Prada's cleaning was able to clean my studio on short notice, providing great quality service the next day. I was able to turn in the location without any issues from the landlord who stated the studio was in great condition. The ladies were fast and services were priced appropriately. read more

Prada's Cleaning is absolutely amazing! Gladys is an exceptional communicator, checks for quality completion, understands your needs and is very thorough. The crew is equally wonderful and show incredible attention to detail. They are hard working and a joy to have around as they get our house to a glorious state of cleanliness. Hands down my favorite cleaning crew, and I encourage all to support this wonderful Latina woman-owned business that delivers exception. read more

Be cautious with your possessions. I called this business when I was in a very difficult situation and needed a fast cleaning. Though there was a lot that needed to go, but I was very clear that it needed to be sorted, or saved for sorting, and not to throw anything that wasn't trash away. Bagging the stuff up - fine, I was willing to go through it, but there were things that were trash and things that were not. I remember a bag that they assured me was trash. I still wanted to look through it. In that bag, I found two phones; they may not be in use anymore, but they still power on and had history and photos on them. I don't need to defend why I have them. There are two items that were on my daughter's bed that I have never seen again. It's been almost two years, and I have never seen my Nintendo Switch and an LG Android tablet again. Their lack of communication and common sense is horrible. What was very suspicious was after the cleaning, I searched my tablet on Google's "Find My Device" and it started showing location in Mexico. After the cleaning service, I immediately realized I couldn't find my Switch or tablet. I thought it was peculiar because those items rarely left the house, and when they did, they always came home. Suddenly I start getting password reset notifications on Google, and I started seeing Spanish films in my watch history on Netflix, and spanish videos in my watch history on YouTube. It's very suspicious as I have retained my old phones over the years, and mysterious logins are minimal. To this day I have not located my tablet or Switch ever again. Don't forget, after the cleaning, you get "Prada's Cleaning" read more

We have been using Prada Cleaning for several years now. After the recent fires they came and did a thorough cleaning of our floors/walls etc. We had minimal smoke infiltration into our home but it felt so much better knowing that they did that extra step to reassure us that we were coming back to a clean home. I have used others in the past but not as reliable as they have been for us. We do a periodic cleaning so not on a set schedule and they are always willing to work with our chaotic life. read more

Great service and the team does an amazing job cleaning are house. Gladys works to be communicative, high integrity and honorable. I would recommend her to anyone after several other services that could not be counted on. read more

We have been using Prada Professional cleaning services for about 10 years. The owner, Gladys Escudero, personally interviewed us and outlined services offered before we began using them. A team of 2 or 3 associates thoroughly cleaned our home on each occasion. Unfortunately we are relocating to N CA and must say goodbye. Our home always looked and smelled fresh and spotless after each cleaning. From time to time we had our Viking ovens cleaned ( ours were never allowed to get terribly dirty ) but they were gleaming when completed. The cleaning team always arrived on time and got right down to business and they were very professional, efficient and friendly. We would often leave for an hour or so to take care of other tasks and the ladies would simply go about their job of doing a thorough cleaning. We trusted the team implicitly. One of the many reasons we hired Prada was they are bonded and they are insured by Worker's Comp. Prada is priced in accordance with the high value product they represent . We have been 100% satisfied with our choice and wouldn't consider changing to any other house cleaning option. read more

Gladys, the owner, at Prada Cleaning is terrific. The service is very reliable, efficient and the women who clean for her are outstanding. They do excellent work, and I trust them completely. Some of the women cleaners have lost everything in the recent Altadena fire. I give them my highest recommendation. read more

I used to really appreciate this service but lately they have been really unresponsive in scheduling and arriving in a timely manner. Multiple times I have been rescheduled at the last minute and this most recent scheduling, the ladies never even showed up. When I reached out they explained they had transportation issues, and yet they could arrive in 20 minutes? Whatever happened there, I would still expect a professional service to reach out ahead of time to accommodate and so that we could expect them at a different time. I'm really disappointed. Additionally they have been less thorough lately - I've noticed areas of our bathrooms have gone missed read more

Following 2 years of Covid-19 lock down, I contacted my trusted, reliable housekeeping service. The team of 3 of the finest arrived at my home around 2pm & stayed until after 7pm. Having served in the Army, I can testify this would have passed any GI Inspection! Absolutely an excellent job of deep cleaning & dusting. My hardwood floors through out the house never looked so good. It wasn't until a couple of days later that the real surprise came. I was free of suffering from my allergies. I'm blessed to have Gladys and her wonderful caring team back on board. read more

Prada used to clean my dad's house and they were consistently great. Since my dad moved into a care home, these wonderful ladies started cleaning my mom's house and she is now enjoying their amazing service. We appreciate their consistent attention to detail and pleasant service - thank you thank you thank you! read more

