Their estimate was not accurate, and they did not follow through on what they originally agreed to. Very disappointing and a waste of my time. I reduced the work being asked of them from last time as it seems they are slow paced especially as they charge by the hour and not the project. I asked for them to do standard clean of my 2 small bathrooms. And my floors. Let's just say she couldn't get through that. She spent 75 mins in my tiny bathrooms. And then had 45 minutes to vacuum and mop my floors. And she still didn't finish that. The largest and most used room was untouched. She had time left but she wanted to go at her slow pace. It was odd because she didn't seem to have what she needed to wipe the floor. And she didn't use a vacuum to pick up the dirt and trash. She didn't move any chairs around to get under things or under any rugs. There was no heavy lifting that would have taken this long. In my opinion she had enough time to do what was asked of her. It shouldn't take 2 hours to clean the floor and do 2 bathrooms. I can do all that within an hour. I think bc it's an hourly service vs. a project service they take advantage. My regular maid cab deep clean my house by herself in 4 hours! I can do all of that in much shorter time. I use a vacuum and my mop kit. I want ti like them. And use them again. And wish I can give them a better rating but I can't. Also, they sent the same maid from the first time. So I don't know what it's like with different ones.

First, after the cleaning, several family photos and souvenir magnets that had been on the fridge for years were missing. When we raised this, the company's response was to say their cleaners didn't recall seeing or removing anything, and the conversation became more about disputing responsibility than resolving the issue. To be fair, they did return to search the apartment, and I appreciate that effort -- but the items never turned up, and we were left without any real explanation. These were irreplaceable family keepsakes, and losing them was genuinely upsetting. Second, about a week after the cleaning, I noticed several areas -- a shelf near a window with visible dust and debris still sitting on it, and a bathroom baseboard corner with grime buildup and hair still on the floor -- that hadn't actually been cleaned. Photos attached. These were exactly the hard-to-reach spots I'd hired help for in the first place, since my parents can't easily do them themselves. Between the missing items and the incomplete cleaning, I can't recommend this service, even though I do want to acknowledge they were responsive once I flagged the missing items and returned to help look.

Super quick responses and reasonably priced! Anddddd they work on weekends too! Anddddd they saved me because I was freaking out about having to clean after packing and moving. I had scheduled my cleaning for a Sunday afternoon and received a call from Kiran saying that the team they had originally assigned was going to be later than the original time slot because they were at another place. Unfortunately that wasn't going to work for me so Kiran came herself to clean my place! She and Alex did an amazing job and made sure everything was clean and pretty! They were super nice and Alex ended up having to help me clean off a couple of things that were in the garage that I was taking with me (because I can't do spiders) and even helped me put them into my car because they were heavy. They took a little bit longer to clean my place but I'm glad they did because they actually cleaned so many things that other places would have you add on.
