What an Outstanding Cleaning Service! We recently moved into a new building under a very tight schedule, and I reached out to Luis from Pronto for help. From the very first call, Luis was professional, responsive, and incredibly kind. He came out right away to inspect the building, gave us a fair quote the same day and even made room in their busy weekend schedule to accommodate our urgent move-in needs. They cleaned our entire building including the floors and the before-and-after results were phenomenal. The place looked completely transformed especially production floors were in very bad shape. I was so impressed with the quality of work, attention to detail, and overall professionalism that we decided to sign up for ongoing weekly cleaning services starting this weekend! I'm truly grateful we found Pronto. If you're looking for a reliable and thorough cleaning team, I highly recommend giving them a call. I'll definitely be updating with more reviews as we continue with their weekly service! Thank you again, Luis and team! read more

This was a Commercial Job at a Church - WOW! This is the 2nd time we used them and both times nothing but GREAT SERVICE with GREAT RESULTS! This time we had two types of floors that needed to be stripped and waxed. And they also brought out their Pressure Washer Concrete Cleaner that also did a Great Job. They worked well until after dark after we added on an extra area and they left everything SPARKLING! We will be asking for a quote on our carpets next! FYI - Luis' Quote substantially beat all others; I had 5 quotes. read more

Excellent company to work with. They clean our office 3 times a week and everything looks perfectly clean and neat. Owner Luis and staff goes above and beyond. During a heavy rainfall they noticed and immediately reported a leak inside our office, and took the initiative to put a trash can underneath. Another time they noticed a space heater left on and let us know they turned it off to prevent risk of fire. It's rare to find companies that genuinely care about their customers. Thank you, Luis! read more

Luis was very responsive and did a great job in cleaning our office. He came on time and service was quick.

Contacted Luis for a quote. Set up an appointment to do a walk around. He was 20 minutes late. He left saying he will email me a quote over the weekend. I didnt receive any email. 5 days later I contacted him saying I didnt receive any emails yet. No response...just completely ignored me. Not responsible, not reliable. A simple call or text back and he wont. read more

My experience with Luis and his staff has been exceptionally. From the outset, Luis demonstrated a high level of responsiveness and professionalism. His prices were the most competitive. In addition to his great competitive pricing, his availability is reasonably. He was able to schedule an appointment very quickly, and he did not reschedule nor cancel like other people who have had to do so in my past experience. On the day of the cleaning, I was impressed by the efficiency and effectiveness of the workers. They carried out their tasks seamlessly, ensuring that our business operations were not disrupted in any way. They were meticulously and detailed with the cleaning and we were very happy with the end result. I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone in search of reliable and professional cleaning services. read more

Needed a GOOD and HONEST cleaning company to service our office and found Luis and his company on Yelp. Sent a request for quote and was first to respond in detail. Came out to inspect our space, gave us a quote and then went to town with his wife on the given day. THEY WERE SUPERB!!! Went above and beyond on the contract and literally turned our dirty office inside out. He was honest from beginning and even though he underquoted us (our office was really dirty due to having terrible cleaning service and lacking one for a while in search of a good cleaning company), he honored the original quote. (I made it up in tips) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL YOUR COMMERCIAL CLEANING NEEDS!!! We'll use him continuously for our bi monthly cleaning now. read more

I wish I found him sooner, would have saved me alot of headache. Not to mention, his pricing came in at a fraction of the other companies. That you Luis! read more

We saw their add on a van and decided to try them out to clean one of our Air BNB's. First they arrived super late (nothing pronto about their service). When they arrived, one of their workers was coughing. He said he thought he was getting sick but they let him work. We called right away and asked them to remove that worker for safety reasons. They got upset. I left and let the other worker clean the property. I went back to check the work when the work was done since it was the first time we tried them. The toilets and shower were super dirty, they didn't even wash the sheets like they were instructed to. The worst part was they took the vacuum we leave in the property for the guest. We called their office and explained what happened. They tried to blame it on the guest that stayed there. I told them I arrived when the guest checked out to see how they left the property. I told them the vacuum was in the small closet. They denied their workers took it and hung up on me. They also overcharged us more than the original quote. Terrible experience. read more

Pronto Maintenance Cleaning Systems helped us with a post-remodel move-in cleaning for our new home and did a fantastic job! From the initial phone call with the owner, Luis, to him coming to the house for an initial walk thru to understand my needs, to the detailed writeup of the estimate, to the final execution of the cleaning job, it was a great experience, especially since I caught them at a very busy time during the holidays and the new year. When we first stepped into the home after the cleaning, immediately we noticed the fresh clean smell. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless and disinfected. The floors, baseboards, windows, walls, and more were all mopped and wiped down well. Throughout the entire process, Luis was extremely professional, sincere, and honest. He provided a detailed and accurate estimate, with absolutely no surprise charges at the end of the job. I highly recommend him and his team! read more
