Hugo and Isela came to clean for me. They were friendly and did a good job. The company charges a flat rate per cleaning, which I opted for since I read of others suspecting their cleaners purposefully being slow to get extra hours. read more

I called to schedule an appointment, they scheduled my appointment, they take all my information, specifically asked for my credit card information to process payment before the services are rendered, ALL of that to call me the day of the appointment few hours before the appointment to cancel. They proceeded to say the mandatory "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" line and without my consent they shared my contact information with other businesses prior to the cancellation. So they knew they were going to cancel beforehand and they didn't have the courtesy to let me know until the last minute. Instead they shared my contact information without my consent. Disorganized, shady, unprofessional, not reliable. I hope they do better to the next person. read more

I needed a move-out cleaning on short notice, and the space was in really rough shape. Gabby from Mya Cleaning quickly arranged an appointment on short notice, and the cleaning team did an amazing job! They transformed the place from a dump into a beautifully clean space. Thank you, Gabby and the entire team, for a great experience! read more

Carlos and Nancy are the best team! They saved us after construction dust was left covering our entire home. They were so patient and thorough! Thank you! read more

I've used for several monthly cleans. They have always been on time, friendly, and professional. Their work is efficient and thorough. But the last time, I was a little disappointed with the quality. read more

We've had both a deep clean and many regular 2-week cleanings, and they've always done a good job no matter which team. And they're always polite and easy to deal with. We've had to reschedule a few times, no problem. Things do get a little rearranged as they go, because unlike me they clean underneath. But I love seeing the Los Angeles grime and the cat hair disappear. We're continuing customers for sure. read more

Excellent customer service and very fast response times! I requested a quote through Yelp and received a very thorough quote right away, complete with service level options. Based on their excellent reviews here, I scheduled for a deep clean. This morning Kattlin and Maritza arrived promptly. I walked them through the house highlighting my priorities, and they got right to business! They diligently and efficiently cleaned my house so well. I've used a few cleaning services before but I would honestly say this was the best service I've ever received. I will definitely ask for Maritza and Kattlin to come back again. Thank you, Ladies! read more

Amazing! The MYA team, Sami & Lupe, completely cleaned every inch of this house. The detailing was immaculate, the floors sparkle, the appliances look new, and so do the windows and sills - like the day they were installed! Highly recommend for special jobs and regularly scheduled cleaning services. MYA is the best cleaning service in Los Angeles. read more

I was desperate. I am working and in school and my place had gotten too messy. I ordered a deep clean from Mya Cleaning Services and somehow ended up booking a four hour interactive workshop called "So What Do You Want Us To Do Today?" Two women arrived and immediately asked what to clean, how to clean, and possibly why cleaning exists. I was like, wow, bold of me to assume the deep clean came with a plan. At this point I was basically the project manager. They kept calling some guy on dispatch to ask him to translate how to clean and in between they were kind of standing around waiting on me to assign tasks like we were filming a very low budget home makeover show. One of the girls also developed a strong personal interest in my shoe collection. And not in a casual way. More like a documentary level curiosity. "Where did you get those?" "How about those?" "And those?" "How much?" Maam, the only thing that should be getting this kind of attention right now is the cleaning products. The vibe was less deep clean and more slow motion time extension strategy. I had to stick around the entire time to direct everything, which is weird because my whole reason for hiring a cleaning service was to not be the cleaning service. How is it that I ordered a deep clean, paid over $320 and the team seemed surprised by the concept of cleaning? This was a mess. Literally. I wanted my home reset, not a four hour group assignment where I do the lesson plan. I wasn't happy with the experience. I later got a recommendation from a neighbor and that solidified my experience with this company. Another cleaner came in, asked no questions and got to work! I don't know who they hired and sent out for me, but this wasn't it. read more

I asked my husband to do a walkthrough for the move in cleaning. He wasn't as though as I'd be had I been available, so I blame myself. The space was already very clean, so I suspect the cleaners didn't think I'd open certain things and swipe my finger over surfaces, but I did. Kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, oven, window seals were untouched. Bathroom sink in bedroom untouched. They were also 40% higher than other quotes received on yelp. Advice: stay on site for cleaning or send someone to walkthrough who can catch everything read more

I highly recommend Mya. I was initially concerned about booking a cleaning service from an online search. But when I called, Chris immediately put me at ease and explained everything. They were even able to schedule a Sunday cleaning for me which was so appreciated since I had a family member coming home from the hospital and a deep clean was needed. The price I paid for a double-deep clean was very worthwhile. Lupe and Samy spent a solid 5 hours cleaning and I am so pleased with their work. I will definitely have them back again next time. Lupe and Samy arrived on time and began working immediately. They brought all their own cleaning products and equipment. Everything was cleaned to perfection! They are both very hard workers and they really know how to clean professionally. I highly recommend Mya Cleaning and especially Lupe and Samy. I will have them back again! Thank you for your great work! read more

Great job. Excellent cleaning job and service provided. Move out cleaning and inspection was flying colors.

Expensive, but very easy to book - cleaners are professional and come with all supplies. I usually will get the deep clean service and ask for my base boards to be wiped down - I hate doing it so I'm glad it's an add on service. I have yet to be left unhappy! read more

She came on time. When she arrived she got right to work. After she was done my stove look new.

Lupe and Sami did an AMAZING job! I could not be happier and I1000% will use this service again. I am picky and detail-oriented with a lot of hardwood floors and two dogs, and this team kicked ass. 10/10 read more

Jennifer and Marbely left my apartment spotless! I would highly recommend! They were so friendly and professional!

Requested a "move in/move out" cleaning and the results were subpar. I was given an arrival window of one hour, cleaners arrived 10 mins after that window. Called, texted, and emailed with no response. If you don't open your service center on Sundays, dont dispatch. Pretty simple. I also never got a follow up to my text or email. Cleaners told me they would be done at 2pm, no calls/text. By 245pm I'm worried and text the cleaner (good thing I got their number). They said they'll be done by 3:30pm, so I head over. Stayed for another 50 mins before they finished. What a waste of my time on Sunday. After the cleaners were done, they asked me to pay but I had already paid through the online portal. When I tried to ask why they said they dont speak english. No instructions provided at all as to whether I needed to pay the cleaners directly or whether the website payment would suffice. Now the cleaning - yes they got most of it, but missed: -Window frames had a layer of dust still -Door frames had a layer of dust still -Light switch case had a layer of dust still -Cabinet doors had layer of dust still I had to clean again. Pretty disappointed with this service and would not recommend. You do not get what you pay for at all. read more

Everything, went well and they were very fast. They completed all requested areas. I recommend them.

The pricing structure for this company is criminal. They charge $259 flat rate to come to a two bedroom apartment, and did you know this does not actually include any cleaning? They then charge you for the square footage on top of the $259!! What the hell am I paying $259 for then? Just the house call fee? This is an insane pricing structure, a rip off, I cannot believe this company can tell me this over the phone with a straight face. I will never ever ever use this company again. The only reason why I gave them two stars instead of one is because the two ladies that came to my house last time were great. Other than that, I'll clean my own little apartment and keep the $300 myself. read more
