Without a doubt this is the cleanest my place has ever felt. The service and communication provided by true blue maids is 10/10. This was my first time using the service and based on these results I will be using them again and everytime moving forward. The value and service here are next to none imo! read more

True Blue Maids - Clean kitchen - Home Cleaning Near Me - Pasadena, California

I debated whether to hire a cleaning company for a long time. It is so worth it in every respect. I scheduled a deep clean session to see what it would be like and loved it, so continued with a scheduled cleaning. 2 wonderful ladies come monthly and in even the first 15 minutes they get through tasks that would've taken me 30 min +. They spend time on the bathrooms, floors, blinds, changing bedding, dishes, kitchen counters, etc. Their products are excellent. The service is reliable. I have no complaints. The team is professional, timely. TLDR: just do it. Lyn and her company is well worth every penny. read more

We hired True Blue Maids for the first time this week, and they did an incredible job. The owner Lyn was super communicative, clear and kind. The team went above and beyond making every corner free of dust and grime. They even took out our recycling without me asking. I would recommend them to everyone. Excellent value for the service provided. And I love that they use eco-friendly cleaning products! read more

My husband got me a deep cleaning for my birthday present this year. The team did SUCH a fabulous job, I actually cried tears of joy lol. Super polite, efficient, and thorough! They really spent time on the tub (per my request) and made it look brand new. They even managed to fix the shower nozzle that has been stuck on the same pressure setting for 3 years! Our place looks better than when we moved in. Can't say thank you enough! :) read more

I called her and she told me she is not going to give her name. She was rude. It was bad from th beginning. she would argue wit me wit such attitude about any detail, do not hire her! read more

They were able to squeeze us in relatively last minute! We needed a deep clean. There were 2 cleaners who came in and started immediately. They were professional and kind! They got everything we needed done, done. They also made note of the different types of cleaning; dusting vs degreasing. It was an awesome value for the two hours we had them for! Will definitely be using the again! read more

We've been using True Blue Maids for a number of years now, and are very pleased with the outcome every time. Communication is very thorough and I trust their team in our home. Peace of mind is a good phrase to keep in mind when having them over. They'll get it done! read more

Lyn and her team are very easy to work with - always responsive via phone or email and able to accommodate our appointment requests! The team is timely with arrival times and quick but effective in cleaning our space - because we have 2 pups in the house, we also appreciate them using more natural cleaning solutions. Highly recommend Lyn and her team! read more

Lynn caused the biggest headache today trying to reschedule, then cancel, then claiming that she felt unsafe letting her cleaning people into my home. Really unfortunate case of an owner causing a tremendous amount of unnecessary grief. She communicated that her cleaning crew would arrive from 2-4 for a two hour cleaning service. The miscommunication was that i thought they would finish by 4 but when i called to clarify, she told me they would arrive by 4. Since i made plans to meet with friends in the evening, i asked if it would be fine to leave them before the job was complete and this is when she got really worked up, saying she will prioritize refunding me because i would not be home to welcome them in (which is untrue) and because she didn't feel safe... Very odd switch and dramatic change of tone. I said that my call was just to ask a clarifying question and that i could keep the appointment and be present the entire cleaning period, but she refused to discuss it any longer. The call ended with me telling her the call was completely misunderstood, unnecessarily stressful, and i would provide a bad review. Even after all this, she simply responded that she completely understood. read more

I've never booked cleaners before, but I did some research and found True Blue Maids recommended multiple times on reddit. I reached out and Lyn (the owner) responded same-day. The booking process was really simple. I paid for a very deep cleaning and the service truly exceeded expectations. The ladies were so kind! They did all the things I expected like cleaning the floors, counters, cobwebs, baseboards, bathrooms, etc. But, they totally surprised me by making the beds and arranging all my squishmallows as well as organizing the top of my dresser which was really cluttered. I'm just super happy and I'm going to be booking regular cleanings going forward. read more

