EXCELLENT, same day service. Communication with the owner was efficient and friendly. I love that he came same day as requested and gave me a quote without feeling pressured to accept it. He quoted $250 for 2 rooms and a long hallway, which I found to be very reasonable. He used a portable unit instead of the van-mounted style, which in no way affected the quality of the work but it meant he was able to keep my front door closed, which was nice. He was done within an hour, and he let me know that if any stains popped back up (it can happen, apparently since stains can come back up from the padding underneath) that he would come back same day and fix for free. Sure enough, a small stain near the slider appeared to be either missed or came up from the padding. I texted him to let him know and he came within the next 3 hours and got it removed. Best carpet cleaning job I have ever had. Other areas where stains were previously cleaned but came back didn't this time. He put a great amount of care and effort in and it shows! read more
