I do recommend this family owned cleaning service as they may be the best in the Los Angeles Area that target more detailed areas (lighting fixtures, wires, spaces beyond your drawers & closets) in your home compared to other businesses around here. I do wish they did steam cleaning in their deep cleaning service that I requested, since my floors and some corners still remains dark with a chalky texture and debris in the cracks of the tiles. I think their price is fair when you put yourself in their shoes but I would be happy to pay for more if they offered steam cleaning to really get the deeper dirt and gunk out my 1920's apartment. I give them a 4.5 out of 5 (: read more

We had an excellent experience with King David housekeeping and would highly recommend this business for post renovation cleans.

We just moved and needed a move-out deep cleaning. We needed the service ASAP, and they were quick to respond. They even came on a holiday to clean the house, which we really appreciated. The turnaround time was amazing. They were very thorough and did a great job cleaning. They are not cheap; however, they deliver high-quality service. We are very happy with the service. Thank you very much! read more

King David and his team did an incredible job with our home. We hired them for a post construction cleaning which involved a ton of dust and TLC. Him and his crew truly went above and beyond to do an amazing job. They made our dust construction site home feel like a real home we could move into and be excited about! Scheduling and communication was super easy and everyone on his team is really nice, highly recommend! read more

It's been such a pleasure having David and his crew clean our home. He is very prompt in responding to a service request, professional, on time and he and his crew do an outstanding job. We've retained their services for cleaning our outdoor gym many times, and today they also cleaned our basement and one bathroom. They saved me a lot of hassle and everything looks spotless. They're a little pricey but well worth it. I know it's daunting trusting people to actually clean your house, but they deliver! Would absolutely recommend their services. read more

Over charge So no need to make appointment Not a huge home here not asking deep cleaning neither I used to clean while building myself experienced too! read more

UPDATE: We used King David again for a move out cleaning and they went above and beyond. Communication was great, and the place was spotless--our landlord even texted us after the move to ask for the contact details of the cleaning company because they did a fantastic job. They are absolutely worth the $, I highly recommend! read more

Excellent customer service and great response time. Was able to schedule soon. As I was not on site, I received updated photos which I appreciated. My condo is on third floor so I also greatly appreciated that balconies were cleaned such that the water and debris did not disturb the neighbors below. An extra step that I knew took more work, but neighbors and I greatly appreciated. And I've never seen the windows this clean, thank you!! read more

I scheduled a deep clean and they were very thorough. Did everything we discussed, but also went above. I had towel hook that had come off the wall that they reinstalled on their own. A deep clean with a little handy man work. Very impressed and very satisfied. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND I was not an easy customer but they surprised me TRANSFORMED my 100 year old real wood apartment that was neglected by previous tenant THEY WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES to make customer happy, they handled my complaints immediately They literally power washed my bathroom because I complained it was not clean enough, INCREDIBLE Without telling them, they cleaned underneath the fridge, deep inside the AC unit, took out all the big drawers (built within the walls) and wiped them down, throughly cleaned all the dust in the crevices of the floors and the very delicate windows They will drive thru traffic to get to you asap They go above and beyond to maintain their 5 star reputation They wanted to do such a good job they sent 6 people the first time they cleaned my place For that amount of effort, the price is unbeatable They're very busy so be patient and understanding THEY ARE WORTH IT read more

My new apartment was absolutely filthy and I wanted to cry and wish I hadn't signed the lease because the landlord didn't even clean it at all. King David housekeeping showed up with four people. They cleaned everything. They even cleaned the mildew between the glass shower doors and a thick layer of paint haze that was all over the laminate floor. I'm happy and relieved, but now I can move in. I also have them booked to clean the house I own now that I'm about to rent out. read more

King David Housekeeping is by far the best service I have ever received. They did such an amazing job with my home. I would recommend them to everyone, they left my house spotless and I'm extremely happy and satisfied with the value and service they provided. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Worth every penny!!! Thank you so much for your hard work! read more

Much too expensive for what was requested. I have a 95-year-old house and a sick husband and just needed someone to scrub the bathrooms and tidy up the kitchen for that experience. Wanting $800 saying I need a deep clean was over the top. I'm sure they're good but it's not what I needed. read more