Have used True Blue Maids twice so far and I'm really happy with this small local company! Lyn (the owner) has been incredibly responsive, professional, and friendly when booking a service with her. The cleaners arrive on time and do a fantastic job cleaning our 2 bedroom condo. I definitely plan to use this service again in the future. Thanks so much Lyn and True Blue team!! read more

I've been a loyal customer of True Blue Maids since 2020 and have used their services consistently across multiple apartments as I moved over the years. I initially started with biweekly cleanings and later shifted to monthly cleanings. Throughout that time, their quality, professionalism, and attention to detail remained outstanding. Their team has always been thorough, careful, and gracious, treating my home and belongings with care and respect. I especially want to commend Lyn, the owner, who has been a pleasure to work with--always kind, responsive, and communicative whether via email, text, or phone. Her daughter, whom I had the pleasure of meeting several times, was just as helpful and warm. The cleaning teams she sent were always friendly, respectful, and professional. I was always very satisfied with their work and would happily recommend True Blue Maids to anyone seeking a reliable, high-quality cleaning service. Unfortunately, I recently had to cancel the service due to price increases that no longer fit my budget. However, I truly respect the transparency Lyn provided--she gave advanced notice, clearly explained the reasons (including rising insurance costs and fair wages for her team, especially in light of local challenges like the Eaton Fire in Pasadena), and gave me space to make the decision that was best for me. I admire her commitment to taking care of her employees and running an ethical, people-first business. If you're looking for a cleaning service that combines excellent service with genuine care and professionalism, I highly recommend True Blue Maids. read more

I had a family member coming home from the hospital and needed the apartment cleaned thoroughly. True Blue Maids had easy availability and listened to exactly what I needed. The two young ladies who came were delightful, caring, understanding and very professional. Although slightly pricey, it was well worth it. Great family owned business. read more

I love to support our local businesses and True Blue Maids has been so wonderful to work with. The owner Lyn is very nice and professional, she answers each time I've called, she is organized and communicates everything in detail via email, text and by phone so we're aware and updated each step of the way. Their pricing is also very fair for the attention to details they spend on our home. The team that comes to us is lead by Josephina, she is so pleasant and respectful and works very hard at doing an excellent job, she has pride in her work and it shows, we feel so comfortable with everyone and are grateful for the help with keeping our house clean during a busy season in life for us. Our house sparkles and smells so fresh! Thank you True Blue Maids! read more

I was so incredibly grateful to have true blue maids come to my house to do a deep cleaning post Eaton fire. I was far enough to still be able to access my house after a few days but close enough for ash to have come in through window seals. I was exhausted and overwhelmed and when the ladies came to my house, they set to work and work they did! I was like having some fairies who seemed to quietly know exactly what to do and they got on with it. I'm so grateful for that, because at the time I felt like I'd been looked after, after looking after others during this. Sounds silly perhaps but it was wonderful to not have to manage anything and have my house back to normal. For that I'll always be so grateful to true blue maids service. read more

Yesterday was my first cleaning from True Blue maids...., but it won't be my last. They were both pleasant and focused in the way they went about their work. My home, and its' contents are older, and it shows, but they were able to make me very comfortable to open it up for company. I attend a few ladies "get togethers", and True Blue will most certainly be part of my discussions with my friends. read more

Can't recommend True Blue Maids highly enough! Lyn was responsive and professional, and tailored our services for exactly what we needed: a post-construction deep-clean. Delighted with my 1st cleaning service from True Blue Maids! Lovely, professionals who are English speaking and who did a sterling job cleaning my home after The Eaton fire . I needed a whole house clean (but also the smoke & particulate-matter left my 80-year-old home with a vail of fine charcoal soot over everything. The cost for this service was competitive to other quality cleaning services, but this work was exceptional. The care and attention to detail was remarkable and was immediately obvious. This house (window blinds, shutters and all,) is sparkling! Thank you to The True Blue Maids Crew! read more

