Fantastic crew, they did a great job. Would recommend to anyone who needs a deep clean.

I have hired them twice and they're fantastic. I highly recommend! They clean every detail and aren't overpriced!

mid-tier cleaning at best. forgot some areas. probably wouldn't use them again. was missing some things after but could have been my fault. found some odd goo on the floor in my bathroom but probably toilet cleaner I hope? read more

I never ever leave reviews - this is my first one, but I was so impressed at how well they did that I wanted to advocate for them. I spent quite a long time talking to different cleaners (about 7 companies) to see who would be the right choice to go with. My factors were: - All of the things I was looking to be cleaned would be included in the service. - Price point. - Pet safe products. - Good communication and transparency on what would be done. - Good reviews. - Availability fitting me in. After lots of research, I decided to go with NeatO Cleaning and I'm so glad I did. They had two people come out and they both went above and beyond. They took their time making sure everything was done super well but also efficiently, and for such a great price! I'm an extremely organized and tidy person - definitely the type that notices every bit of dust and grime, so I was really looking for a cleaning company that would get all of the little details taken care of that I don't do on a daily basis (mopping in addition to vacuuming, cleaning the base boards, dusting the hard to reach places, cleaning the nooks and crannies around my counter tops, disinfecting, etc..) They did all of that and more! My appliances are sparkling - not one fingerprint on my stainless steel fridge or microwave that I try and clean myself on a weekly basis with not a lot of success. Yay! So happy with their service and will definitely be using them again and recommending them to all of my friends! Thanks, NeatO! :) read more

Had the best experience with NeatO! They are timely, thorough and efficient. Will continue to use this service for our home! Thank you!!!

NeatO is a fantastic cleaning service. So far I have hired them twice. I'm so impressed by their thorough cleaning! My bathrooms and kitchen look amazing every time. The crew is very professional and polite as well. So happy that I have found them! read more

Couldn't have been easier! Found through Yelp, Booked Online, and quality of the work was impeccable! They did a Move in/Move Out cleaning on a Brand new ADU and left it spotless from head to toe. Excellent Communications and Responsiveness! Wish I had found them earlier! read more

Been going back and forth due to my schedule but then they confirmed whether it was a standard or deep cleaning, and advised they wouldn't move things in the home to clean. Weird... if I have hard wood floor, and a sofa bed, you're just going to mop around it? And not underneath it? Definitely just trying to make an extra buck off consumers. No thank you. read more

NeatO Cleaning - Home Cleaning Near Me - Los Angeles, California

I've had experiences with 5 different cleaning agencies here in LA over 11 years and Neato has far surpassed them. The price is truly reasonable. Doug has always been great about communication, for example, in our first conversation we catered the service around what my personal needs would be. The cleaners are lovely and not only do a thorough job but they are faster than anyone else I've hired and they remember my idiosyncrasies, like for example how I always want a particular pillow cover on a certain pillow. Because of my experiences with other companies I had thought it was fairly normal to not be on time, not communicate well, and even to break things. I am very pleased with Neato, their organized system (reminding you of your appointment, letting you know they're on their way), and with the people who work there. A special thanks to the cleaners! read more

I highly recommend Doug and the NeatO team. Doug was extremely accommodating to my last minute request for a deep cleaning that was received after normal business hours for the next day. I wasn't sure if it was too big of an ask but my wife was having a surgery in 2 days and informed me pretty late in the evening that she would love the house cleaned prior to the surgery, and not have to worry about wanting to clean anything during recovery. Doug made it happen. Doug was thorough in explaining the fees, services and procedures. Each type of service was a flat rate, no hidden fees, fridge cleaning was an up charge which was stated ahead of time. A team of 3 came out to do the deep cleaning, and were there roughly 4 hours thoroughly cleaning everything. More about the fridge cleaning... They literally cleaned the entire area in, around, behind, above and so on, when cleaning the "fridge". Way more service than I've ever seen or expected. Most services aren't cleaning I don't need a cleaning service all of the time, but will definitely use NeatO again for future cleaning needs. Thank you all again. read more

We needed new cleaners and found NeatO Cleaning based on good reviews from yelp - they did an amazing job cleaning our 2 bed 2 bath condo. The team of 3 were efficient and thorough, we've already asked them to come back for recurring cleanings. And we appreciate the transparent pricing. read more

My apartment needed a deeper cleaning, in particular my fridge. I found NeatO on Yelp. They quickly gave me a quote, and confirmed my appointment. The day of the appointment, the cleaning team showed up right on time, and got to work. When I came home, every single square inch was spotless - honestly even better than when I moved in. The attention to detail was incredible. I will have them over again. Thank you! read more

Team was thorough, fast, and efficient. Communications were responsive and timely. Highly recommend NeatO.

