Their teams scrub all surfaces and even lift my rugs to mop the floors! I hear them lifting items off my counters so they can clean all surfaces. Also the cleaning teams are very considerate and adjust their cleaning plans to accommodate me working from home. They check with me before starting to plan out how to clean so as not to disturb me. So we called for help. Given it was a Sunday, no one was picking up except Tammy. She was warm, professional and was willing to drive an hour on her day off just to give us a quote. I was at the end able to give her enough info for her to give me a rough quote, and she brought in two of her ladies first thing next day morning. Now I wasn't there myself, but my mom is one of the most OCD person I know (she is first gen from China, so nothing is ever good enough). I was quite nervous and told her whatever isn't up to her standard, I will come to finish myself. Surprisingly, after almost 6 hours of work, my mom called me and told me not only she tipped the ladies herself (this is VERY unusual, my mom never tips), she said the house was pretty much ready to be moved-in and now I just need to move her boxes (haha). I was able to see the place via FaceTime after and saw how everything sparkled, especially the super dirty windows. Even the window tracks and sills that were covered by thick layers of dust were white! Where to begin this was my first time using a cleaning service so I had very high expectations, this property that was being clean, had been vacant, and when I called to get a " via phone quote , I explained to her the situation and circumstances that the house was a Under (very dusty ) not filthy !!!
