If I could give less than a one star I would choose that because of terrible service provided by these guys. Two guys came they charged me $180 and they hardly worked for two hours for a 1500 square-foot house. They left my family room floor unclean. They left my dining table and dirty. The mop wasn't done at all forget properly. To my wife's horror, They did not even notify when they were about to leave to check whether we were satisfied with the work done. I guess all they wanted was to get paid and leave to their next victim. When we call them to tell them about the incomplete work, they did not even return the phone call. Sometimes they were great but other times you could barely tell they even came to clean. I called HousecleaningEU hoping for a last minute appointment before the superbowl. While it is run like a proper business, the girl they sent to clean my house was beyond clueless. She continually didn't unwrap the soap blocks for the dishwasher, causing plumbing backup & requiring dishwasher repair twice. Not to mention, dirty dishes. Despite clear instruction not to, she put my cast iron pan in the dishwasher and ruined it. She would load the dishwasher knives facing up so whoever unloaded it would risk cuts.
