse after they sent another technician, Will, out. I had to pay an extra $140 for two gallons of the urine enzyme liquid that they didn't even use. They just used soap and water. Shame on this company. They tried to send another man out but he was late so I canceled. They say they are going to refund me my $140 but I don't have much faith. read more

WHAT A SCAM!!!!! The guy showed up for a 3 room special cleaning and IMMEDIATELY began upsetting.EVERYTHING was extra and wouldn't promise to get spots out even though that was extra. Each stair was an additional $8.00. My $119.00 3 room special became $300!!! BEWARE. read more

Very good professional company. Quick response both on the phone and text. Excellent pricing compared to all other local providers. They provide the same service for grout cleaning and tile cleaning as all other providers at a lower cost. Did an excellent job at grout cleaning, looked as good as new after the cleaning. The service person was punctual and courteous. Overall a A+ experience. Would use their service again in future and would recommend it to anyone looking for floor cleaning. read more

Sal Alvarez did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. He is probably the best we have had. Today when he left the carpet looked new again. Sal also suggested the protection for the carpet which is a very smart idea. He is an important person to keep at Zerorez. He is professional, very personable, organized, efficient, and a pleasure to have in my home. Thank you Sal for the excellent carpet cleaning today. read more

Zerorez has been cleaning my carpets for the past 10 years. Sal does a great job, and the products don't leave a residue that attracts and holds dirt. Sal recently also cleaned the grout in our kitchen floor, and it looks great. If anything doesn't look as good as expected, they come back and fix it. I've always been happy with their service. read more

This company was recommended to me by a co worker. I was initially attracted to the fact that they use little to no chemicals in their carpet cleaning; however, since my carpet is 12 years old after the cleaning was done there are still stains in the high traffic areas. Christopher S was the technician that provided the service and he was excellent, efficient, and came right around 8am at the beginning of the appointment window (8-10am) so this review doesn't reflect the service he provided. As for the value of the services, I felt that it was pricey for their type of carpet cleaning. I paid roughly 350.00 for three rooms including a 25.00 fee for them to bring a portable unit since I live in an apartment complex in case they could not park in front of my building (fortunately Christopher did); however, they were able to use their regular unit out of their van yet still charged me the 25.00 portable unit fee and a 25.00 "set up fee". Also, Christopher recommended the post treatment protective spray which will help prolong the carpet getting dirty faster and that service was 90.00 which I felt was too steep. Unfortunately, I realize since my carpet is old I am going to have my carpet cleaned again (this time with a deep chemical cleaning) to obtain the results that I want. I wouldn't recommend Zerorez if you have older carpet with high traffic areas and/or stains; however, if you have new or newer carpet with no high traffic areas nor stains I am sure they will suffice. read more

I've tried other carpet cleaners, and ended up unsatisfied. I found Zerorez about 15 years ago, and have been happy ever since. They stand behind their guarantee. And Sal always does a good job cleaning our carpets. read more

We have been using Zerorez for carpet and furniture cleaning. The process is great in that you don't find the lasting residue from the cleaning supplies as it is all water based. I just called them out after 5 years from our last cleaning, and not because the carpets were soiled, but because our dog passed away, and I was thoroughly cleaning the house of all dog fur and residue. They also cleaned our floor rugs.....blacks look black, and whites are shiny white. The staff is always on time, courteous, and helpful with extra questions. read more

We have used Zerorez twice this month. Our first cleaning was an emergency and Jason Dove was our technician. He called prior to coming and was on time. Excellent job. A second cleaning was scheduled requesting Jason. Jason again called but with good news. He had a cancellation and could come earlier. He was again respectful of our home and did another outstanding job. This is our go to company and Jason is our go to technician. read more

I scheduled a sofa cleaning with this company, expecting a routine, professional service. When the technician arrived, I moved to my kitchen area and let him know that I would be in the same room or nearby while he worked. This is simply my personal comfort level when anyone is working in my home. The technician became visibly offended, saying he "knows how to do his job" and didn't want anyone watching him. I explained that I was not "watching" him, but that I do not feel comfortable with strangers working alone in my living room without me being present for my own safety. In response to this he ended up getting frustrated and offended and leaving in a huff with his supplies. I found this response very unprofessional and unsettling. A customer should never be pressured to leave their own living space during a service appointment. This experience made me feel unsafe, and I would not use this company again. The response from the company when I informed them of what happened was passive and dismissive. read more

