So far so good! We just had our first cleaning with their team and we are impressed. We have two very fluffy dogs with a lot of hair, they did a great job getting the floors and all of the pet hair. They went out of their way to get the baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds and taking the couch apart to vacuum! I appreciate how much they focused on detail areas like behind the trashcan, our dog bowl areas and even inside of the coffee maker. They had a team of three people and we paid 180 for our cleaning service for our two bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo. Looking forward to our next service! read more

I was looking for a housekeeper to come in once a month for an all over clean and we got several price quotes. Premium Cleaning Experts was the most reasonable, so we set them up for a trial cleaning. We have a 2700 sqft. home with 4 BRs and 2.5 BAs. Alberto was very communicative and the staff arrived 20 minutes early for their appointment. Three people worked for three hours and my house is SPOTLESS! I scheduled them for a month from now. I am so thankful. The cost was $300 including baseboards (which run extra). It looks great! Highly recommend! read more

10/10 would recommend! Bow-ties on the TP and everything! We had a great experience and they were very responsive.

Needed service during the Labor Day long weekend. Connected w Alberto on Thursday late afternoon. Received a response within an hour. He had an opening on Saturday PM. And I booked it. I have a small 1-bedroom apt AND 2 cats. Alberto came a little early w 2 other helpers. They started up right away. One helper focused on the bathroom. Alberto and the other helper focused on the kitchen and living room. They dusted and vacuumed and mopped floors. They also cleaned the exterior surfaces (I took care of the inside of the frig). I had to put the cats in the bedroom while cleaning was in process. Once that was done, I let the cats into the living room and Alberto cleaned the bedroom area. What made this a happy experience- -prompt responses via text -available during holiday -fair pricing - crew came w all supplies I am satisfied and will most likely use the service again. Thanks Alberto and crew! read more

Amazing move out apartment clean! I called them the day before I needed it and they were able to send someone in the morning. No need to be present, they kept in constant communication and asked me important questions via text. Everything was spotless and they even worked on my little back patio, which I didn't expect. For a little bit extra, they cleaned the interior/exterior of my fridge/freezer. Everything was under $200, including the extra for the fridge. Would highly recommend and would use again. read more

A co-worker who recently received his services referred me to Alberto. I called him, and he was available the following week. His price quote was reasonable, and I appreciated his appointment confirmations and updates. His team of three arrived within the agreed timeframe and got straight to work. They were quick and efficient and cleaned areas I had failed to clean despite several attempts. They had just finished cleaning 3 to 4 houses prior, too, but they did not slack on my home. I will continue with their services, and I am glad they were referred to me. read more

I had an incredible experience working with Alberto and his team. They were punctual, professional, and worked efficiently -- transforming my place far beyond what I expected. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and the attention to detail really shows. Alberto was communicative throughout and clearly cares about building a business with integrity. His team was respectful, organized, and focused from the moment they arrived. I've worked with other cleaning services before, but this felt like a cut above -- and at a reasonable rate. If you're considering hiring a cleaning service, I highly recommend giving Alberto a call. It's rare to find people who are both great at what they do and genuinely invested in building trust with clients. I'll absolutely be booking with them again. read more

Very pleasantly surprised. I've hired help for cleaning before but this company was very thorough/detail oriented (they even cleaned the top and under my fridge, individual blinds, dusty ceiling fans, inside my oven, under my sofa, on top of my cabinets etc without me even asking) and easy & very friendly to work with. I was initially hesitant because there wasn't any reviews but response was very quick and they had the availability I needed. With three kids this mom needed help. Price is comparable and reasonable. Thank you so much for your hard work! I would definitely hire them again for their services. Love supporting small businesses. Highly recommended. Also, I don't write reviews often unless an establishment is very bad or very good.. in this case they exceeded my expectations! Love them. read more