Good quality, the cleaning was thorough and fast. I was okay to pay extra to get the patio cleaned as well, but they said it needs to be booked separately. Apart from that the cleaning quality was good. read more

I LOGGED ON TODAY TO FIND SOMEONE TO REGULARLY CLEAN MY HOUS AND NOTICED THIS RESPONSE NOW THAT DOUG HAS CLAPPED BACK IN SUCH A CONDESCENDING MANNER I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN THANKS DOUG! A little bit of confusion with the pricing Told me it was based on sq feet of house which I provided but on arrival they said I had an extra room that wasn't discussed I explained that the price I was given was based on sq feet not on number of rooms and they seemed very unhappy Basically didn't clean the "additional" room at all which is frustrating because that's the room my baby and I will be sleeping in Everything else was very well done read more

Simple to schedule, great quality cleaning, easy and efficient! Have used NeatO twice so far.

My house looked cleaner than even when we first moved in! The team who did the work weee communicative and very efficient.

So grateful for the thorough service that Neat-O provided. Looking forward to having them back for future cleaning. Iris and her team were great. read more

FABULOUS!!! I had a really great experience with NeatO Cleaning! They were on time. Cleaned my place from top to bottom, literally. Extremely professional, polite, fastidious and thorough. There was no nook or cranny left unclean by the time they left. Best experience with a home cleaning service ever! I can't recommend them enough. Worth every penny! read more

My husband and I are thrilled with the extraordinary deep cleaning our home recently received from NeatO! We would not have believed our apartment could have been brought back to this level of virtual move-in cleanliness. Every surface is gleaming. We cannot thank NeatO's team enough!! We are impressed with the entire experience of contracting with NeatO. Heartfelt thanks, and see you again! read more

These two had great communication, before and during, cheerfully deep cleaned my long neglected apartment, took their time and didn't stop til it was good and ready. Hooray for transparent and fixed pricing and scheduling via an easy to navigate website. I would happily go with them again. read more

5 STARS FOR NEATO!!! Absolutely blown away by Oscar and Adrianna's deep clean of my apartment. Booking was simple and convenient, and on the day of the clean they showed up exactly on time. After a brief tour, Oscar asked if I had any requests, to which I pointed out my (filthy) ceiling fan and not-so-nice bath tub...ya know, the good stuff I left for a few hours and returned to a PERFECTLY cleaned place. No more dog hair from my 80 pound German shepherd, no more dust on the floorboards (or ceiling fan), not even a trace of a fingerprint on any appliances. And a bathtub that was actually white! I highly highly recommend NeatO and can't wait to book again!! read more

NeatO Cleaning - So neat and tidy! - Home Cleaning Near Me - Los Angeles, California

This is the deep cleaning you are looking for. In four hours, 3 people completely transformed my 3-story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment that is around 1200 square feet. I also opted for the add-on services: patio, oven, and refrigerator cleanings. My home is pristine. I couldn't hardly look at the bathtub basin because it was so shiny it was nearly blinding. Thank you for the amazing service. read more

After living in the same apartment for nine years and not really leaving at all for the last full year, I'd been thinking about getting my apartment cleaned professionally for the first time ever. Unfortunately, the cleaning people that were recommended by friends and neighbors were totally booked, and I wasn't super comfortable with just picking a random place off the internet. Just before my friend came to visit us as our first post-quarantine guest, I saw this cleaning service advertising on Nextdoor, and decided to give them a shot. Well, I'm extremely glad I did! The pricing is clearly explained up front, the scheduling was easy, and the cleaners were on time and fully equipped with their own supplies. I gave them a walk-through of our apartment, and then left so they could do their thing, and when we got back later that day the place looked (and smelled) super clean. I dust and sweep on a regular basis, but I don't think I realized how many spots had developed long-term grime until they were cleaned up. The dust you only see at certain angles, the crud on the open shelving underneath the tea tins, and the cobwebs in the corners of the high ceilings were all gone. I always viewed this cleaning as a one time treat kind of thing, but after seeing how amazing my place looked after my cleaning, I am afraid I will be having them back every couple of months. read more

I love the NeatO Team! I'm not a person that has had the opportunity to have a cleaning service in my life. However, at this point in my life I needed the help. And with a few lackluster tries with other cleaning services I was just so glad I followed the recommendation to give NeatO a try. They really are the best and do a job that they actually care about doing it well - which is what my other experiences with other services was truly lacking! The team is warm and feel totally at ease with them in my home. I'm excited on NeatO days because I know I get to enjoy a really clean house! NeatO for the win!! A genuine thank you to the team! read more

Just had my place cleaned by NeatO and I couldn't be happier. After being quarantined in my apartment with my two cats for the last year, my place definitely needed a little TLC. I recently lost most of my vision, so even though I couldn't see it, I could feel that the apartment needed to be cleaned. I don't know what Doug and Oscar did, but I could feel the difference as soon as I walked in when I came home. They did an amazing job. I'll definitely be recommending them to friends and using them again myself. Side note: for someone with visual loss, their website was very clear and extremely user friendly.....much appreciated!) read more

