Sadly, I think these guys are out of business. I wasn't able to reach anyone by phone or text until I tried the third different phone number I found and got someone who said they don't do carpets anymore. They are some sort of garage door company. It's too bad because this business served me well for many years. I hope I'm wrong. If so, contact me! read more

THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS. I called them for an estimate to clean the sofa, described the type of cleaning I wanted, and they told me $99 for the service. I said great, let's move forward. The guy shows up the next day and comes in and gives me another estimate for 3 times as much. I told him I was already quoted $99 and their price is ridiculous. He says that it's not the same people I'm dealing with? Do NOT trust these people. They are looking for an upsell. read more

I wanted my stairs cleaned and my sofa. I got a quote over the phone, but Joseph said no way on paying so little and bad mouth my stairs and sofa about pet hair to his boss, David. Every time, the work is exceptional and I always learn something new! From learning that my couch cushions are washable and how to wash them, to the fact that my dryer duct was too long and causing my dryer to work 3 times as hard. When I look for a service there are a couple things that I am looking for: obviously, I want the service to be done well, and I also look for trustworthy people. I would give Guy 10 stars if I could! My dog got sick all over my sisters brand new white rug the day after Thanksgiving. Guy came in an hour and worked magic - he got the stains out 100% and the rug looks like new. He used eco-friendly cleaning solutions too. This is really as good as it gets!!!! We had no great expectations considering the state of our carpets but decided to give it a chance after our neighbor highly recommended Echo. Guy came in with his new equipment and within 2 hours even the toughest stains came out. We went from "we should buy new carpets!!!" to "They are good for at least a few more years". Guy Echo was really great today. He arrived a little early and walked through our home with me very carefully. He made observations about our worn carpet and said he would do the best he could. He told me it would take 3 hours and he was right to the minute. He gave me some suggestions for how to prevent future staining and dirt retention.
