I'm so glad we ate using the service again! I wanted to share that the father of the son's bathroom and walls , especially oven could use a bit of TLC. I'm not sure how to put it nicely, but it's a bit of a mess. Thanks for not pointing it out, and I really appreciate that you made it super clean. read more

I used these cleaners 3 months ago for a 2 hour job. They sent one maid. The quality of the work was subpar. Only after my review did they offer to come back and reclean possibly for a better review. I figured they are trying. I reduced the work being asked of them from last time as it seems they are slow paced especially as they charge by the hour and not the project. I asked for them to do standard clean of my 2 small bathrooms. And my floors. Let's just say she couldn't get through that. She spent 75 mins in my tiny bathrooms. And then had 45 minutes to vacuum and mop my floors. And she still didn't finish that. The largest and most used room was untouched. She had time left but she wanted to go at her slow pace. It was odd because she didn't seem to have what she needed to wipe the floor. And she didn't use a vacuum to pick up the dirt and trash. She didn't move any chairs around to get under things or under any rugs. There was no heavy lifting that would have taken this long. In my opinion she had enough time to do what was asked of her. It shouldn't take 2 hours to clean the floor and do 2 bathrooms. I can do all that within an hour. I think bc it's an hourly service vs. a project service they take advantage. My regular maid cab deep clean my house by herself in 4 hours! I can do all of that in much shorter time. I use a vacuum and my mop kit. I want ti like them. And use them again. And wish I can give them a better rating but I can't. Also, they sent the same maid from the first time. So I don't know what it's like with different ones. read more

Used this service last weekend and was extremely disappointed. Hired three people for two hours thinking it was a bit overkill. It came out to over $350 and there was still a request for tips. The cleaning was terrible. At no point was anything vacuumed. They didn't bring a vacuum at all. Floors were partially mopped with plenty of areas left untouched. Mopping looked like barely touching the floor with a moist mop one time in some areas. They did zero, and I mean zero tidying as they went along. The house didn't look or smell as if professional cleaners had just been there. Will never use again. Waste of more money than I've spent on cleaning service, ever. read more

Requested a quote and admin quickly responded. Admin provided lots of information on the service that would be provided. Availability was open and I was able to make an appt sooner than I anticipated. Staff showed up on time and reviewed the work that needed to be completed. Staff worked quickly and efficiently. Overall, very happy with the service that was provided and clear communication from admin. read more

I paid for 4.5 hours to clean a small 8ft x 10ft kitchen, and the fridge still wasn't cleaned. Kelly spent a lot of time going through my cabinets, which wasn't necessary, and threw away some of my things without telling me first. She left the fridge for "next time," even though I'd specifically asked for the whole kitchen to be done. When I brought it up, her excuse was that she has a son -- and honestly, she looked so tired that I didn't push back. Her main task was supposed to be washing dishes, but you can see from the photos that this is all she actually washed. To be fair, the counters, stovetop, and microwave were wiped down well. The bigger issue: I found unwashed pots put back in my cabinets. I know they weren't cleaned because the same dirt stains I'd noticed before were still there. It looks like she took "good enough" pots and dishes and mixed them back in with my actually clean ones. She never touched the dishes sitting in the fridge at all. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this service. If you're not standing over them the whole time, work gets skipped, and you may not get what you actually paid for. read more

Very disappointing service. They charged 165 dollars an hour and spent 7.5 hours cleaning the house which was already very clean and didn't address my concerns at all. The windows and doors still have smudges which was my biggest concerns. They cleaned the areas which I specifically asked not to clean to rack the bills. Spent 1200 dollars on a cleaning service which did a very average job. read more

It was my first time hiring a cleaning service and Best Clean Service did not disappoint! I needed help with move-out cleaning and they charged a flat fee of $55/hr. Sezim was my cleaner for the day and she was super thorough and really nice. I felt comfortable leaving the apartment while she was cleaning and all I had to do was come back to do payment. Booking is pretty easy too. I plan on hiring them again in the future:) read more

I hired Best Clean Service for a deep cleaning of 3b/b rental condo. Excellent communication about the quote. Three hard working cleaners scrubbed floors, baseboards, windowsills, grout, and even kitchen ceilings to my satisfaction. The place looks great. While I could have paid less I don't think I would have gotten the same result. I would use them again. read more