I'm so glad I found NeatO! I initially scheduled them for a deep clean of my new apartment and they did such a fantastic job that I now have them come regularly to keep my place clean. They are super responsive, always on-time, and incredibly friendly. I also have a puppy who is very curious about everything and everyone so he loves to follow them around and they easily work around him. Initial scheduling and setup was a breeze on the website. Highly recommend NeatO whether you need a one time cleaning or something more regular. read more

I am really satisfied with NeatO's cleaning services. I have to remark that they pay close attention to detail. I can't be happier. I will continue to use their services and suggest them to anyone who needs a clean home. I must remark that the rates are really affordable, and the personnel is extremely professional . I will definitely return to them for my future needs. Thank you for providing your services. I am one satisfied customer. read more

Post COVID we were in desperate need of a deep clean. We were also looking for a person/service that could come on a regular basis. After asking around and researching a bit we came across NeatO. They were super responsive and cared about doing an excellent job. The managers/owners even came to the house the first day to make sure the crew would have all the information and details. (Incredibly impressive. Seems that no one provides that level of service these days) When they say "deep clean" they mean it. They left no stone unturned. All the floor trim, walls, light shades -- everything was cleaned. It was so nice to come back to a home that had truly been refreshed. They are professional, caring, thorough and trustworthy. I will definitely hire them for regular cleanings in the future. read more

Had a great experience with NeatO. The team did a thorough job and the manager was friendly and on top of everything. Highly recommend!

I started doing monthly cleanings with NeatO this year and have been very happy with the job they do. The cleaning staff is efficient, kind, and thorough and the management that I text with have been friendly overall and accommodating when i need to move dates/times. I feel like I get what i pay for with NeatO (in a good way), they do quality work, and they have been the easiest cleaning service I've ever dealt with in terms of communication and payment. Recommend! read more

We're moving into a new home that had been vacant for some time - a thin layer of dust and dirt costed the whole house. We had never hired a cleaning service like this before - I appreciated the web-based scheduling and menu of options. I gave them a quick tour, calling out particular problem areas the cleaning took about 3.5 hours and we couldn't be happier. Walking through after they left was liking walking into a brand new home - every surface looks amazing, particularly the hardwood floors. We immediately stopped wearing shoes indoors! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. read more

Trying to find a cleaning service that is reliable, communicative and affordable is not easy but NeatO was a great find thanks to yelp. Three ladies came and did a fab job on my townhouse - whipping it into shape in 2.5 hrs. I so appreciate being able to clearly text with NeatO who relayed to them and their texting/branding is so cute. Also appreciate the up front cost- previous services have to do "estimates" and it always seemed a little murky/inconsistent. We will def be hiring NeatO again for recurring cleaning. read more

Respectful, professional, thorough in every way. Receiving a quote upfront really helped!

The Neato cleaning team was great! I booked a deep cleaning of my apartment, and they were BEYOND thorough. I loved that I could book online and know pricing upfront. Also, they brought all the tools needed for the cleaning service. I will be booking more sessions! read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE! After bunkering down for over a year my tiny little studio was LIVED IN so as a treat for surviving a whole pandemic I got my place professionally cleaned. After checking for the ol groupon cleaning I normally would use, friend recommended NeatO to me and consider my Groupon account canceled. I noticed with Groupons and living socials that the cleaning services were: A. Wishy washy on the prices B. Wishy washy on services provided C. A little clingy in that they wanted a long term commitment to monthly cleanings. NeatO, on the other hand, had up front flat rate pricing I didn't have to have a degree in computer science to understand and scheduling a clean was a freaking breeze. And what did I get?! A whole new apartment. Y'all I mean it's been a week and I am STILL finding things they cleaned for me. I'm talking, like, trash cans. They CLEANED my TRASH. THAT IS HOW THOROUGH THEY ARE. The cleaners showed up, ON TIME, and we did a walk through of my place where I was able to shamefully show them how I've lived like a mole rat but they were not judgmental, they just got to work. This was an insanely good, deep clean that will allow me to have friends back in my apartment again without having to ask them when their last tetanus shot was. And for the value??? Are you kidding me with these prices?! Never tell them but I would've paid three times what they charge for what I got. RUN to this service before everybody finds out about it and there's a waitlist! read more

How am I the first to review this amazing company??? I live in an older building (one of those where you can feel a breeze on a windy day) so it can get dirty real quick. I needed a deep clean and I found this company on Instagram; they seemed local and I HATE using those big companies (I never feel like the quality is there and booking can be a pain because you have to wait for them to come out and give you a quote). Booking was super easy and one of the owners, Oscar, walked through my apartment and went through what they would address before the cleaning. He and Andreina killed it! I had literally forgotten that my shower was white at some point. I dye my hair and thought I had permanently tinted my tub red, but they made it look like the day I moved in. And the grout! How did you do it?! I've spent hours sweating and scrubbing and never gotten close to making it look this great. There was even a little surprise waiting for me when i got home! It was such a great personal touch that made it clear this company strives to go above and beyond the typical home cleaning experience. So lucky I found this gem! read more