Terrible customer service. Dragged out communication then ghosted me. "I'll send you a quote right away" (lie) "We've been busy and will get back to you later." (lie) Get a quote from anyone else. read more

This is the second time that King David Housekeeping cleaned my house. And once again, they did a great job. The crew worked so hard and stayed for hours. I like and respect them for all the attention they gave to a very difficult chore. Making the appointment was easy and it took just 2 texts to confirm. David and his crew were kind and considerate and I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend them. read more

Extremely satisfied. Considering the quality of the work, the size of the team, and how much time and effort was put in, I highly recommend King David Housekeeping. The cost was worth it 100%. Thank you! read more

We are legitimately stunned. We had an emergency where an exterminator spilled Diatomaceous Earth in our home. They tried to clean it, but ultimately left a lot of dust still there. This required a HEPA grade vacuum and we did not know what to do. We were able to schedule a deep cleaning with King David Housekeeping within 24 hours and they did an incredible job. The WALLS are spotless somehow. Our bathroom is sparkling and I'm afraid to touch the kitchen sink and ruin how clean it is. The team worked so diligently and respectfully, we've never had cleaners before but are going to try and book them for regular maintenance. Thank you again. read more

I have them in the past and they did excellent work! Fast and efficient. Would hire again

We got an extra deep clean of our 2 bedroom 1 bath house and were amazed at how clean it turned out! Lithy and Genesis were awesome!! They did such a good job and were punctual, polite, and so focused. They paid attention to every little detail and made our house shine! read more

Wow. Just wow. When I was searching for a commercial cleaning company for move-out service for my townhouse, I was impressed by the reviews for King David. Although the price was a bit higher than competitors, I have learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. My townhouse was transformed by King David and his crew. It has NEVER been so clean in the 20+ years that I have owned it! I am so comfortable knowing my new tenants will be very happy to live in such a clean environment. David is an honest man making an honest living, and I am now a lifelong customer. read more

David and his family are amazing. They cleaned our house in November 2025 and we can eat off the floor it's so clean. I am so amazed at how clean everything is now. They came on time and finished in half the time of other cleaners. Not only that, but David is ethical and a man of his word. They accidentally broke the light cover in our kitchen and they refused full payment until they were able to replace the cover. They came back in less than a week with a new cover and installed it. We were more than happy to pay them the balance of what we owed them. We will definitely work with them from here on out. We feel blessed that we have meant them. As we've gotten older, it's hard for us to clean anymore. Thank goodness for King David Housekeeping! read more

David was very responsive and communicated well despite slight language barrier and the distance. However the cleaning crew still made it out and was prompt in getting the house cleaned. Very satisfied with the detailed work and will not hesitate to use them again! read more

I'll be honest - I'm SUPER SUPER fussy and I LOVED King David Housekeeping. They did a fantastic job doing a deep clean on my house. Honestly, it was the best cleaning job I've ever had. The cleaners were friendly and thorough. I'm not exaggerating when I say that my house - including the oven (!) - sparkled when they were done. Aside from the excellent cleaning, the customer service was also great. Communication was timely and helpful. I will definitely hire them again and will tell all my friends about them as well! read more

Overall they did a great job. We just moved into an older house and needed a deep cleaning. My floors were caked with grime, they actually brought the shine back. Although this was the most expensive cleaning service I've ever paid for, they did a great job cleaning the cabinets, doors, baseboards, bathrooms, and they even moved my stove and fridge to clean behind it. Overall I would recommend for a deep cleaning service. They also have different pricing based on the type of cleaning service you need. The only barrier was language. I unfortunately do not speak Spanish and they only speak Spanish. Thankfully my roommate was home and able to help communicate. Thank you David and famililia! read more

I asked for pictures and they provided a great deal of them, something I really appreciated. If you want a truly professional move-out clean, you should 120% choose them. I had an amazing experience working with David. He is very responsive and his team does amazing work. I hired his team to do a deep cleaning of my parents home. David's team did an incredible job with a move-out cleaning of our home as we prepare for new renters. David communicated responded quickly via Yelp and text.
