So far so good! We just had our first cleaning with their team and we are impressed. We have two very fluffy dogs with a lot of hair, they did a great job getting the floors and all of the pet hair. They went out of their way to get the baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds and taking the couch apart to vacuum! I appreciate how much they focused on detail areas like behind the trashcan, our dog bowl areas and even inside of the coffee maker. I've been using Alberto and his team at Premium Cleaning weekly for nearly a year, and up until recently, the service has been consistently great. The quality of the cleaning has always been reliable, which is why this recent experience was disappointing. About a month ago, I stopped being able to reach Alberto by phone or text, which I assume is due to a phone number change. Normally this wouldn't be a major issue, but their cleaning times vary each week and I'm often not home when they arrive. Unfortunately, no one provided me with an updated contact number, so I currently have no reliable way to communicate with them. This week, they arrived while I didn't have my phone nearby, so I missed the ring notification at the gate. After waiting for some time, they left, and my house ended up not being cleaned. Since I still couldn't contact anyone directly, I had to hire another cleaning company on short notice, which caused a major inconvenience and forced me to stay home while they completed the job. Again, the cleaning quality itself has always been very good, but the lack of communication and follow-through regarding updated contact information has been frustrating, especially after being a long-term customer. read more

Premium Cleaning Experts was the most reasonable, so we set them up for a trial cleaning. We have a 2700 sqft. home with 4 BRs and 2.5 BAs. Amazing move out apartment clean! I called them the day before I needed it and they were able to send someone in the morning. No need to be present, they kept in constant communication and asked me important questions via text. Everything was spotless and they even worked on my little back patio, which I didn't expect. Needed service during the Labor Day long weekend. Connected w Alberto on Thursday late afternoon. Received a response within an hour. He had an opening on Saturday PM. And I booked it. I have a small 1-bedroom apt AND 2 cats. Alberto came a little early w 2 other helpers. They started up right away. One helper focused on the bathroom. Alberto and the other helper focused on the kitchen and living room. They dusted and vacuumed and mopped floors. They also cleaned the exterior surfaces (I took care of the inside of the frig). I had to put the cats in the bedroom while cleaning was in process. Once that was done, I let the cats into the living room and Alberto cleaned the bedroom area.
