They were super prompt in their responses, as well as prompt in their arrival time. It took about 3.5 hours for a one bedroom apartment and it was very thorough-all of the things I wanted completed were addressed. However I have had a few hiccups over the past few years since I've used their service. Nothing I couldn't get over and that they didn't try their best to correct. I'm pretty easy going and understand stuff happens. What is leading me to write this review today is how their management handled my particular situation as a loyal patron of a few years. I have had a biweekly cleaning scheduled consistently for the past 6 months. Haven't asked for much change and always get my two cleanings a month - same day, same time. I asked for an EXTRA cleaning this month, so I wanted them to come MORE. The way they entered into their scheduling system deleted my current scheduled time. So to my surprise after I woke up early and spent an hour prepping them to show up at 8 AM, no one came. I called and asked what was going on and I had to follow up twice. They said I wasn't on the schedule until the 29th! I told them I needed it done today and they could not find a way to make that happen for me after I have probably spent close to $10k with the over the past couple years. I have 3 small children so it's not the most convenient to have services like this canceled and then rescheduled. Plus I stripped all my beds and picked up everything for them so they could do a deep clean, all for nothing. Instead of offering any resolution other than "we are sorry, we don't know why this happened", I was pretty disappointed to say the least. Needless to say I will be providing my business elsewhere.

Bright N Fresh was seriously the best investment during our move-out process!…read more I am one to always do things myself to save money, but this time around, I wanted to try out a cleaning service out of convenience. We lived in our apartment for over 5 years, so I did not have the time or energy to deep clean it while also juggling a full-time job, packing, and moving out. From start to finish, the team was very communicative, flexible, and friendly. They are very quick to respond and to send updates. They also have coupons occasionally! Overall, I feel like their customer service was top notch. For the actually cleaning, it was more than I could have imagined! Our apartment wasn't in horrible shape, but Susana was able to get rid of stains and gunk that I've tried to get rid of all 5 years! She got into corners and spaces I would not have been able to do on my own. AND, she was a one-woman team! Our property manager was shocked and said that he had never seen an apartment so clean at the move-out inspection. Lastly, I would like to share that we got our ENTIRE deposit back! No need for a separate cleaning fee. I could not recommend Bright N Fresh OC more. They have really changed my perspective on hiring a cleaning service rather than doing it yourself. If you have the means, it is definitely worth the price!!

I used these cleaners 3 months ago for a 2 hour job. They sent one maid. The quality of the work…read morewas subpar. Only after my review did they offer to come back and reclean possibly for a better review. I figured they are trying. I reduced the work being asked of them from last time as it seems they are slow paced especially as they charge by the hour and not the project. I asked for them to do standard clean of my 2 small bathrooms. And my floors. Let's just say she couldn't get through that. She spent 75 mins in my tiny bathrooms. And then had 45 minutes to vacuum and mop my floors. And she still didn't finish that. The largest and most used room was untouched. She had time left but she wanted to go at her slow pace. It was odd because she didn't seem to have what she needed to wipe the floor. And she didn't use a vacuum to pick up the dirt and trash. She didn't move any chairs around to get under things or under any rugs. There was no heavy lifting that would have taken this long. In my opinion she had enough time to do what was asked of her. It shouldn't take 2 hours to clean the floor and do 2 bathrooms. I can do all that within an hour. I think bc it's an hourly service vs. a project service they take advantage. My regular maid cab deep clean my house by herself in 4 hours! I can do all of that in much shorter time. I use a vacuum and my mop kit. I want ti like them. And use them again. And wish I can give them a better rating but I can't. Also, they sent the same maid from the first time. So I don't know what it's like with different ones.

When she arrived at the appointment, she inspected each room and ran her finger along our blinds, shelves, etc. to check for dust. The quote was very reasonably priced and we booked an appointment for the actual deep clean. The day of the deep clean, she arrived with 2 other women and they immediately got to work. My fiancé and I were home during the clean so they worked in the bedrooms and kitchen first while we chilled in the living room and when they were ready to switch, she let us know. The deep clean took about 4 hours from start to finish and they did an amazing job. They move everything from the surfaces before they wipe. They cleaned our window tracks which I was super excited about. I even saw one of them cleaning our ceiling at one point. All of our artwork was wiped down and our home felt much cleaner. We also hired them again in early May and they did a great job again. My fiancé and I are very happy with their service and would love to hire them again in the near future :)

The whole process took about 2 hours and they found some spots that needed deep cleaning that I didn't see before. Overall, when I arrived it felt clean and smelled fresh. I used the swiffer for a bit and also came back disgustingly black. I ended up buying a mop myself and mopping the whole place and the stickiness and the blackness went away. I asked for the fridge to be wiped down but didn't realize the freezer was not included and was surprised to see a bunch of crumbs and debris. I appreciate all the cleaning that was done, but was expecting just a bit more with $200

Super quick responses and reasonably priced! Anddddd they work on weekends too! Anddddd they saved me because I was freaking out about having to clean after packing and moving. I had scheduled my cleaning for a Sunday afternoon and received a call from Kiran saying that the team they had originally assigned was going to be later than the original time slot because they were at another place. Unfortunately that wasn't going to work for me so Kiran came herself to clean my place! She and Alex did an amazing job and made sure everything was clean and pretty! They were super nice and Alex ended up having to help me clean off a couple of things that were in the garage that I was taking with me (because I can't do spiders) and even helped me put them into my car because they were heavy. They took a little bit longer to clean my place but I'm glad they did because they actually cleaned so many things that other places would have you add on.
