This company is the best!!!! The owner came out to assess our mold situation and he is so knowledgeable. He really is an expert when it comes to mold. He explained how the mold developed and how to remove it without disturbing or spreading the pores. He is so honest and kind and said we can solve the issue by ourselves and even sent us photos of the proper paint to use once we clean the surface mold. I called this company because of their great reviews on Yelp. When I called, Hansel answered and told me he was driving and to text him my address and someone would call me to schedule. I got a call and scheduled an appointment. They called me 2x after that to push the appt time later with each call. When they finally showed up to look at the damage and give me a quote, the guys that showed up were from a completely different company that had no connection to All Pro. I'll start this review off with this: I really mean it when I say that Hansel and Angela are diamonds in the rough. We initially hired all pro environmental solutions to come in and remove some asbestos Transite pipes that we had found in a few different closets. They came in and did a very clean job of removing them, and even recommended an HVAC company to come and put in new pipes. As first time home owners, my husband and I have been super cautious of contractors trying to take advantage of us. You can just tell when you meet good people... Hansel and Angela are good people. They took the time to explain everything that they were doing and answered all of our questions, no matter how simple or silly they may have been. I created a Yelp account just to leave a review for Hansel! We had a slow leak from a bathtub that resulted in a mushroom growing out of our ceiling. Was very unsettling (having heard stories of expensive mold remediation work). We wanted to get it taken care of the right way, but not be taken advantage of. Thankfully, I got a referral from a co-worker who recently had work done by All Pro. Gave Hansel a call, and they made it by the same day to have a look. What felt like a nightmare quickly turned into a relatively good day. Felt like I a had a friend helping me out. Honest, knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy. Was such a relief. They came back the next week and did the remediation work and also coordinated the other contractors we needed (plumber, drywall) who also did excellent work. Can't say enough good things. I reached out to Hansel back in March of 2025 for a quote on mold remediation for our house. At that point, I had had about four different mold remediation companies come over to give me quotes. Hansel came over, assessed what the job would take and had the idea that instead of treating the portions of the house that had visible mold and water damage, that he would wait until we demoed the house and opened the walls so he could scrub every surface. Not only was that going to be more effective in getting rid of the mold, but it would be cheaper than cutting out pieces of drywall and plaster throughout the house. I loved that idea, and it took us awhile for the house to be demoed before I reached out to him again. Hansel and Jayson worked in our fully contained house for four days. Since the house had to be sealed off, they worked in the heat and spent a lot of time using HEPA air filters, air scrubbers, using antimicrobial agents and foggers in all the moldy areas. We also asked them to take care of asbestos remediation in one of the rooms. Hansel sent pictures and videos along the way, which was a great way to see what was being done. Their thoroughness won over my husband who was quite impressed with their work. After completing the job, I had a 3rd party mold clearance company come out to test the house. Our house passed with flying colors. Hansel is also just a great guy, fun to talk to, and gives great tips for home improvement ideas. Thank you Hansel and Jayson for all of your hard work.
