Perfection!!!! I run a 7 bedroom Airbnb and they take care of every little detail! From toilet paper folds to cute towel designs. When I have same day bookings they always get it done.. always on time! I also use for my small home, so big or small they are amazing. I've been a client for 10 years! read more

I was a recurring customer and had several positive experiences early on. However, the quality of service noticeably declined over my last few cleans, with one cleaner consistently being less thorough than previous ones. Details and areas began to be missed that previously had been handled with care. We also had a uncomfortable experience where this same cleaner told my partner to "stop making that noise" while he was laughing watching YouTube in our own home. The final straw was my most recent booking. I explicitly requested a deep clean via Yelp messaging on June 13, which was confirmed. The cleaner arrived and performed a standard monthly clean instead. When I followed up, I was told the service was scheduled based on a previous invoice I had only shared to identify my account - not to indicate the service type. I paid for a service I did not request, and no solution was provided. I will not be returning as a customer. read more

This is my second time using Hercules Cleaning, and I've had a great experience both times. Their team is very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process, and they were always quick to answer any questions I had via text. The cleaners arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and did an very thorough job from top to bottom. My polished concrete floors hadn't been mopped in quite some time, and they managed to get them looking almost brand new. I'll definitely be booking them again for future cleanings. Their service and rates are very reasonable. read more

I'm selling my house. I'm also a very slovenly person who hasn't taken the time to clean my own house to acceptable levels. :) I called Hercules Cleaning, agreed upon a level of cleaning (deep clean!), agreed upon a date, and sent deposit. They showed up on time, and did a FANTASTIC job cleaning. Seriously, I don't recognize my house it's so clean now. And they even finished a bit early, coming in slightly under their estimate. Thank you so much! My house looks amazing in my MLS listing and in person. read more

I've booked twice now with Hercules - first time was for a deep clean and Iris was our cleaner. She did a very thorough job of getting into places that haven't been cleaned in years. She gave attention to hard to clean areas - much appreciated. She was great! The second booking was for a standard clean and Julia arrived for that one. She worked efficiently and well and did a little extra since there was time left on the appointment. Very happy with her work, too. Will definitely book again. read more

Norberida and Edelmira did a fantastic job! Hercules also provided great communication services in general.

Very thorough cleaning - we haven't yet found an area they didn't touch! It was so nice to come home to a clean house after the holiday. The price is comparable to other services we've used, but the service itself was better. read more

Ingrid did a great job with my move in cleaning in my studio! There was so much gunk from the previous tenants above the kitchen cabinets, in the sliding shower door, the light switches, and the floor. The place was basically sparkling when she was done I felt great about my move. Highly recommend! read more

The team was punctual and did an amazing job on a move out. All traces of pet hair was removed and the home was sparkly clean.

We used Hercules for our move-out cleaning and had a great experience! The team was punctual and very thorough. Amazing service and value. 10/10 will definitely be returning if we need another cleaning! read more

Way too expensive for what it is. The folks they sent over were very rude and annoyed if I asked questions or pointed out things I wanted done. Would not recommend. read more

The ladies at Hercules come bi-weekly to our busy home of three kids and two working parents. We breathe so much easier with their amazing services. Everything is always sparkling, organized, and everyone is always friendly and professional. read more

I had a great experience with Hercules Cleaning Services. Norberida arrived on time and prepared and did a fantastic job. I requested cleaning in the bathrooms and kitchen, specially the oven, and everything looked perfect! My total ended up being $210 and it felt like a fair price for the work done. Would definitely recommend. read more

I had my apartment cleaned by Edelmira, and she did a wonderful job. I didn't know what to expect because this was the first time I've ever needed help cleaning my place since my schedule has been busier than ever. She made it very comfortable and not awkward at all. Though we had a language barrier, she understood everything I tried to say (: my favorite part was they she fixed my bed up, cleaned the ac vents, and the laundry room. My only concern was that I had requested pet safe products, and I don't think she used it because the smell wasn't pleasant and my cat seemed a bit off for 2 days. The after clean aroma of the apartment didn't exactly smell clean. It smelled chemically. That's my only issue. Thank you Hercules for helping me out. read more

Great service! Fast response! My home stays extra clean with Hercules Cleaning Service as they're very detailed. They always come prepared and ready to leave your home feeling fresh and clean. read more

Needed a deep clean for move out purposes, and the services provided were excellent. I was able to communicate with the cleaners explaining what needed to be done and everything was done smoothly and well. Highly recommend them for cleaning and would use them again. read more

