I initially reached out for a quote for a deep clean before Lunar New Year and Carina said she could come in person for a personalized quote. So we set up an appointment to do that. When she arrived at the appointment, she inspected each room and ran her finger along our blinds, shelves, etc. to check for dust. The quote was very reasonably priced and we booked an appointment for the actual deep clean. The day of the deep clean, she arrived with 2 other women and they immediately got to work. My fiancé and I were home during the clean so they worked in the bedrooms and kitchen first while we chilled in the living room and when they were ready to switch, she let us know. The deep clean took about 4 hours from start to finish and they did an amazing job. They move everything from the surfaces before they wipe. They cleaned our window tracks which I was super excited about. I even saw one of them cleaning our ceiling at one point. All of our artwork was wiped down and our home felt much cleaner. Carina and her team were very friendly and they came right on time. I requested a cleaning since I was moving into a house and just needed a general reset of the place. The whole process took about 2 hours and they found some spots that needed deep cleaning that I didn't see before. Overall, when I arrived it felt clean and smelled fresh. However, after walking around in our newly cleaned home for a couple minutes I felt the floor was still a bit sticky and my socks were completely black. I used the swiffer for a bit and also came back disgustingly black. I ended up buying a mop myself and mopping the whole place and the stickiness and the blackness went away. I asked for the fridge to be wiped down but didn't realize the freezer was not included and was surprised to see a bunch of crumbs and debris. We had Carina's team do a house cleaning in February 2022 and she was responsive and her team got the job done. We paid extra for the fridge deep clean. The only odd thing was that the crew packed up some parts of our wooden staircase handle and other misc nails & drawer handles. Then she found the parts on 2/25 AM in her trunk, and she finally returned the house parts on 2/26/2022. I'd love to be able to give this company a good rating, but they didn't show up. I scheduled a deep clean for our home today at 11:00, and it has been scheduled for about 2 weeks. I got a text after 11:00 today informing me that they were running late, and asked if between 12:30-1:00 would work. I said ok, even though that is 2 hours later than what was agreed. I have 1 year old triplets so the timing is not the most convenient. 1:00 rolls around and no one is here. I called the number provided to me, and it went straight to voicemail. I then called the number on Yelp, and someone picked up and said they could come instead of who was originally supposed to show up. It was at this point that I cancelled.
