Excellent service! I scheduled an appointment and was notified that the cleaning team would arrive within a one hour window. Once they came, they made no time to waste. They STEAL, CHEAT and LIE and should not be trusted in your home. You even need to DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR FRIDGE after they leave. I had a box of 20 toblerone, of which 15 were left, and there was only one after they left, this was a $60 box of chocolate. I was kind, treated them with respect, offered and gave them water, and left a generous tip on an already overinflated price for a studio. I told the Owner and he said "if they took 2 or 3 that's one thing, but since they took most of the box let me replace your box", and he also asked for pictures which I provided and am attaching here for you to judge. I never received any reimbursement or replacement for my chocolates. I make an HONEST living, these people are why we cannot trust our cleaners. Because of thee example they set, the next cleaner I hire will have to stand there humiliatingly while I sweep my fridge for anything missing. Their maids broke 3 things around my house and when I confronted them about it the lady told me that her maids were denying all of it. One of the things they broke was a $3,000 floor lamp. I was nice about it and just asked for that cleaning to be free of charge which they made a big stink about but finally agreed to. Then I tired to book with them again and they literally ignored me. I only got a response back after literally saying, "are you ignoring me? How unprofessional." I guess they had decided they no longer wanted to work for me..even though it was THEM who went around my house breaking things and then lying about it! I am speechless. So unprofessional! And so rude! I highly do not recommend going with this company! They are dishonest and rude and if they damage something in your home they will say they didn't and they certainly will NOT ever actually pay for it to be fixed. Hire at your own risk. read more

I recently moved into a new apartment and due to some last minute repairs, I wasn't able to get cleaners in prior to my movers arriving. The Sparkle Cleaning team was able to get me scheduled within 24 hours notice and were able to help with deep cleaning the floors, bathroom and kitchen. The language barrier posed a bit of a challenge with being able to communicate the parking situation but it worked itself out, so wouldn't knock the team for this. They brought their own cleaning supplies and equipment which was great as some companies require you to provide your own. read more

Beware. The day before I hired Sparkle I hired the previous day another 5* Yelp cleaner company who tried to work ME like a used car dealership. Ugh. My job was to clean this 800 sq ft. vacant condo. They said it would take twice as long as quoted (2 hours) and cost twice as much. So I said "do as quoted" (I previously sent pictures of the place) when they said no and after a protracted half hour I dismissed them. Should have hired Sparkle from the start. They were pleasant on the phone, Brenda, got next day service and the two women who cleaned got busy and did a heck of a job is, yes that's right, in 2 hours. I am a realtor. Cleaning team arrived 40 minutes late for the appointment (after the scheduler had already pushed back the arrival time by 90 minutes). After arriving, they informed me (with a healthy dose of judgmental attitude) that the house would need a deep clean, rather than a regular cleaning. I understand that, after going a year without outside cleaning help due to COVID, the house needed more than a standard cleaning. They then informed me that they couldn't possibly do even half of the requested clean in the time available (without acknowledging that they arrived very late). These guys do a great job. I used them initially for a move in clean of a 3 bedroom house that had been abandoned for quite some time. They made sure to get every nook and cranny back to sparkling. I thought this would be a great service but the two ladies who came to clean my house hardly cleaned my apartment. I have had a deep cleaning done before and this was not what I expected. We still had cobwebs in the corners of our living room. The restroom has dust and hair in the shower. The only thing they cleaned were my mirrors and windows. After my ADU home was finished, the contractors left behind a bunch of debris on the crown moldings, counters, etc. I called up Sparkle Cleaning and Brenda answered promptly and got me scheduled for the next week. I was soooo happy with the results from their deep cleaning services. They cleaned CLEANED. Got all the crown moldings, webbings in window sill corners, bathroom and showers from top to bottom. They even made our beds afterwards! Brenda is the sweetest and she and Leticia both do a wonderful job.
