They went out of their way to get the baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds and taking the couch apart to vacuum! The quality of the cleaning has always been reliable, which is why this recent experience was disappointing. About a month ago, I stopped being able to reach Alberto by phone or text, which I assume is due to a phone number change. Normally this wouldn't be a major issue, but their cleaning times vary each week and I'm often not home when they arrive. Unfortunately, no one provided me with an updated contact number, so I currently have no reliable way to communicate with them. This week, they arrived while I didn't have my phone nearby, so I missed the ring notification at the gate. After waiting for some time, they left, and my house ended up not being cleaned. Since I still couldn't contact anyone directly, I had to hire another cleaning company on short notice, which caused a major inconvenience and forced me to stay home while they completed the job. Again, the cleaning quality itself has always been very good, but the lack of communication and follow-through regarding updated contact information has been frustrating, especially after being a long-term customer.