Gladys and her team have gone above and beyond to meet my needs. I have been using her services for over 6 months now and I am so grateful for how she has cared for my house. I have some respiratory issues and some other needs and she Gladys and her girls always cheerfully accommodate me. I am so grateful! I also love to support a local small business, particularly run by an entrepreneurial woman. Efforts to be the best cleaning company in the area are clear - all the way down to a holiday company letter and video highlighting the company's wonderful employees. Thank you for taking care of me and my home, Gladys! I cannot recommend this company enough to everyone! read more

Love Gladys and the two ladies that come to my house every other week. I get the same ladies every time and they know my little house well. I love that they are in and out in 1 1/2 hours. I go out run errands while they are here and I come home to a clean and wonderful smelling house. Any problems have been immediately addressed and never happened again. I totally trust them. I have been retired lately and could clean my own house, but hate doing it. I will keep them as long as I can. Thank you Gladys, Elizabeth and Kimberly. Your are the best! read more

I was looking for a small local company with personal service. I was leery of going with a mega-chain, which might have poor quality control. Prada's was just what I was looking for! Gladys, the owner, personally came with her two employees on the first day and not only explained how she wanted everything done, but also cleaned herself. On subsequent visits, only her two employees came, but I am glad to report that the quality remained the same. It's been almost a year since we went with Prada's and Gladys still occasionally visits us to make sure everything is being done to our liking. Now, that's service! They are always on time and I've even given them the keys to my house so I don't have to be home when they do their work. I'm sure Gladys and her team will make you as happy as they have made me! read more

The 5 stars are VERY well deserved, as this review is long overdue. As a result of YELP I contacted Gladys the owner of Prada's after our long time housekeeper relocated. We had never (previously) employed a professional housekeeping service so obviously I had my doubts. Now, over a year later, I can't praise this service enough. The consistency, communication and ultimately the end product-- an incredibly clean home done by highly trained professionals and trustworthy workers is the result. It's obvious the employees are treated well, which reflects in their exceptional work. We don't see Gladys as often, but she is completely involved in her family business and available as necessary. Simple advice---if you employ her team(s) go above and beyond to treat them with the highest respect. There is no one better to take great care of your home! read more

I'm an attorney who lives in Altadena. I hired Pradas to clean my apartment recently, and was absolutely floored by how clean my place was. Pradas made things sparkling in my pad that I thought were uncleanable. Amazing. High-quality work and very professional. The owner Gladys is very sweet and takes great pride in the service that her company provides. read more

Prada Professional Cleaning Services has done a great job cleaning our home for the past four years. Gladys Escudero and her team are quick, thorough, punctual and flexible with scheduling. I'm very happy with this service and will continue to recommended them to my friends and family. read more

I've been one of Gladys's customers for about 3 months now and am extremely happy. Perhaps I'd be happy with anyone that cleaned my house every week, but Gladys and her crew are pretty great, and the price is fair. It's not quite as thorough as I would do myself, but on the other hand, the floors beneath the beds and rugs has been cleaned more times in the last two months than in the entire 6 years I've lived here. Gladys comes with two other workers about every 3rd week, and the other weeks it's just the other 2 ladies. As you would expect they do a little better job when their boss is around but the difference is not that big. I would highly recommend Prada and Gladys to others. read more

Gladys and her team have cleaned our home since we bought it 7 years ago. We have had others in the past but she stands out for her dedication to customer satisfaction and quality. She has been more than respoonsivr to special requests and the occasional concern. Beyond all this, we value her honesty most! What more could you ask for of someone who is regularly in and out of your home? Give her a try, you won't regret it! read more

Gladys and her girls are absolutely charming and incredibly good at what they do. They arrived when they said they would, ready to work, and in two hours did what I probably couldn't have done in eight all without missing a spot! If you're looking for someone to clean your house to a very high degree of quality, call Prada's! read more

I have been using Prada Professional Cleaners for 1 1/2 yrs and would continue but am moving. The owner manager is very professional as are the cleaning team. They have been 100% reliable and always on time. They are also quite accommodating if I need to reschedule. The cleaning is thorough and a variety of products are available if you have allergies as I do. Communication with Gladys, the owner, is very easy and she responds quickly. All around it's a first class cleaning company. read more

This is hands down thee BEST cleaning service I have ever had. I have lived in my home for 8 years and thought I was a decent house keeper, I was so wrong! When Gladys' ladies came to my home and spent their time and effort, I was in complete awe of the work they did. Not only did they get into every nook and cranny they by far out did themselves on every aspect. I would recommend this service to anyone! From newbies to the seasoned veteran whose mamma taught them to clean back in the day! 5 stars! Hands down! read more

A few days before Christmas I panicked because my house was a disaster and I was desperate for some help. I called a bunch of places and wasn't able to reach anyone who could come out on short notice right before the holidays. Finally I reached Prada's...thank goodness! Gladys was amazing! I left for a few hours and came back to my house looking better than it's ever looked. I will definitely continue to use her services and refer her to friends. read more
