They claimed that they did. They asked for photos of the dirty windows to confirm. I don't live at the property, it is a rental I manage. I sent them photos a few days later when I was back at the property. Their policy is that they have a satisfaction guarantee, and they will make it right if it is reported within 24 hours. Even though I made them aware of the issue within 24 hours, they would not honor their guarantee because I didn't send them photos until a few days later. The rest of the home was cleaned sufficiently, and they otherwise have great communication. But it is disheartening that after alerting them of the issue, they made no attempt to resolve it. Save your money, hire a cleaner that will stand by their word and their work. Side note: they offered to refund me $20 for the windows, but that doesn't do me any good. Nobody is going to show up just to clean the windows for $20. Including them! Now it falls on me.

About a month ago, I stopped being able to reach Alberto by phone or text, which I assume is due to a phone number change. Normally this wouldn't be a major issue, but their cleaning times vary each week and I'm often not home when they arrive. Unfortunately, no one provided me with an updated contact number, so I currently have no reliable way to communicate with them. This week, they arrived while I didn't have my phone nearby, so I missed the ring notification at the gate. After waiting for some time, they left, and my house ended up not being cleaned. Since I still couldn't contact anyone directly, I had to hire another cleaning company on short notice, which caused a major inconvenience and forced me to stay home while they completed the job. Again, the cleaning quality itself has always been very good, but the lack of communication and follow-through regarding updated contact information has been frustrating, especially after being a long-term customer.
