EXCELLENT, same day service. Communication with the owner was efficient and friendly. I love that he came same day as requested and gave me a quote without feeling pressured to accept it. He quoted $250 for 2 rooms and a long hallway, which I found to be very reasonable. He used a portable unit instead of the van-mounted style, which in no way affected the quality of the work but it meant he was able to keep my front door closed, which was nice. He was done within an hour, and he let me know that if any stains popped back up (it can happen, apparently since stains can come back up from the padding underneath) that he would come back same day and fix for free. Sure enough, a small stain near the slider appeared to be either missed or came up from the padding. I texted him to let him know and he came within the next 3 hours and got it removed. Best carpet cleaning job I have ever had. Other areas where stains were previously cleaned but came back didn't this time. He put a great amount of care and effort in and it shows! read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to give credit where it's due. I recently hired SoCal Carpet Care to clean a large wool area rug that had several pet stains. I had tried using a product which only made the yellow worse on the white parts of the rug. From the start, they were professional, punctual, and genuinely kind. What really stood out was the extra effort he put into making sure the rug came back looking as close to new as possible. The stains were stubborn to remove due to the chemicals in the pet stain remover product I used. They washed the rug multiple times, but I was told the wool rug was now very discolored due to the chemicals being trapped in the fabric. I figured my rug was ruined from my dog and the product I had used, and told them thanks for trying. They asked if they could keep my rug another week. I said that was fine. A week later they sent me a photo of the rug looking fantastic! They did a color match (I am probably saying the name of what they did incorrectly, sorry!) on the rug and did not charge me. They did this to provide top-notch customer service. I'm so grateful for the extra effort and time spent on my rug. I can't thank them enough! In summary, he explained the process in detail, picked up and delivered the rug, and continued to followed up with me, to make sure I was happy with the results.
