They're not lazy at all and will gladly help move furniture, even heavy pieces, to make sure every spot is properly cleaned. They also take extra care with details...for example, when cleaning around bed corners, they place small protective foils under the legs so the wood doesn't touch the damp carpet. When my sectional started getting a little smelly due to having a 2 year old bounce around with his shoes on, and spilling food/drinks on it, I decided that it was time to get this sofa a deep cleaning that it deserved! So I quickly hopped on Yelp and contacted a couple of companies, and pro clean was the first I get back to me asking for a photo of the sectional and providing a quote. I schedule the appointment for a Wednesday at 9am. On the day of the appointment, the technician arrived around 9:15. After measuring the sofa, he gave me a final price ($120 more than I was quoted). I decided to just move forward with the service since he was here. The technician spent about 2 hours on the sofa. The end result was a clean and good smelling sectional. Overall, a good experience with my only complaint being the quote being way off. read more

There are tons of places that had phony baloney reviews and it took a while to really filter out the crap from the legit reviews. Pro Clean seemed decent and I gave them a call. The price seemed fair but they would not guarantee anything without them coming out to measure and look for themselves. I set an appointment and Cody and Eric showed up right on time. They confirmed the price and got started. They were clean, professional and took some extra time to set up corner guards so their hoses would not leave marks on our walls and banister. We had our area rugs brought out to the driveway to make things easier, too. The guys were cool to deal with and left the place nice and tidy. They did the heavy lifting and replaced all of the furniture on top of small foam blocks to help with the drying process.
