I've used Organic cleaning for 2 move out cleans now and I couldn't recommend them enough. They worked with our schedule, were very communicative and Gloria did an excellent job. Can't recommend them enough read more

I can't say enough amazing things about Gloria and her team at Organic Cleaning! I've been using this family-owned business for over a year now, and they have consistently exceeded my expectations every single time. From deep cleans to post-party cleanups, they handle it all flawlessly. What really stands out is how incredibly responsive and accommodating they are. There have been multiple times when I've made last-minute requests, and they've shown up the very next day without hesitation. That level of reliability is rare. But beyond their flexibility, they truly do an exceptional job. I have three large dogs who shed A LOT, and somehow they manage to make my floors and furniture feel spotless. They get every bit of hair off the floors, rugs, and couches. When they're done, the house not only looks amazing -- it smells so fresh and clean. I also really appreciate the thoughtful touches. If I haven't had time to prep before a deep clean, they'll lightly organize loose items and tidy things up in a way that feels respectful and helpful, never intrusive. After parties, I've been genuinely amazed. Not only do they clean everything thoroughly, but they even put the furniture back in place. Walking into a fully reset, spotless home after hosting is such a gift. Gloria and her team clearly take pride in their work, and it shows. If you're looking for reliable, thorough, and genuinely caring cleaners, Organic Cleaning is the one. Highly, highly recommend! read more

I scheduled a house cleaning with gloria confirm by text and no one shows up at scheduled time of 1130. I text to ask why no one has shown up 40mins past agreed time and she says oopps I had 3pm from anothrr client text mixed with yours. Extremely unprofessional. Do NOT choose this company read more

Gloria and her team were so quick to respond and schedule with us. Their deep clean was affordable and totally feel like we got a fair price for the incredible service they offered. The two workers were so quick while being so detailed in their cleaning. Spots I didn't even realize needed a deep clean was completed. I will be using them in the future! read more

I had a scheduled appointment at 9 a.m. Unfortunately, the cleaners were 40 minutes late, and I had to be at work. PRO: She did communicate with me at 9:04 that her ETA was 9:18. CON: 9:33 - I was left waiting. She replied back at 9:40 at which point- I was off to work. I was hopeful. But, time is valuable. You can't take it back. Unfortunately, bad first impression. read more

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they were a little over an hour late. It was communicated to me, which I appreciated, but if I was on a tight schedule, it would have caused a major problem. Other than that, the crew was very friendly, listened to instructions and did a great job. read more

The pros: quick response time, great communication, good availability, showed up on time, affordable pricing, sent two cleaners, brought their own supplies, very nice, good job done for general housekeeping cleaning. The cons: I asked for a deep clean and the service was more like a light clean. For example: under the vanities in the bathrooms and the console tables in our living room are still dusty, the bathroom vents and toilet seat covers received a surface clean, a spill of laundry powder was untouched, and beneath the dining table on the floor still has paw prints from my dog. All that said, if you're looking for good house cleaners for ongoing service at a good price, this is a good crew. But if you need a deep clean, I'd keep looking. read more

I have been having some health issues recently and it has caused me to fall WAY behind on housework. I really needed help. I sent a YELP project request and received a response in minutes. I sent my inquiry at 11am to request a same day cleaning. Organic Cleaning had help at my door at 1pm. Claudia was assigned to my cleaning project and did an amazing job! She helped with the dishes, bathroom cleaning, oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, laundry and folded our clothes nicely. I was very impressed Claudia stayed for a few hours committed to cleaning my home at a flat rate. For those wondering, payment options are Venmo or Zelle. They provide an invoice/ receipt as well. The cherry on top for me was that my dog looooved her and she loved him! My dog can be finicky with strangers in the house, but I'm convinced he knew she loved dogs. She confirmed she does :) I am so grateful for all the time and stress Organic Cleaning helped take off my plate. I made sure to tip Claudia well too. I would absolutely use this cleaning company's services again in the future. read more

We booked organic cleaning for a deep cleaning before my baby shower and are very satisfied with the service! The two women were on time and did a super thorough job, including cleaning our refrigerator, microwave, and stove, which was much appreciated! We'll definitely be booking again. read more

Requested bids for a deep / move-out cleaning with an empty loft condo. I received 4 bids... $200, $250, $280 and $300. I went with the least expensive one (Organic Cleaning). 3 women came to do the cleaning and finished in about 90 minutes. Later, I found a baseboard that wasn't dusted at all, kitchen faucet that was dirty around the base and shower head that wasn't touched. Cleaning job was "ok", but I expected more from a 'deep cleaning'. I won't go with the cheapest option in the future. read more

I recently hired LA Janitorial Services for a move-out cleaning of my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. Maria, the cleaning professional assigned to my place, arrived promptly and wasted no time in getting to work. From the moment she stepped in, it was evident that Maria was dedicated to delivering top-notch service. She meticulously cleaned every nook and cranny of the apartment, leaving no spot untouched. From scrubbing the floors to wiping down countertops, Maria paid attention to every detail with remarkable efficiency. What impressed me the most was Maria's speed without compromising the quality of her work. Despite working swiftly, she didn't miss a single spot and ensured that the apartment was spotless by the time she was done. Moreover, Maria's professionalism was commendable. She was courteous, friendly, and respectful throughout the cleaning process, making the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. Price was good but considering I asked for a deep clean, I was hoping it would be cleaner. Honestly would have preferred being asked whether I could pay extra for them to clean longer because there was still plaster dust in the closets and streaks on the windows read more

I requested a deep clean for my house that I recently purchased. The cleaners were there on time as requested. However, they did not do a thorough job of cleaning the place. I had expected a deep clean for my place but they ended up just doing more of a dusting and wipe down of the various parts of the house. The floors weren't mopped and the appliances were not cleaned well. The price was not bad but it was definitely below the standard I had expected for a cleaning. read more

My elderly step-dad's apartment needed some deep cleaning. I don't live in the area, so I searched for a reliable company to help him out. Organic Cleaning had great reviews, so I contacted them. Their fees were very reasonable (compared with other Yelp estimates) and they were responsive and professional. They connected with me on the day of cleaning and stayed in communication until they were done. My step-dad says they did a great job and was happy to have them in his home! Fast efficient and were at the price point we were looking for. It was a move out cleaning and they did a fabulous job, would recommend.

Gloria came with one other person and they did a great job! Communication was great, she texted when she was on her way. They came early and prepared. I wanted someone to do a thorough deep clean the baseboards, the shutters and the shower doors. They did everything and more. There wasn't a dust bunny to be found. For how long they were here (~5.5 hours) they were very much worth the price (it was a flat fee). We never hired cleaners before but I think we're now going to hire Gloria's team once a quarter. Definitely recommend them. read more

Excellent cleaning services!!! I've tried a few services and once you find a great one you don't need another. I had a great provider pre-pandemic but they've since closed. Happy to have found Gloria and her team. They didn't miss a spot and were sweet and kind. Booked them for same day services and they were incredibly responsive and offered competitive rates but I must say you get more than you pay for. I base great services off of the showers and kitchen and they cleaned areas of the kitchen I don't even look at. The two cleaners were lovely and it wasn't until now that I discovered one of them was Gloria (the owner). Thank you again! read more
