So very grateful for SoCal Carpet Care. David O was the tech assigned to my home. He was extremely communicative, on time and honest. My home was not in great shape and I was extremely embarrassed by its condition but David did an outstanding job. He provided me with details on what needed to be done and he took his time on delivering it. I was so impressed when I came home; it made home feel like home again. Both my pets (cats) are extremely afraid of others and he ensured they were safe and kept the door to outside closed at all times. Overall, I would recommend this company hands down. Two of my friends are actually reaching out now for help within their homes. Thank you, David and team! read more

Highly recommend SoCal Carpet Care. I'm really impressed with the owner (David) and SoCal Carpet Care work. My wool rug does not only hold high financial value but it is more than that, it is from my mother and has a very high sentimental value. After explaining this to David while shopping around for wool rug professional cleaners in the OC area, David said he will personally tend to my rug, to make sure that everything goes well and I do not have to worry once the rug leaves my home. Excellent communication, very professional, and the cleaning turned out extremely well. They even offer free pick up and delivery, and everything was returned wrapped and protected. The owner truly cares about doing it right, and the cost was more than fair. The best in Orange County. read more

David cleaned our couch and 4 large area rugs. He was punctual, great with communication and went above and beyond with the cleaning. He was done in less than 4 hours and we were extremely pleased with the results. I've hired many carpet cleaning services before and none have compared. There was even a spot that dried funny and David came back a few days later to touch it up at no additional cost. This is our go to company moving forward for cleanings and we're even looking into using their other services like floor and grout. 10/10!! read more

I highly recommend SoCal Carpet Care!!! We have a white sofa and three young kids, so you can imagine what it's been through, food stains, dirt, mystery marks, and even a recent bloody nose. I honestly didn't think it would ever look clean again. The technician was very professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. He came the same day and took the time to treat every stain, and I was amazed at the results. Our white sofa looks fresh, clean, and almost like new again! Their attention to detail and quality of work exceeded my expectations. I had my carpets cleaned recently and these guys knocked it out of the park. They showed up on time, worked fast, and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. The price was surprisingly reasonable--rare these days--and the results were better than I expected. My carpets looked brand-new, and the whole place smelled fresh without that heavy chemical scent. If you want a service that's quick, affordable, and actually does the job right the first time, this is the one. Highly recommend. read more

This is the best carpet cleaning company I've ever worked with, not just in Orange County, but anywhere. I hired multiple companies to tackle old pet stains and grey wicking that had been there for over a year. They only made it worse. Honestly? David from SoCal Carpet Care saved my carpet. I've worked with him ever since then and can't recommend this company enough. Fast scheduling, kind service, fair prices. My carpet looks incredible and I'm happy to give them my business! read more

From start to finish, SoCal Carpet was easy to work with and prompt in their services! We were able to get an appointment next day for a non-urgent cleaning and were given notice when David would arrive. David easily got out a prior owner's extremely caked in pet stain on our carpet that a prior carpet cleaning from a different company had not gotten out. He was on time, provided great explanations, and was very careful of our surrounding properties and our property in the house - setting up guards for the hoses and wiping down the floor. True to all the other reviews, I would highly recommend SoCal Carpet to friends and family as well! read more

I had a very nice hand woven rug that needed serious cleaning, so much so that I wanted it taken out of the house asap. So Cal Carpet care came the next day early in the morning. David was just lovely, knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. He explained everything and the rug came back in great condition. Long gone are the awful smell and to boot, David was happy to help me move my bed and some other pieces of furniture, really just a doll. More than happy to recommend this place, with no reservations at all. read more

EXCELLENT, same day service. Communication with the owner was efficient and friendly. I love that he came same day as requested and gave me a quote without feeling pressured to accept it. He quoted $250 for 2 rooms and a long hallway, which I found to be very reasonable. He used a portable unit instead of the van-mounted style, which in no way affected the quality of the work but it meant he was able to keep my front door closed, which was nice. He was done within an hour, and he let me know that if any stains popped back up (it can happen, apparently since stains can come back up from the padding underneath) that he would come back same day and fix for free. Sure enough, a small stain near the slider appeared to be either missed or came up from the padding. I texted him to let him know and he came within the next 3 hours and got it removed. Best carpet cleaning job I have ever had. Other areas where stains were previously cleaned but came back didn't this time. He put a great amount of care and effort in and it shows! read more

David deep-cleaned our large sectional today and did our dryer vent cleaning last week. He, and SoCal Carpet Care, were extremely professional, experienced, and kind. They were very competitive on price and he was responsive to our schedules and provided great customer service. He even offered to come back for any touch-ups if we noticed everything after the couch dried (I doubt we'll need it, as he did a great job). We would certainly recommend him to anyone out there looking for couch, carpet or drier vent cleaning services. We will be calling him again! read more
