Victor and his team (Daniella and Vicky?) did a PHENOMENAL cleaning job on our home. They are extremely thorough and detail-oriented. Our house was sparkling and spotless after their 3 hr service. Since our home is a bit older, we've had some rust and stains in our shower that we thought were impossible to get out. I assist a wildlife rehabilitator in helping her wild up her graduates, who are never more than four and tightly closed into a cage with wheels, which is taken outside when they come in. They were so freaked out by this that they literally ran their car crying. We're talking about baby Squirrels in a cage with a locked door! I only have 1000 ft and this company sent THREE women. They yelled at each other the entire time because they were in each other's way and did a pretty poor job on top of it all. Not at ALL worth the money and CERTAINLY not worth the complaints. They didn't really do a very good job cleaning my condo. They also told me they would send pics of the cleaned house, but never did. (They were cleaning in between my AirBnB renters.) The house seemed only superficially cleaned. They missed both sets of stairs completely and there was some kind of dark colored drips going down the stairs they never cleaned. There were tons of little pieces of grit and dust on the stairs as well. It was not really clear if they vacuumed the house at all because the corners all had dust buildup and grit in them. I cleaned the stairs vacuumed the whole house and mopped again. The couch had some kind of white stains on them that I easily wiped away with water and a paper towel. The couches did not appear to be vacuumed or the couch pillows. The countertops in the kitchen had gunk all over them, it took me a little bit of elbow grease, to clean, but not much. The toilets were dusty, especially around the bottom area and had stains on them. They did not get the rings out of the toilets as I requested. The shutters were all dusty. In the kitchen, on the front of the oven was more funky food drops they never cleaned. The stainless steel bread storage container, refrigerator, toaster and dishwasher had streaks and hard water spots I had to clean off. I assume this is from using a dirty rag to clean the appliances instead of proper stainless steel cleaner. I sent them an email letting them know that I was not happy with the cleaning and would not be leaving a good review. I guess they did not care because they never responded. I am trying hard to keep my experience mine alone but I will comment that the negative reviews (that I read but still wanted to support a BIPOC business) were quite accurate. This rating is a 3, but truthfully closer to 2.5. To begin, I want to state that I live in a 2bd/2bath condo (aka apartment) under 1100 sq ft. And communicated that my toddler's room (approx 200 sq ft) needn't be touched. So this review is for the 850-900 space that I expected would be cleaned. Starting with ... Positive: -Victor did a decent job answering phone calls which I appreciated given my need to speak with him. -Upon entry, the home smelt clean. -The inside of fridge was cleaned well. Negative: -12:30p was changed to 1p the day before, cleaning however the cleaning persons hadn't arrived until 1:20p. -I purchased the fridge add-on which listed an hour on the website, thus my assumption was the cleansing of the fridge would be it's separate time aka added on 1hr, and not feeding into the already purchased 2 hour cleaning I expected; because this info was/is not clear, 30-45 mins was probably used to clean a fridge and only 1hr-1.15hr was leftover for the remaining spaces. -Since I left home during cleaning, I was informed by text that they cleaned as much as they could in the 2 hour window. Please note, we by no means are the cleanest family (2 adults and one toddler) nor the dirtiest persons in the world --HOWEVER, having used many other cleaners who've achieved ALL areas of home in less than 2 hours, I was shocked to learn only my kitchen and the 2 bathrooms were clean because "we have a lot of stuff". The largest area in our home is the living room and the master bedroom which means only about 200-275 sq Ft was touched. I was informed however that mopping and vacuuming was done in living room and bedroom. -Mopping was not done. It was however swifter'ed and I know this because it was left behind by a cleaning person. If you want a bleach and mopped experience, I don't believe it happens unless you ask. -Vacuum work done was horrible. There was "scraps" on my floors that weren't there prior to their coming. I vacuumed the room(s) again. -The areas that were supposedly cleaned barely were cleaned -- more like wiped over which is what I do myself but hoped that someone professional might do better. -I recognize it's hard to place items back in the exact location but little things like a tub stopper and deodorant have gone missing so we now to have repurchase. FYI I'm not insinuating they were taken but wherever they were moved to, it is no longer in plain sight. -Lack of care. Ex: Cables that I use for my remote work were moved from off the floor onto my son's high chair which is where he eats. Or liquid that must have spilled during cleaning being left behind unattended. This experience may have been a one off but I'm definitely disappointed in the results. read more

I called and asked for deep cleaning. I mentioned a couple of times that our house is clean. We just need deep cleaning in 2 bathrooms, doors, and 3 windows. We didn't ask for vaccuming or cleaning our couch. They didn't clean windows from outside, which is kinda understandable. But why didn't they clean the blinders? Window frames are dirty. Bathrooms were not clean at all, I had to call the owner and report him because it was baaad. He came and started cleaning, but he put us in a really uncomfortable situation he kept asking us to check everywhere one by one, to just clean that area. It's not our duty to check one by one. You are the owner you should do it. Both of us know that the whole cleaning project was a fail. We were looking for a cleaning company for a lifetime and we thought that we had found one, which unfortunately wasn't the case. They "cleaned" the doors and said they were done. I picked this company from Yelp reviews so I feel compelled to write this review. I paid $210 for 3 hours of cleaning by 2 people and tipped $40. Without my permission, my card was charged an additional $30 around 10:30 pm that night for cleaning the inside of my fridge. I got an invoice AFTER Victor had already charged my card. I do not understand the additional charge. I paid him to clean for 3 hours. Where he cleans for those three hours should be my prerogative, right? When they left, I fully planned on hiring him again. But the more I looked around, the less satisfied I was. There are areas that look fantastic but other areas where he pointed out what a good job he did and he didn't as evidenced by the photos. They also unplugged my Sleep Number type bed...and it was very obvious that the chord came undone as she left it on the night stand rather than fixing it or asking me about it...and now I have to find someone young and spry to get under the bed to fix it. Ironically, the inside of the fridge is the cleanest thing in the house. Also I absolutely will not do business again with someone who charges my card without my permission. read more
