Be cautious with your possessions. I called this business when I was in a very difficult situation and needed a fast cleaning. Though there was a lot that needed to go, but I was very clear that it needed to be sorted, or saved for sorting, and not to throw anything that wasn't trash away. Bagging the stuff up - fine, I was willing to go through it, but there were things that were trash and things that were not. I remember a bag that they assured me was trash. I still wanted to look through it. In that bag, I found two phones; they may not be in use anymore, but they still power on and had history and photos on them. I don't need to defend why I have them. There are two items that were on my daughter's bed that I have never seen again. It's been almost two years, and I have never seen my Nintendo Switch and an LG Android tablet again. Their lack of communication and common sense is horrible. What was very suspicious was after the cleaning, I searched my tablet on Google's "Find My Device" and it started showing location in Mexico. After the cleaning service, I immediately realized I couldn't find my Switch or tablet. I thought it was peculiar because those items rarely left the house, and when they did, they always came home. Suddenly I start getting password reset notifications on Google, and I started seeing Spanish films in my watch history on Netflix, and spanish videos in my watch history on YouTube. It's very suspicious as I have retained my old phones over the years, and mysterious logins are minimal. To this day I have not located my tablet or Switch ever again. We have been using Prada Professional cleaning services for about 10 years. The owner, Gladys Escudero, personally interviewed us and outlined services offered before we began using them. A team of 2 or 3 associates thoroughly cleaned our home on each occasion. Unfortunately we are relocating to N CA and must say goodbye. Our home always looked and smelled fresh and spotless after each cleaning. From time to time we had our Viking ovens cleaned ( ours were never allowed to get terribly dirty ) but they were gleaming when completed. The cleaning team always arrived on time and got right down to business and they were very professional, efficient and friendly. We would often leave for an hour or so to take care of other tasks and the ladies would simply go about their job of doing a thorough cleaning. We trusted the team implicitly. I used to really appreciate this service but lately they have been really unresponsive in scheduling and arriving in a timely manner. Multiple times I have been rescheduled at the last minute and this most recent scheduling, the ladies never even showed up. When I reached out they explained they had transportation issues, and yet they could arrive in 20 minutes? Whatever happened there, I would still expect a professional service to reach out ahead of time to accommodate and so that we could expect them at a different time. I'm really disappointed. Following 2 years of Covid-19 lock down, I contacted my trusted, reliable housekeeping service. The team of 3 of the finest arrived at my home around 2pm & stayed until after 7pm. I was looking for a small local company with personal service. I was leery of going with a mega-chain, which might have poor quality control. Prada's was just what I was looking for! Gladys, the owner, personally came with her two employees on the first day and not only explained how she wanted everything done, but also cleaned herself. On subsequent visits, only her two employees came, but I am glad to report that the quality remained the same. I've been one of Gladys's customers for about 3 months now and am extremely happy. Perhaps I'd be happy with anyone that cleaned my house every week, but Gladys and her crew are pretty great, and the price is fair. It's not quite as thorough as I would do myself, but on the other hand, the floors beneath the beds and rugs has been cleaned more times in the last two months than in the entire 6 years I've lived here. Gladys comes with two other workers about every 3rd week, and the other weeks it's just the other 2 ladies.