Shout out to Ingrid who did an amazing job cleaning my apartment! She went above and beyond. What really stood out was the ease of communication. Being able to coordinate everything through text made the process incredibly convenient. I hate having to play phone tag. Another major plus was the ability to pay through Venmo. Would recommend Hercules read more

I hired Hercules to clean my house about 2 months ago. Ingrid and Edelmira cleaned my home. I am extremely picky and this was definitely the best cleaning I've had. It wasn't perfect but considering it was 2 people for 3.5 hours, it was almost perfect. I loved how the company has made everything convenient with online payment, text notifications, etc. I was also so impressed when I was asked to inspect my house after the clean to make sure it was up to my standards - I've never had another cleaning service do that! I just wish it was more affordable. I don't think I can afford to have the ladies come once a month, which makes me sad, but for a special treat, this is the place you need to hire!! read more

They did a great job. I really appreciate the work cleaning services do. It allows for me to spend quality time with my son when I'm not working, doing something he wants to do like going to Chuck E. Cheese's and coming home to a clean place. I will definitely use their service again. read more

Bessie, I understand that you do not like having your business portrayed for what it is: lackadaisical workers, who do a terrible job. And then take photos of white cabinets that they actually think will show dust?! Your response to my review is filled with untruths, and you know it. I suppose people can believe you, or they can believe me, or they will be wary of hiring your company. After paying $950 for your services, we found a fantastic team for half the price! So you can go ahead and rake in your money, Bessie. I wonder: Do you sleep well at night? read more

I can officially say that Hercules was my hero. After another cleaning company rescheduled on me I called Hercules. Not only did a real human being immediately answer the phone, but she was kind and understanding. Additionally even though I couldn't get same day service (they were booked solid - go figure) We made arrangements for an appointment the next day. Carla showed up on time, was friendly and respectful of my property, confirmed what I needed done, and got to work. My windows have NEVER been cleaner, they're like mirrors. Will definitely hire them again! read more

I read reviews and chose this cleaning company kind of randomly, and it was one of the best cleanings I've ever had. The two women they sent over (Karla and Hortencia) in particular were so fast, and did incredible work. Its weird to walk around the house stunned by the detail and depth of a deep clean, but that's what its been since these two from Hercules left. Highly recommend. Will easily go with this company again. read more

My husband and I recently moved to the South Bay and decided to try out Hercules Cleaning. Bessi (owner) was a joy to communicate with from beginning to end. She was upfront with rates and services as was quick on responses. One try turned into 2, then 3 times..and now we are having Hercules clean our home as regulars! The team is flexible and will listen to your wants and needs. They are also prompt and never late; if anything, they are usually 30 mins early. The cleaning is thorough and we are always so afraid to use the house after they are gone! We love Bessi and her team at Hercules Cleaning and highly recommend their services! read more

I recently hired Hercules for a one-time deep clean and I was amazed by the results. The team arrived on time and worked tirelessly to transform my condo. They paid special attention to areas that needed extra care such as walls, corners, wall molding that was dirty after years of living here with 2 dogs and left my floors, windows, walls, and appliances shining. They were very friendly and patient with my directions since I like it a certain way. I was impressed by their efficiency and the level of professionalism displayed throughout the service. I would definitely use their services again. read more

Hercules saved me with a last minute move-out post construction cleaning. Another company cancelled and I got a ahold of them on a Saturday during Easter weekend. They were so helpful in getting me scheduled first thing that Monday. Karla and Krecia were on time and did a fabulous job deep cleaning my 3BR house to get it ready to be listed. They were also super kind and efficient. I would highly recommend Hercules and will use them again in the future. Thank you! read more

I had a major surgery five months ago. The recovery has been really hard, and keeping a house clean nearly impossible. Hercules is the perfect name for this service. They responded to my message within a couple of days, and I had Krecia and Karla scheduled the following week. They did such a good job with the deep clean, leaving surfaces with a streak-free shine. They were professional and friendly. I would absolutely use this team again. Overall, though the service is expensive, I would say you get what you pay for. If you want a responsive company that does a thorough clean and if you can afford it, absolutely go with Hercules. In my opinion, the benefit of a clean home on mood and productivity is priceless. read more

I sent out several quotes through yelp and Hercules was the first to respond. Yelp says they respond within 3 hours, but they responded to me almost immediately. Any time I asked a question or needed to get in touch they responded back to me right away. The cleaners arrived on time and had no trouble finding our apartment complex. (Big plus when your complex is built confusing) I was planning on renting a carpet cleaner just to be extra sure that we get our deposit back, but the carpets looked great! read more