Lyn, who is the owner of True Blue Maids, was so helpful and kind! Her team was on time, professional and hard working. The team's commitment to excellent service was recognized and valued. Needed help cleaning my house while I'm laid up with this broken ankle - reached out to True Blue Maids based on their awesome reviews on Yelp - and I am SO happy with the excellent job their team did today! I sent a text to them Friday discussing what services I was looking for - a deep clean with additional oven cleaning for starters and then a weekly maintenance cleaning until my ankle is healed. In less than an hour, I had a detailed response and quote from the owner Lyn! And she had called my by the end of the day and set up my first appointment for today (Monday afternoon)!! Lyn could not have been nicer on the phone - so patient, answered all my questions- very lovely to speak to. I was given a 2 hour window for the cleaning team to arrive and they were right on time! Ryan and her two teammates were just awesome!! And wow - did they deep clean my house or what?? It would've taken me weeks to do what they did in 2 hours haha!! They scrubbed down my windows, all surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen, window treatments, major dusting and vacuuming, even the baseboards - they even vacuumed my cat tower!!! And omg the oven - wow the oven!! They got grime off I didn't even know what on there LOL!! They even washed the cover over the oven light - I'm so impressed! It looks and smells absolutely fantastic in my house! I'm so pleased and definitely feeling like I can relax now. They bring all their own supplies and equipment - I didn't have to do anything! Truly was so stress-free. I have to admit, I felt guilty laying on the couch with my ankle up watching them work like crazy lol! Ryan was such a professional, sweet person too - and it turns out she's the owner Lyn's daughter! I love that it's a family business! I'm a very stubborn, independent person and have never used professional cleaning services before - so I was pretty nervous about the process. But I am so so happy I found them - epic service for a super reasonable price - will definitely be sticking with them while my leg heals! I'm gonna be so spoiled when all this is done - I'll hate to give them up lol! Worth every penny! read more

True Blue Maids did a terrific first time job for me. They were thorough and left my house smelling fresh. I will have them back!

Lyn's team always does a wonderful job! They are timely, thorough and flexible when things come up. They also went so far above and beyond when pieces of my daughter's special blanket got vacuumed up. They searched for them and delivered them to us that night! Really amazing customer service. I highly recommend using True Blue Maids. read more

The cleaning service I'm using now costs 28% less money than True Blue Maids for the same amount of work done by two young women. I watched them carefully for a while and they were VERY conscientious about details, especially dusting soapstone sculptures and damp mopping hardwood floors. After they finished, I phoned their supervisor with a compliment, and her response was, "Oh. They're team #2. We'll see that you have them every time." One of the team had worked for True Blue Maids and she commented, "TBMaids paid me less and charged you more." read more

I used True Blue maids for nearly a year until I moved apartments. It was really easy to book the service and they were able to give me a regular schedule. A few different teams of two people came to clean my apartment and every single person was kind and professional. I have two cats and they never let them out or caused them to feel stressed. They always did a great job cleaning, and when I moved I hired them for a vacant apartment clean. They did a great job! I hired them for a monthly cleaning and it was well worth the $$ read more

In all of their advertising and marketing material, True Blue prides themselves on paying their employees well; including having proper insurance. We share this belief and want insured employees/businesses in case anything happens, even if we have to pay more. However, when something happened, they didn't want to fix anything or use their insurance that they so proudly include in their pricing. Any consumer, homeowner, or business owner knows that things happen (accidental or not) and that's why we pay insurance. Today, one of the employees left an apology note stating that the shower door fell off the track and the corner of the door "left a mark in the tub". They left the phone number if we had any questions. When inspecting the tub, there's a 1-inch hole (not a mark!) in the fiberglass tub and a small chrome screw cap left on the sink. When my husband called True Blue, the owner stated that a screw had come off and that the door had fallen but the employee (who happened to be the owner's daughter) caught the door. She stated that it was unsafe and that it could have been worse if it had fallen on any other employee because it would have been a Workers Comp claim. Instead of acknowledging the damage by their employee, we were blamed for having an "unsafe" shower door. She did not offer any solutions and when my husband said he was cancelling the service, she stated we wouldn't be billed for today's cleaning and said nothing else. Instead of the business taking responsibility for the damage, we're told that our door simply fell off after a screw came out. This is untrue. A screw cap was left behind, but that is only a decorative piece that covers the screws. All screws were still in place. A shower door doesn't just come off a track...it must have been bumped forcefully. This is a new shower they've been cleaning for 2 years, with no problem or safety concerns reported to us. It is really disappointing that this business wouldn't do the right thing and try and fix the problem. Instead, they blame a loyal customer of two years. Hopefully other customers don't have the same negative experience we did. read more