Very disappointed with this company. When I spoke with the representative to schedule the cleaning, I explained exactly what I needed done. I was specifically told that unloading the dishwasher and putting dishes away was included in the standard cleaning service. I keep my apartment clean myself on a weekly basis, so this was not a heavy-duty cleaning job -- just a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment. The cleaner spent almost three hours here, much of that time in the bathroom, which was already maintained. After the service was completed, I realized my dishes were never done, even though I was told they would be included. Communication throughout the entire process was very difficult. There was a significant language barrier with the cleaner, which made it hard to clearly communicate expectations and ask questions during the service. When I contacted the company about the issue, they only offered 5% off, which made no sense considering the agreed standard cleaning was not completed. As I tried to explain what I was originally told during booking, the representative hung up on me, which was extremely unprofessional. At this point, I will be pursuing the matter further through small claims court in an effort to receive a full refund for services that were not completed as promised. Overall, the communication was poor, the service did not match what was promised, and the customer service experience was unacceptable. I would not recommend this company. read more

Venera and Zhanara did an outstanding job. They arrived on time and got right to work. They were very thorough cleaning afterwhere to remove dust and dirt from our recently completed renovation. They were friendly and verified that everything met expectations. The $234 price was comparable to or less than any other quote I received. The two women worked for three hours, finishing right on time. Setting up the service was easy. Veronica was quick to respond to request for a quote on Yelp and confirmed the date and time immediately. Kelly sent a text when the cleaning team was on its way with an estimated time of arrival. I highly recommend the company. read more

Kelly and Zhenya did a beautiful job with the deep cleaning of our home! Reasonably priced, and we appreciated their attention to detail and also how quickly they were able to get us scheduled. I'd like to preface this with I did not get any services from Best Clean, however I was left high and dry on a move out clean by a competitor (I won't name names but they are a new company) literally an hour and a half before I needed to give the keys back to the new owner. Kelly responded with exceptional speed and scheduled someone to clean my home within a few hours. I just want to say that is exceptional service and I will use this business when I am in need of cleaning. read more

The cleaning crew was two gals and they were efficient. I contacted them from Yelp the day before. It is a 4th of July week, and most cleaners were booked the rest of the week. But they were able to come the next day. The prices are the same with most companies, I noticed. But the bathrooms are now super clean and I am so happy. They got the dirty job clean in just over 2 1/4 hours. Now that is amazing read more

Great communication and up front offerings - itemized by costs. Booking the appointment was simple and the day of, I had Maria reach out to me for some details. I was running a little behind so I gave her a temporary PIN code for my entrance and she started prepping her cleaning supplies inside. With minimal direction, she proceeded to clean the room I asked for. Since I was around, she asked me to inspect her work at the end and if there was anything else I wanted her to redo. She was great. I will definitely use Best Clean Service again in the future. read more

The team provided great service! They were very thorough. The place was spotless! Time wise, the team was there for more than 2 hours.

Amazing job by Kelly and her crew. I hired them for move out service for my rental property and they did a very thorough job. I typically don't like to leave negative reviews as I'd rather work directly with the business to resolve any issues and provide feedback, however the service provided was just not acceptable. I requested a deep cleaning service on short notice for the place I just moved into, and in fairness they were able to accommodate. The cleaning however was not at all what I would consider "deep cleaning". Two cleaners came to do the job. The surfaces were generally well done but the floors were terrible. I had to remind the cleaners to mop the floors (which is on the deep clean checklist) and after they finished mopping (they only used a swiffer with a dirty rag) the floors were still filthy (see the photos). I asked the cleaners if they could mop again and they did, however the results were the same. I called best clean service to see what could be done (partial refund or another cleaner to come and do the floors properly) and was told a partial refund was impossible but they would send the same cleaners back to try again. They came back, did the same mediocre job, and told me it was impossible for floors to be properly cleaned without special equipment... Overall the service took 4 hours (8 man hours total between the two cleaners) and cost almost $500. I have a ~1,200 square foot condo. I have no clue what they were doing all that time but it certainly wasn't worth the time or money. I've never had cleaners tell me that having clean floors was impossible, but it seems that's the attitude of Best Clean Service. Would highly suggest looking elsewhere. read more

They did a fantastic job cleaning, I'd use them again. My house was really overdue for a cleaning and everything was clean. The only negatives I would note is that there was one patch that was missed for dusting and one of the cleaners was a heavy cigarette smoker so there was a strong cigarette odor in my home while she was here. read more

Worked with Best Clean Service and went with their deep cleaning service since it would be my first time. Scheduling with them was very quick and easy communication with the management office.
