I recently used Jan-Serve to do a large clean up after completing construction of tenant improvements in a 3,600 square foot space. Lisa and her team are amazing. Lisa is a consummate professional and pays attention to the utmost detail. The space was filthy after being vacant for over a year and then having construction dust all over the place. When I called Lisa she immediately came out and walked through the space taking detailed notes. She provided me a complete proposal the next day and scheduled a cleaning. She came with a crew and cleaned the space from top to bottom. She cleaned every surface multiple times, washed the windows from the inside and out, cleaned and sanitized the floors, bathroom, carpets, etc. Honestly, I have never dealt with such an amazing crew. Lisa is like a 5-Star General who worked side by side with her workers leading by example. When the space was done Lisa scheduled an additional day to come back and cleaned the surfaces again for any additional residual dust that could have settled from such a deep cleaning. The space came out absolutely IMMACULATE and beautiful. I don't think there is any company that could have done a better job or is more passionate about the pride they take in their work. Honestly, I would be hard pressed to find a single spec of dust left in the place after Jan-Serve was finished. If i could really give this co 0 stars i would but unfortunately i have to give atleast 1 So i recomended this co. To my brother in law for his business 2 weeks ago (Bar&Grill) and we agreed on one price for the job and for what wpuld be cleaned. So they get there first off later not just 5 or 10 minutes but 30 minutes late, Once they get there theyre cleaners are all dressed differently no uniforms and 2 of them stank like weed. W.e i ignored it and then they start to clean and i notice they missed spots that i was told were going to be included into the package and let them know all i got back was "Well my boss didnt tell me to clean that so sorry speak with him" when thats what we agreed to; So i call them and they end up saying we didnt agree to that but that they could do it at an extra charge? I said forget it and let them finish theyre work sure enough just like theyre performance and customer service skill they were trash. The floors were not mopped right, counters were dusty, behind the doors were not swept or mopped, the top of the grills were not wiped down. Even behind the toilets were not even cleaned right and i thought janitorial was theyre specialty. I feels o terrible for even recomending them to my family i will never ever make that mistake again and i suggest you others shouldnt either. Bad customer service skills, bad cleaning and real bad employee attitude. BEWARE!!! read more

I called asking about their services and the Lady over the phone hada real nasty attitude. I was trying to get some info on how it all worked or deals they had and i was being rushed into a package that i honestly didnt need. At the end of the day once i got past the rudeness of the phone operator we agreed on a deal for a week later and then on that day NO ONE even showed i had some real important meetings that day and i had to explain to business men my sitiuation on why the place was a mess. They told me about Yelp so here i am just trying to warn others of my expierience even tho i didnt pay money i was robbed because we agreed on something and they couldnt even come through at the end of it all.