True Blue Maids - Damaged fiberglass tub - Home Cleaning Near Me - Pasadena, California

True Blue Maids delivered excellent service! We requested a thorough cleaning of our kitchen and one bathroom. Two lovely ladies named Rachel and Josilin did a great job in just two hours, leaving everything sparkling. We have three long-haired cats who leave a lot of fluff wherever they go, and the Maids even vacuumed our dining room and hallway without being asked, just because they still had a bit of time left. We got wonderful service for the price! And both Maids were very friendly and polite. read more

We had a great experience with True Blue Maids! I had a team come out to clean my Dad's house after our longtime cleaning person retired. They did a great job -- even going above and beyond to clean the inside of the fridge and the dusty plantation shutters, AND I spied them dusting the ceiling! They were super friendly and it was easy to schedule with Lyn. I can see why they've won Best of Pasadena so many years in a row. Highly recommend. read more

Our house smelled really strongly of smoke after the Eaton Fire and we were afraid to bring our toddler back home. Due to a cancellation, they were able to come almost immediately. I would absolutely recommend True Blue Maids! read more

We were recommended True Blue Maids when we moved to Pasadena, and could not be happier with the service! They are extremely communicative, great people, and do an incredible job in our 3 bed 2.5 bath apartment. Since they have multiple cleaners, the visit is never that long but it's still so thorough. We also opted to have them come on a schedule every 4 weeks which allowed us to get a discount on each visit-- it's a great value for the service! Super happy with them, and truly think they are the best cleaning service in town. read more

I have used True Blue since about 2014. Lynn is very quick to respond and is a pleasure to deal with. Her teams are so hardworking and also very pleasant. They do an excellent job and I feel good knowing that it's a local business, and that Lyn takes care of her employees. I have had them do my mother-in-law's house and they were so great and very patient. They send two (or sometimes 3 if time is an issue) team members to do a wonderful cleaning and it is so worth the money. They get done in the 2 hours what would take me 2 days or more. I recommend True Blue to anyone who needs a cleaning service. read more

This family owned business acted very strangely today. One of the 2 daughters called her mother and walked off the job when I asked if her sister had remembered where they had put something last time. Any new housecleaning service occasionally puts things away in a different place than the homeowner until they have worked with the homeowner longer, and I wasn't angry or accusing. The owner/mother told me they didn't feel "safe". She said "no one had notified me that anything was missing", and I said I wasn't accusing anyone of taking it, but just wondered where they had put it after cleaning in that room. Her daughter had said she'd ask her sister and I had felt no need to call the owner/mom. The owner/mom kept repeating that they didn't feel safe, and she wouldn't answer my question about having a different team. The item was only a bathroom scale, and we'd bought another one, figuring we could each have one where we prefer to weigh ourselves. She started saying over and over that she'd reimburse me for the scale we had had to go buy, that she wouldn't charge me for today, and that the team was "leaving the premises because they felt unsafe." When I continued trying to clarify if a different team was coming, she kept repeating that she'd reimburse us for the scale, which I had never demanded. Finally, I asked if I asked, "Are you firing us?" Then she told me that she'd tear up our credit card number, and repeated that the team didn't feel safe and "it's my responsibility as an employer to keep my employees safe." No, she wouldn't send the other team (her other daughter) because our house wasn't "safe." We have used this company to clean our house 4 times, once a month, and were very happy with their level of cleaning. However, their communication that had seemed clear at the beginning, and their behavior which had seemed professional, suddenly became very peculiar today. read more