I'm not real happy I received a coupon in the mail for $50 for a room to clean the carpet. My wife called to set up an appointment and we have a 660 square-foot room but there's a built-in sofa that covers 100 ft.² of it and there's several built-ins that cover another 60 ft.² so it's only about 500 ft.² total. The $50 coupon was going to cost us $166 . If this is our introductory offer to try and win customers, I am a little bit less than pleased with the response . read more

Zerorez cleaned my Carpet and a day later I spilled a full cup of coffee on my white carpet. Called Sal and her was back out the next day. I have a high pile Mohawk carpet that is about 6 yrs old. The high traffic paths were looking darker than the rest of the carpet. Marcel from Zerorez showed up right on time, protected all my hardwood and walls from the hoses and cleaned my carpet beautifully. He did 4 rooms and 2 hallways. I could not be happier. read more

Zerorez got my voicemail on a Holiday and called me by the afternoon. They expedited an early morning service for me, and my technician - I believe his name was Sal - couldn't have been sweeter or more communicative. Service was excellent and speedy - took just under 90 minutes for two rooms, a small hallway and stairs - and he left me with a grip of shoe covers to get me through the day. Despite the foible, all was rectified and therefore forgiven, and I will continue to use Zerorez annually for squeaky clean carpets. Can't help but think that Yelp had something to do with it ;) 5/31/2020, 1/5 Stars - Three weeks ago, I booked an appointment for Memorial Day. Surprised they'd be open, but I knew I'd be home, and I had family coming to visit later in the week. I rescheduled my regular housekeeping cadence so that we could have our carpets cleaned on this day instead. I expedited some construction in the home in order to take advantage of the cleaning. I have multiple emails confirming my service on this day, 5/31/2021. ...and I totally got blown off. Seems the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing; in this analogy, the left hand is their website and the right hand is their service providers. I have had communication issues with zerorez in the past, but this one takes the cake. This took a lot of planning, and a cold blow-off on a holiday was unnecessary and completely avoidable. Am I allowed to also impose a last-minute cancellation fee? I won't be coming back. read more

We had a great experience with Zerorez! We have used other companies, but they're the best. Jeff did our carpets and then came back two weeks later to do our white Pottery Barn couch. Super amazed how everything came out so clean. Dried fast, no sticky residue. Will definitely use again! read more

Be carful for a bait and switch! I received a text message, was given a quote and then was told that was for a different area after I had put in the zip code and the only one I have ever used. They ended up wanting to charge me more than additional $200! It was a bait and switch, I was given information based on my zip code and when I was ready to schedule I was transferred to different office. This was not my error. The discount was for about$50 which still was an additional $150 from my original quote that I have in writing. read more

I was specifically looking for a upholstery cleaning company that used a fragrance free cleaning solution. Thankfully I found Zerorez! They use a hypochlorous acid cleaning solution (electrolyzed salt water). It's cleans, disinfects and gets rid of odor! It breaks back down to salt water and leaves no residue or smell! I have a light tan couch set that is about 8-10 years old that has never been cleaned before and I have 2 dogs and young 2 kids! A cleaning was long over due. I had attempted to use a hand held spot cleaning machine to clean my ottoman and failed miserably leaving it pretty ruined (see photos) I called Zerorez and they were able to get me on the books in about 2 weeks. The technician, Ramiro, arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He introduced himself, wore shoe covers and laid down protective rugs in my home. He took his time to do a thorough job cleaning my couches and ottoman. He made sure I was satisfied with the job before packing up his equipment. I got a little worried because my couches smelled faintly of wet dog. The hypochlorous acid did it's job and once dry my couch smelled clean with no fake fragrances. Unfortunately my ottoman was still a bit streaky once it dried (I really messed it up). I called Zerorez to let them know and they sent Ramiro back out the next day no extra charges. After a second round my ottoman was spotless. My couches look new! They don't smell like dog any more. And the fabric is actually softer! I guess a lot of built up crusty grim made my couch fabric stiff! I've posted before and after photos of my ottoman as I'm really impressed with the results! The customer service and the safety of the solution used for cleaning are top notch. I highly recommend Zerorez and if available ask for Ramiro. He is a pleasure and very detail oriented. read more
